Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

I'm from New York and have seen it all, but this is probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Paul the owner was completely dishonest about their pricing, damaged my stuff, refused to provide a clear estimate or explanation of costs. At one point, he demanded that I sign my bill before an amount was even written in, threatening not to move my belongings unless I signed it blindly. When I balked, he had his people take my stuff, pack it up and they took off in the van holding it hostage. Seriously, like criminals. When I finally agreed to their price and signed, they still refused to return it. The owner Paul is just a really bad dude. Vile. Pure evil. I had to call the police, and my husband had to get on the phone with them to convince them to come back. When they finally did, they had the audacity to charge us for all the extra time wasted during this dispute--even though I had already agreed to the cost. To make matters worse, they added a mysterious "fuel tax" that was just a percentage of the total bill, and when I asked how that was related to fuel, they refused to explain. And they damaged our expensive carpet-they don't care. It looks like a lettuce leaf, totally destroyed. See picture. Their unprofessionalism, carelessness with your things, shady business practices, and outright hostage-style tactics made this the worst moving experience imaginable. Not only did he accept the job last minute, but he quoted me a very fair and reasonable rate (especially with it being a last minute request).
