They grow microgreens for some of the restaurants around the heights, and have "pick your own" vegetables where you walk down the crop rows and you can hand pick out which veggies you want to buy and then the owner cuts them fresh from the plant for you! They said everything was Organic as well! They also have greenhouses with some weird specialty plants that I haven't seen for sale anywhere else in town, including Buchannan's. One of the greenhouses is a mini cactus botanical garden with all of the plants identified, and there were some really cool cactus in there I've never seen before. I bought some fresh Cilantro and some Thai Peppers to make fajitas with tonight, and a little succulent for my wife! Definitely will be looking more plants here in the future.
