The work was done efficiently, however, after saying yes to doing a portion of the job, the one man had to be reminded to do it and gave an excuse ad to why he did not do it, which he did do finally. There is a portion of my home that they had to come and go through and they had no floor covering to protect my floor after I sent them a photo of the area. We just had Kenny and Eric clean all the windows and pressure wash my mother's house in Cumming, GA in order to get it ready to put it on the market. What a HUGE difference this made! Not only were Kenny and Eric incredibly professional and thorough, they were great guys who offered to help us move things (like a chest of drawers and huge flower pots) just as a courtesy. Have been using Sunshine Window Cleaning several times for windows and gutters. These guys do an incredible job! Otto & Candido just did our gutters for us. They are professional, do what they say they are going to do, show up on time, very courteous and explain exactly what they will be doing. Very thorough job. They are reasonably priced. I regretted the times I used competitors who solicited us at a lower price, only to find out they broke hose reels, left messes, or did not clean the downspouts, etc. Sunshine is first rate and they were careful not to leave dirt on the patios, or windows, or side of the house. After a full house cleaning, a couple of the higher windows on our house needed a second pass. I let Sunshine know and scheduled to have them come out to redo those three windows. This morning, when the representative came to my door he was extremely rude and his response when I told him which windows was "I cleaned those". I attempted to further explain that in the afternoon sun there were clear 'swipe' marks that just needed a second wash. Again he said "well I already cleaned those ones". In short, he was combative and I wasn't going to argue with this man who clearly didn't care about customer service. And, my windows did not get a second pass. read more

Nicholas bent 2 of my screens on 1 year old windows, even reinstalled 1 upside down. There was a small wasp nest in one window and they refused to clean it. I do A/C work and have removed at least 10 wasp nests from air conditioners to take care of the customer. I asked them to pay special attention to my window ceils and they barely touched them and didn't clean the screens at all. This must be the worst window cleaning service in the world!!!! I will NEVER use them again!!! They cleaned 18 windows in about 20 minutes, obviously paid by the job. read more

Very responsive and customer friendly when I called. When they arrived at my home to do the gutters, they quoted a price almost double that of the original quote and over $100 more expensive than 4 other companies I contacted. Classic bait and switch to the customer and not even close to the market price according to multiple other companies. Beware of over the phone bait and switch tactics. Beware! The price changes from your phone call to the day of service. I asked if the Team was coming with a tall ladder as my townhouse is 2-story. Yes, they said. However what they did NOT tell me is that each time they have to move the ladder, it costs money! For instance, they had to move it 2-3 times outside and 2-3 times inside. You are charged each time. This was never discussed by phone, never. Only when the guys arrived did I learn of this. Also, when I went to inspect the work, they had missed spots on several windows and had to redo the work. They did not complain about redoing it but I was surprised they could not see it. Two small windows in my carport needed the screens removed. I asked them to wait while I hosed those down, so they could put them back for me. But they would not wait. Ridiculous! I will not use them again. I paid way too much for this and will not recommend them. read more

Something has changed at this company - and not for the good. Two years ago, they sent at least 2 crews out to clean the windows (inside and out) of my 11,000 s.f. home. Today, two people showed up even though two months ago when I booked I specified the size of the job and how I wanted the same (if not more) people on the job (because I was considering more power washing). I specifically asked that the cleaners not use bleach - twice in the beginning of the job. They used bleach - at first the guy denied using it, then I told him how I was not stupid and could smell it - bleach has a very specific smell. Well, then he said he had used a little bit. They did not have the right ladders/tools/equipment, asked me for brushes and could not reach some of the windows they reached in the past - asking me how to reach windows, etc. Moved furniture into plant areas even. Too bad, because the neighborhood uses this company a lot - but i'm going to spread the word because like I said, something has changed - and I won't be using them again. Awful experience. read more

I had used Sunshine Window Cleaning several times in the past with no issues. However, on this last visit, they damaged some of my property while at my house. I pointed out the damage before Sunshine Window Cleaning left the premises, and the company has never disputed that it caused the damage (it was obvious). However, after several months of communications, the company's owner has now gone silent and will not respond to my e-mails. I expected better than this and am extremely disappointed. read more

Guy comes to my home and tried to change the price of the job by adding $3.00 more per window plus a travel costs! I was mortified and disappointed that companies can still be so unprofessional. I told him to get off my property immediately. I will NEVER call this company again! If you choose to deal w this hustler, be sure to know what you're paying before they show. well, I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it'd been two years since the windows in our house had been cleaned! I kept changing light bulbs, thinking poor lighting was the reason the house seemed so blah---but Karl & Robert proved me wrong...when they'd finished thoroughly cleaning screens & windows, EVERYTHING seemed brighter! All I wanted was an estimate. I left my name and number and they said they would call and line up a time. I called back 3 days later and told them I had not heard from anyone. I called again and they said they had to talk to the owner. They called back and said the owner said he couldn't do the estimate to go to another company. Wow! Nice folks but performance was below par. Having moved 20 times I have a lot of experience with professional window cleaners. Most companies replace anything they move; these did not. Also, this is the first time cleaners got dirt and window sill grime all over my sills, floors, and furniture. I had to go back and clean dirty water spots off my sills and try to remove water spots off fine cherry wood furniture, not to mention vacuuming up the stuff they dropped on my floors. Also, they forgot to clean the outside of a large picture window (but I paid for it to be cleaned.) This experience may be unusual for this company, but I feel they under-performed and were vastly overpaid for the service. read more
