We wanted a transport service that would allow her to stay in her transport chair for loading and unloading. The reviews were good for Independence Transport and they did not mislead us. Valerie provided a timely estimate and assurances that they could provide the service we needed. We chose her company and she was great to work with. I am a terrible worrier and Valerie put my mind at ease. She has two vehicles available and she made sure that the one where the seatbelt came over the right side would be used so it wouldn't interfere with the incision.
