We purchased a custom outdoor furniture set from Watsons in February. We were told we'd receive…read moreupdates during the waiting period and never did unless we called them. The furniture was delivered badly damaged, which the delivery team noted and they said they'd start a remediation process. We didn't hear anything and called, only to learn that no one had started anything to fix our issue. Throughout the process Watsons has said they'd call us within a timeframe and they never do. You have to practically beg for information. They will not do even the bare minimum required to pass as successful customer service. We still have no resolution, no eta on a replacement, and they just keep putting us off and telling us to call again later. Truly awful experience for what we spent. I will not do business at Watsons in the future and I highly recommend avoiding them if you're considering them.

There are racks of indoor and outdoor furniture, rows upon rows of decor items, aisle of pillows, a whole kitchenware section, seasonal goods, even snacks by the register. Most items were in line with the latest trends. A few classic pieces were thrown into the mix. Goods are well organized. There is more than enough parking. I wonder if the building was once a Costco or Sam's Club. That is how much parking is available for the one store. Checkout was more time than one would expect. Being 7th in line, with 3 cashiers, I was not expecting a 16 min wait. Cashier was also aggressive about signing up for their rewards program.

If you're not familiar, At Home is just that, a huge everything for your home store. Upon entering is always the seasonal decor (holidays, outdoor, etc). Furniture is available for outdoors, and some indoors. I noticed they now have a few mattresses. There are linens for bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen as well as large area rugs. I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. Join their free rewards program, as you'll receive excellent coupons in your email. I got one recently for 30% off one item, and was delighted to find out it was usable on clearance too! There are various clearance sections through out the store with some killer deals. I scored some patio furniture cushions on clearance! Otherwise prices are decent, mostly good deals. Products are of good quality. There are store maps as well as price scanners all around for your convenience. A sign up front mentioned delivery options for bigger items you may not be able to transport yourself.

Some of their items and prices also reminded me of what you may find at home goods or TJ Maxx. I thought their wall decor was well-priced. They had a great selection of various sizes and prints. One thing I loved about this store is that they had items arranged in a room set up. This is great for a decorator that needs to see how things all go together! Behind the room set up, they had the individual items to purchase. This spot use to house Sams Club--and you can't even tell this store used to be located here! They did a great job with the store set-up and didn't even use all of the space. There is definitely space for them to grow! For a couple of weeks everything was wonderful...... First the couch quit working. (Hydraulic recliners on each end) Very hard getting someone out with the hours that their service person works. Then a leg just broke right off of a coffee table. I live alone and I'm at work most of the time. I felt the sales lady was very condescending toward me. Update is that I will not go back to that store. Super friendly when you're buying, not so much when you need help. "Cynthia, this is the way we do things. First we send the service tech out to see if he can fix it. Then we'll order the leg if that's what it needs." I'm thinking I can save them a lot of time but just saying, all it needs is a new leg. If you send it to me, I'll put it on myself!

I came by this store yesterday to pick up a vacuum for our pool…read more My husband told me what he wanted, I had a picture of it on my phone and found it immediately when walking in. It looks well stocked and I noticed that the prices are comparable to other pool supply stores in the area. But also a dollar or two cheaper for some items that are carried at the big box stores. I was in and out of the store within a few minutes. The sales people working the counter aren't very welcoming or friendly but I was in and out so quick it didn't matter.

The chlorine level is tolerable while playing water polo. I'm only giving it 4 stars because given the fact i play water polo, I have to play in all deep water, and it is shallow on one end which is tough, and playing width all deep makes the pool too short. It's no country club, and I've been to much "nicer" Lifetime Fitness centers but it has a more of a personal atmosphere. Most of the people recognize each other here, everyone is friendly, and it's never crowded enough to hinder my workouts.
