They delivered the golf cart to our condo and walked us through the rules, laws, and tips for parking. We had a blast driving around the island and the golf cart was in great condition. The only thing I wish they offered with the rental is a golf cart phone holder. Would have been nice to be able to have my phone up higher while looking at Waze for directions to places. You can buy a magnetic one on Amazon for $17 and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The cart came with a killer sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone. Also had fun color changing lights underneath for night driving. We ended up changing our pick up location for the cart on our last day and they had no issue with us changing that. I'm a crazy planner but I knew our trip was coming up. The first time we booked them, our reservation was much closer to our visit. They proactively texted me about the timing to drop off the bikes and confirm our reservation. This latest visit, I realized that I didn't get that text so I ended up proactively contacting them the night prior to ensure a smooth drop off. I think they may have forgotten about my reservation. Regardless, they managed to get everything in order and drop off the bikes (even if it was probably a little last minute). They bring helmets, bike locks and can add on child seats for the little ones. I ended up extending my reservation with a simple text and it was no issue and they autocharged my credit card on file. What's so great about Key West is that it's compact. I was able to just use the bike during my entire stay and didn't have to move the car once from the hotel parking lot. I'd definitely use this bike rental service again.
