From a gift bag, candles, number balloons, regular bday balloons , and even flower bouquets/ arrangements to rentals of chairs, canopies and tables. Her store is dependable and professional. Flowers for any occasion. And if she doesn't have a flower you need , she will get it for you (within sensible time). The day of delivery, they showed up only to suddenly say, "Oh, we should have told you we don't deliver to apartments." That was NEVER mentioned when I booked. How do you wait until the day of the event to say something like that? I tried to work with them and guide the driver so we could still make it happen, but he was extremely rude, sounded irritated, and then literally hung up on me mid-conversation. After that, no call back, no update--nothing. When we finally got in touch again, he casually said he had already left, like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, we were left scrambling last minute trying to figure out seating for our guests. It caused unnecessary stress and put our entire event at risk. Completely unacceptable. All numbers are available, large ball stars are $30 ($33 if you want to customize the character and colors; allow 1 week for custom orders), and large other shapes including my chosen Wednesday piñata are $40. Other cute options in stock were a cactus, unicorn, dia de los muertes girl, etc. They receive new piñata shipments from Mexico every Friday, and the contents of each shipment are not known in advance, so you'll likely have the most selection on Friday/Saturday. The stick/rope/bandana bundle is $8, and they charge an additional 4% service charge. Service was knowledgeable and helpful.
