Everything is reasonably priced compared to online retailers. Smaller piñatas start at about $25 and up to like $50. I got one of biggest ones they had which was Kuromi cake style for $50 that came with about a dozen balls inside. You can purchase additional balls for about 8$ a dozen. The day of delivery, they showed up only to suddenly say, "Oh, we should have told you we don't deliver to apartments." That was NEVER mentioned when I booked. How do you wait until the day of the event to say something like that? I tried to work with them and guide the driver so we could still make it happen, but he was extremely rude, sounded irritated, and then literally hung up on me mid-conversation. After that, no call back, no update--nothing. When we finally got in touch again, he casually said he had already left, like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, we were left scrambling last minute trying to figure out seating for our guests. It caused unnecessary stress and put our entire event at risk. Completely unacceptable. Carmen's Party Supply agreed to the order, failed to deliver, and showed zero accountability or professionalism.
