Buying a car is typically a stressful, annoying and exhausting experience. I'd be lying if this purchase wasn't a bit tiring, mainly due to the dealership needing extra Insurance info that most dealerships hadn't asked for, but the experience was mostly seamless. We worked with Brendan Gilligan, and would be happy to do so again. He's a no-nonsense, straight-shooter kinda guy. There wasn't much negotiation room, which actually made the deal easy. This dealership isn't a strong haggling location, they price their cars competitively and can waive some fees. Jeremy in finance was great, got things moving very quickly and we were in and out of the finance office in under 10 minutes. It was the easiest finance experience we've ever had, he didn't try to sell us some insane warranty. James in detailing was great as well. They accidentally took off some tint from the sticker and offered to fix it for free. The dealership is clean and roomy inside as well, it wasn't the worst place to wait while the deal got approved. We would buy from here again, and are happy with the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid we purchased. read more

The worst of the worst in every way. Spend your money literally anywhere else. For starters, the prices they advertise on the website are not real "those are the prices if you got all the possible rebates" it is literally impossible to get all the rebates, they don't stack. Despite this, I'm an idiot and still bought a car from them. 2 months after buying the car, they still hadn't filed my paperwork for me to make a payment, I had to call legitimately 20+ times to finally let them to get me to make a payment over the phone so it wouldn't be late on my credit. Speaking of credit, because they were so late, they ran my credit 4 times total! 4 separate hard inquires. They do not answer the phone. At all. I called 50+ times over 2 years and got an answer in the correct department exactly once. They also do not honor factory warranties! They "recommend replacement" and the part that they recommend is still in the factory warranty window. But they won't replace it under warranty. No one asked or prompted me to post this; I just think when someone truly stands out, they deserve to be recognized. I've owned several cars in my lifetime and have always avoided dealerships. After my husband had one bad experience years ago, we've only purchased from private sellers ever since. I'd been wanting a VW Atlas for a while, and the one I was interested in happened to be at a dealership, which honestly made me hesitant. But from the very first interaction, Bailey changed that perception completely. He was quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond by sending personalized videos of the vehicle and walking me through every question I had. We decided to make the two-hour drive to see it in person, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and professional when we arrived. The pricing at Suntrup was by far the most competitive in the area (and I did my research). They worked with us to come to a fair deal, and when we ran into a minor inconvenience after purchase, Bailey and the team did everything they could to help us out right away. My husband and I have both said multiple times how impressed we are. Bailey and the Suntrup team completely changed how we view buying from a dealership. I purchased a new VW Jetta through Tony. Everything went smoothly until the pick-up. Earlier in the day, I sent Tony my insurance and drivers license as requested and let him know that I'd be by after work to pick up. When I arrived, no one knew that I was picking up the car and nothing in my file had been updated. I had to wait while the team on staff could find my car. I was told that Tony had left early for vacation and overheard the team comment to each other that it was "another Tony issue." They also needed a copy of my driver's license and my insurance card again - because it was never uploaded to my file. Finally I met with Finance to turn over the check. They completed their paperwork and accepted the check from my bank (and validated the amount owed against the check). I walked out with my keys to my car and to my surprise the car had no floormats at all. When I had test drove the car, there were mats in the trunk - but they were nowhere in sight. I almost walked back in and cancelled the deal, but Will from the team went and searched and search for mats and brought me a new set. He single-handedly saved Suntrup's sale. Fast forward a couple weeks and I get a call from the Finance team that the check (the one they themselves had verified) was incorrect and I owed additional money. Their suggestion was to go back to my bank and re-do the loan - that was already paid out to Suntrup and which Suntrup had already cashed the check. I probably could have done that had it not been literally weeks since the loan was done and they had cashed the check. The New Car Sales Manager was out to lunch with a Sales Rep and I was given the Used Car Sales Manager. He was nice enough, but no real help and said he would talk to the New Car Sales Manager when he returned from lunch. No surprises, the New Car Sales Manager didn't return from lunch and couldn't be bothered to return my call himself to account for the failings of every department under him. Instead, I was the Used Car Sales Manager who could offer nothing but a free tank of gas for my "inconvenience." Even more jarring was finding that the sticker price (which has been taken out of every car on their lot) in my glovebox and that it was lower than I paid. Moral of the story: Suntrup has poor customer service, poor follow through, poor management, poor Finance representatives, and poor procedures. For the second time I'm writing a review. Apparently the system can't count to 85 characters. Attempting to schedule service on my car, but can't because an automated system insisted that I want to have my oil changed. I don't need an oil change but the system doesn't understand how to "listen" to a customer. I don't have the option to talk to a real person. In the past, I was able to schedule an appointment and wait on my car. The last time I used Suntrup, I was told that I couldn't wait on my car. The automated system doesn't respond to my question re: possibility of getting a rental while my car is being serviced. This sucks. read more

My prior vehicle was recently totaled out and I was in search of a new vehicle. The pre-owned team did not have anything that met my needs, so they brought me over to the new car department. Sarah Holder was very friendly to work with and immediately helped me narrow down my search to two options. She brought each car around, pointed out all the features (did you know that VW has their gas tanks on the right side of the car? So you don't have to stand in traffic if you run out of gas on the highway!) She rode along during the test drive, but she wasn't overbearing, and just gave general guidance and where to go and what features to check out. We made an appointment a few days later to sign the contract and make a payment. She was able to arrange for window tinting with a preferred vendor. Very easy process from test driving, price negotiation, financing, and adding tint to the windows. Communication via text or email was also very convenient. Would recommend checking out Suntrup and Sarah. Minus 1 star for the delay in signing paperwork at follow up appointment. She was double-booked and we had to spend 3 hours at the dealership for what should have been a simple in and out. read more

Our experience with this dealership was a mess pretty much from the start. Our salesperson, Ryan was great. He was very reponsive and helpful through the first part of our purchase. We bought a new Atlas Cross Sport which is the first big purchase my wife and I have made together ahead of our first child being born. After Ryan finished his portion of our experience, things went downhill significantly. First, the infotainment screen started acting up, so we took it down to have the service department look at it. They said I would have to set up an appointment to have them look at it. They looked at the screen and decided it had to be replaced. While they were replacing the screen, a piece of the trim was broken, and they said they would have to order the trim piace and would replace it. They replaced the broken trim piece, but when the car was returned to me, I found another trim piece that was clearly damaged and broken. Someone either did not see the piece they damaged, or saw it and hoped that I would not notice. I then had to bring it in again to have that trim piece replaced. On top of all of these issues, I was given the wrong title from the dealership which could have caused a lot of issues had I not caught it before going into the DMV. To the dealership and service department's credit, they did handle everything free of charge, they drove the new title out to me, and they always had a rental car for me to use while they were working on our vehicle. One of the times the car needed to go in they even drove a rental out to my work and drove our car back out to me when they were done. That being said, I will not be recomending Suntrup to anybody for their purchases, and will not be buying a car again from them in the future. In order to fix one issue, our car was at the service department four to five times. It also would have been a nice touch for the, to run it through the wash at least one of the times that we got the car back. Rick and Scott were very nice and apologetic, but the number of issues that we have experienced with this dealership in a short period of time have been nothing short of unacceptable. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and my review history refects this. I've given 5 star reviews on at least two different dealerships in the past, and I am generally quite forgiving. Not sure where to start. Two weeks ago my 2018 Tiguan had little acceleration on the way home. I went directly to the Suntrup service center. They just happened to be opened so I went in. No one was around John was the service rep. I told him what the issue was and he handed me an envelope which I filled out and put my key in. John said we'll be in touch. I heard nothing for a couple days. When I tried to contact the service center I started receiving text messages from who I thought was John. Three times I was told "later today" when I asked when will I hear something. One week later after I called a left a message with the service manager, Scott I finally got a call from him. He said since I didn't have an appointment i would be fit in, and it's taking awhile due to so many cars needing service. Later that day I received a text message from Scott telling me he scheduled an appointment for 1/31 so I was sure my car would be looked at. He scheduled my appointment a week later but assured me it would most likely be sooner. Why wasn't I told to make an appointment the day I took it in. John was just sitting there doing nothing. Makes no sense to me. The night after I dropped the car off I went back to get a rental which I was told when I bought the extended warranty at the time of the sale that a rental is covered. At no time was I told at the time of the sale or by Scott when I picked the loaner up that the extended warranty only pays after the car is diagnosed. I had the rental five days and took it back when I found out I was paying $50 per day fir the car. Why wasn't I told that the warranty starts the rental coverage after the diagnosis? I waited two weeks for my car to be looked at. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Also, the finance guy who sold the extended warranty flat out lied to me. He said that we get oil changes with the coverage. He said that the synthetic oil change is a $100 value it's covered. I would not recommend Suntrup VW. They genuinely care about you and your financial situation and aren't afraid to offer you a little more too, I appreciate having options and seeing all the different possibilities. Blaze is the man. We've got two leased Jettas with his help and additionally purchased a 2021 Atlas. In a global pandemic it amazes me how hard they are working to ensure the safety of their patrons and to make sure the quality of service is provided. My journey started with receiving a mailer about some offers since it was Blaze's 5th anniversary. The Atlas has been on my radar since it's inception in 2018 and no better time to crunch numbers again since we (my family) was looking at consolidating two Chevys we had into one vehicle. I'd done all my research, asked questions, did a test drive, and then the numbers were nearly spot on with my estimates for our trade-ins and the final numbers were perfect for our budget! Adela made all the legal jargon make sense, broke things down and honestly was just a pleasure to converse with. She was the icing, Blaze was the cake. I'm always impressed with VW from the sales team, finance to service. 10 for 10, I highly recommend. -- Still singing the praises in 2021! Unfortunately, the atlas I bought in September ended up going through a buy-back with VW. The Suntrup team took great care of me throughout the entire process. Mason, the Service Manager made sure I was updated throughout all the servicing on my vehicle and even helped expedite the buy-back once I had sent everything to VW's customer care team. From there Beau, the Sales Manager and Blaze got me setup for success with a new Atlas and it was an upgraded model. I was amazed with the timeliness of everything and the price - especially during these unprecedented times in the car market. Adela in Finance is always a delight to work with and as always she explained everything in depth and is very personable. The Suntrup VW team is the whole party at this point, not just the dessert. -- Singing the praises again just a few days later. My husband got his 3rd lease through Suntrup VW and could not be happier with the 2022 Taos SEL, he upgraded from a 2019 Jetta SEL and while different he appreciates the vehicle. Blaze was definitely his hype man for the car and that bright cornflower blue he went with. Blaze took the time to go over some differences between the Jetta and the Taos SEL features and they even talked about other cars he might be interested in based on his likes. Blaze truly has grown to be a friend over the years, he remembers little things, is quick to pick back up on humor and truly is just great at what he does. Based on their reputation my wife and I were unsure of even looking at vehicles here. Should've known better.. We met with the salesman initially and everything was smooth and we texted for a few weeks about the car we're looking for. Once one arrived we scheduled an appointment to see it. When we arrived we took a test drive, put my foot on the pavement when we came back and he asked "who's name is the title going to be under?" I had a few more questions which he answered. We discussed the "EVERYONE PRICE" that's online but he says these are with certain discounts - military, back to school, etc. This is a lie as these are other discounts available as well online that fall under this category. To me EVERYONE includes us, you the reader, Chuck Norris and even the Pope himself... For some reason, he didn't think we fall into that bracket. We sat down to talk about the price and he offered $1,000 off the MSRP and that was only because we told him our families have bought cars from this dealership. He showed me the monthly payment (didn't explain where those figures came from - interest, etc.) the down payment, gave me a pen and said just sign here. This whole paper process took 7 seconds. No explanation at all. He said the financing details would be handled later...? I inquired about the price again and counter offered on a price which was ABOVE all the available incentives. The floor mats and privacy screen from trunk were taken out, an expense I'd have look into afterwards. He told me if he asks his manager about the price he would tell us to walk away.. He countered with yet another high offer. Why would someone voluntarily offer to pay above the asking/sale price..? They don't honor the actual sale price of the car. I countered again and his thought process was to just put more money down on the car.. wow. He went back to his manager and In the middle of the deal, he supposedly accepted another offer, even though we were sitting there. Maybe we negotiate a price closer to what he's looking for and one that works for us as well. "I'm sorry guys but we just received a phone down payment on the car. So it's sold." Great place to go if you're looking for a shady business that literally could care less about you even when you're literally in front of them ready to spend thousands. We purchased our Jetta there 5 years ago and the awesome saleswoman Madeline no longer works there. Part of our purchase agreement was that we would always have a loaner vehicle provided for when our car was in for maintenance or repairs. We brought it back in past year and nobody in service or sales(including management) seemed willing to honor the agreement until I spoke to Mr. Scott Kostecki. Not only does Mr. Kostecki have a wealth of knowledge and honor agreements but he has honesty and integrity to ensure that when previous service advisors lie or try to push off responsibility of repairs, he does the job correctly. Not sure if this was a black thing or a just stupid thing. I went looking for a 2022 Volkswagen Cross Sport. They had one listed for $40715 on the window and on their site. I test drove the car and it was fine. The sales guy made small talk along the way (typical) but I wouldn't answer questions regarding sales prices or my trade in... However, I did let him know that I did not have a car payment. When we returned to the dealership and sat at his desk, he asked where I would like to be in order to get me into that car... Mind you this car was not the color or wheel package that I preferred but I dug it anyway and was willing to make an offer... The sales guy pulled the car up on his screen from their site as we talked about pricing on the Cross Sport. I told the guy I would like to be at $38k. He informed me that they had already discounted the car for $1885. He then asked me if I had a trade and I told him, we need to work out a price before we talk about any possible trade. He asked how I was going to pay for the car. I told him we will work that out after we come to an agreement on the price. He then asked me how much I owned in my car. (2020 Toyota Avalon). I reminded him that I told him during the test drive that I did not have a car payment. I asked him to present my offer to the sales manager and to get me an estimate on what they would give me for my car. The salesmen asked me what I would like to get out of my car, and I said that I would like to see what SunTrup thinks my car is worth. I also informed him at this time that I was an informed shopper. And that I had gotten several estimates from 4 different sources regarding the value of my car. So, I was aware of what I could get... 15 minutes later, he came back and presented me with a deal sheet... (I wish I would have taken a pic of it). They offered to sell me their 2022 Cross Sport for $41885 and give me $23225 for my car. I asked the sales guy... Why would you offer to sell me your car for nearly two grand more than what you have listed, and then low ball me on my car...? His response was, what did you expect out of your trade?'' (ignoring the fact they just raised the price from their listing of $40715 to $41885) lets not forget to mention while this conversation is going on the listed price of the car is still on the screen. I told him that I wanted $27000 for my car and I wanted his car under $40K. So let's recap... The list price $40715 Their offer to me to buy it was $41885 They offered me $23k for my Car when it lists in fair condition over $27k This process was insulting... Either this was a black thing... Or they didn't believe I could afford the car... Which is nuts because I earned $239,000 last year... (they were unaware of that because we never got that far) and I have no debt... I went to their competitor and they sold me the same car, but in my color and trim level, they sold me their car for $40,050 and they gave me $29000 for my car... I paid the remaining balance in cash.. By the way... Suntrup's cross sport had 450 miles, and the place I ended up buying from that car had 8 miles on it... This place is offensive and I'm tempted to contact Volkswagen regarding their practice.. read more

Then they never call when you call them and leave a message. I noticed a paint blemish on both doors, which at first I thought was dirt and I could buff out. I was down at Costco so I stopped by suntrup service, they took pictures and said service manager was out and they would call me (nope). I called them today and have been waiting for a call back, (nope). After looking closer at the paint blemish I'm sure they will have to paint both doors over! I can not recommend suntrup. The following is an email I have sent to Volkswagen corporate. It accounts for my very regrettable experience that I am still enduring with Suntrup Volkswagen. I am a Florida resident. I was in Missouri on business. I leased a Tiguan R-Line for my wife from Suntrup (salesperson Blaze Schrieber) because it was very difficult to find the specific configuration in Florida. I wanted to drive the truck back to Florida and surprise my wife. And surprise her I did. The vehicle lease was started on 16 SEP. When I left the dealership, I was under the impression that there were no problems with the lease contract and no problems getting me a Florida plate. It was explained to me that there was a separate company that handled out-of-state registration. The salesperson did not know if I would get a check cut to take care of the registration myself, or would receive the license plate. But assured me in any event, one or the other would happen. As time went on, I realized I still did not have a license plate. The temporary Missouri tags were expiring, thus leaving my wife's gift of a car undrivable. I sent numerous emails, left multiple voicemails, and talked to a lot of operators on the phone. I did not get a single reply over the course of days. One of the issues at Suntrup is that they make it difficult to call the dealership directly. Instead, the calls go to a central call center so your calls can be efficiently ignored. The phone call is transferred, and then I get a machine. Every single time. A machine. Never a human. For hours and for days, never human on the other side of that transfer. I finally got the phone number for Sales Manager Beau Schwartz and left him at least five voicemails. He never returned my calls. Heck, it's been more than 3 months since this happened (and it's still going on) and I've still never had the chance to speak to Sales Manager Beau Schwartz. So it makes me wonder if he's doing any managing at all. Alright so if you're lost, it is now October (9th). I sent a text to the Salesperson's personal phone. When he came back from vacation, he told me "it sounds like you've been through the wringer". I mean by this point it had already been a month since I bought the car. He had dealership plates that expire at the end of December 2019 sent to me while they worked on the financing. He explained he needed to look into things to see what's going on. On the 14th of October Blaze tells me the lease never went through and that they needed my pay stub. How am I supposed to know they need my pay stub if no one tells me? Where is the communication? Where is the continuity? Where is the desire to get the job done and make some gosh darn money? I mean tell me if I'm looking at this from the wrong angle, but if I'm a dealership and I give someone something that's worth $30,000 dollars, I want the money for it. I want the financing wrapped up and good to-to-go ASAP. As the dealership, it's my responsibility to tell the customer "he we need more info" instead of waiting until the car's temporary registration expires. On December 18th after checking in with Blaze yet again, he tells me he's reaching out to his titling clerk and is waiting to hear back from her. I don't care if it's the holidays, the titling clerk hasn't gotten back yet, or any other excuses - I should have had a follow up by now and I have not. What do I have to do to get my car registered? I was told the registration is part of the lease (as far as my costs go), so I sure as heck am not going to spend the money twice. Why has it been ONE HUNDRED FOUR DAYS since I bought my car and I still don't have any more answers than I did the day I got the car? Why has not a single person with authority reached out to me? Why does Suntrup not communicate with their customers? Why would I ever want to buy another Volkswagen again? read more

I purchased a new Jetta for my daughter three weeks ago and I still do not have the paperwork to get it registered. After leaving several unanswered voice messages someone finally answered. I was told that they had to send off for a new certificate of origin. I've purchased many cars over the years and none of them took this long. You would think that at some point over the past three weeks someone would have called and explained the delay. I purchased a vehicle from Suntrup a little over a year ago, and I had an amazing experience. They seemed customer oriented and helped my mom and I buy two new cars. A year later, I was called in for an equity review that turned into a very unpleasant visit. At my arrival, the staff had a vehicle picked out for me. After test driving, I returned to the staff having all of the paperwork ready for me to purchase this new vehicle. It was doubled my price range and I denied them. The head of that department then came up to me and offered me a different, new vehicle. He continued to nonchalantly pressure me into purchasing this vehicle for it was "my only option" and I "need" to buy that vehicle or my current vehicle will make me suffer. I left after expressing my budget and still not being heard. A few months prior, I was told by Suntrup service that I needed to purchase a new engine for my current car. After consulting with a family-trusted mechanic, I was told that my car did not need a new engine and a simple repair would do. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Suntrup due to those encounters. Although they seemed pleasant and concerned for my own benefits in the beginning, they ended our communication with a scam. read more

Have decided to not use them anymore after 3 years of terrible experiences from the service department. We bought it from them and have yet to have a good experience. We would fill out the surveys they came to us from VW corporate and give them low ratings...suddenly our email was getting changed in their system so that we didn't get the reviews anymore. It took 5 times for them to try to fix a problem with our turbo. Each time our warranty covered it with a $100 deductible. After the 5th time they finally swapped the whole thing out and solved our problem. So a $100 deductible turned into. $500 bill due to their incompetence. Go to the dean team. read more

Tried to tell me that all 4 fuel injectors went bad at the same time and were not covered by warranty. This is not likely and obviously turned out not to be true. Took 28 days to repair my car which was covered by the warranty. I question how they can employ a mechanic that could possibly diagnose the problem being that all 4 injectors went bad at the same time or the shop manager that could possibly agree with him. I did not buy the car at the dealership because I have been around StL long enough to know about their shady sales methods. Right up there with Dean Team. One day in December I went outside and started up my car and to my everlasting disappointment it decided to be pain and have problems starting. Knowing a few months before that I was going to need to go looking for a new car anyway, this was a wake up call to myself to get out there and look! So, when I finally had a day off where I could browse at my leisure after looking online at several dealerships inventories I chose to start at Suntrup. Lindbergh seems to be one of the havens in the metro area where there are plenty of dealerships and this particular one has three of them (one down the road as well) in a row. So there are plenty of choices when you first step on their lots to chose your fancy. I will say that when I stated looking around, I noticed that they have quite the selection and variety for any budget. After looking at several types of cars, I found the one that I took a fancy too! The salesman was helpful and full of energy when I first walked up and explained what I was looking for. He not only gave me several options that I may like and then quietly stepped away while I was looking and came back when he noticed that I had some questions to ask. Not only did I get a car that I thoroughly enjoy but I got a piece of mind with the warranty that came with the car. They have sleezy sales tactics. They post one price and talk about how upfront they are but wait till you actually try to buy the car. Half way through our new car purchase, I was like wow this dealership is very good and making things very easy until it came down to the payment terms. For the price listed on their website YOU HAVE TO finance through them with high interest rates. The 0% APR, THE VW 1.9% APR they advertise is for FULL MSRP. Even with perfect credit you will get crazy interest rates and if you try to pay cash they will raise the price of the car. My issue with this dealership is not the high interest rate or that fact that they raise the price if we don't finance with them; Many dealerships have that sort of sales tactics. The issue I have with this dealership is that I asked about all these concerns before I let them run my credit and THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED about their promo. read more

What suppose to be fun and exciting experience of buying a car turned into stressful situation by Suntrup. This guy Blaze try to sell me a car with 14.5 % financing. Let me remind you that my credit score was just below 800. He used the old " let me talk to my manager " routine. He did all the fetch and roll tricks for me and went to "manager's room" 6 times. He ran my credit 14 times he ran it agains every possible option out there even before he came and offered me a a deal. i kept getting notification on my phone.Sad part is when I said " man that is crazy high I can go get a better loan and buy this car cash " and asked him what would be my final / best APR on it. His reply was " No one knows. No one can calculate that . It's complicated ". Either you are trying to pull a fast one or you have no idea how financing work and you are negotiating a 26K loan without that knowledge. Either way it is embarrassing. After a stressful of 3 hours I got somewhat of a decent deal. Next day I went to pick up my car and I came to find out that car did not have a remote start even though I specifically asked for it to be included in the deal. I am not the kind that argue over petty stuff like that so I got my car and moved on. Went to DMV to get my registration done and find out they game me to wrong title which I end up payin fine on it because I had to deal with them finding a my title. Are you guys ready kicker is car just died after 7 month. Push/ Start starter just stop working. Car got towed and I was out of work for 2 days w/o vehicle. They did not care. Please take your business somewhere else and do not fall for old tricks. I had to buy a new car because my car was totaled and had to get it done. If I can go back I would rent a car for 2 more weeks and go get a car from somewhere else. read more

He called us when they had figured out the trouble, what parts it needed, ordered them and said he would call us when the repairs were done. I traveled to town to help my mother purchase a new VW at Suntrup. We spent a few hours test driving a couple of models. Two days later we came in to purchase. During the 5 hour visit, we endured stressful negotiating, staff berating other dealers, raised voices, and the good-cop-bad-cop routine. We waited 1.5 hours for the finance guy on a Friday morning. Despite paying cash, there was a 1.5 hour paperwork session that included a high pressure sales pitch on the extended warranty. The last of the 3 sales attempts was launched after the denial paperwork was already complete. In the end, the car was transferred from another dealer and delivered as promised. I had much higher expectations of this experience. I thought this kind of stuff went out with the 70's and 80's. read more

I just returned home with my brand new Jetta and the entire process could not have been better. I was lucky to have a duo sales team. Both Joe Dawidouski and Sean Riches were polite, professional, and most importantly - they know Volkswagens! My previous new car purchases have been a mixed bag, but I seem to always get "the new guy". These two were anything but - simply experts on their product lines and patiently addressed each question and concern. There were no silly games at any point of the purchase process. I recognized that bringing my own financing yields very little profit for their efforts, but they did not let that fact negatively impact the sale. For example, they offered to match the financing rate, and I only had to politely say no thanks once - no badgering, no guilt trips...just two nice guys. My wife and I both drive quite a bit, and as a result, go through cars rather quickly. It was not a hollow promise that we will return in the future. Since these guys are professional salesmen, I expect that I will have a long relationship with them and will most certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Volkswagen. In a nation that seems to have dropped customer service and professionalism in an effort to save a buck - these guys stand alone. Well done Joe and Sean! read more
