Three of us went in to obtain a neutral appraisal for diamond studs we purchased from a questionable jeweler. For background, jeweler did not provide GIA certificates after multiple contact attempts. Patrick explained every step of the process and genuinely took his time to teach us and answer our questions. As suspected, the quality of our studs was not as expected. I called on the day she suggested I should check on it and it was ready! It'd be nice of they call you, but it's a small business! The ring was nicely enlarged, can't tell where they did it, very smooth, fits my finger nicely! Glad I found them! They also fix watches besides making, selling, fixing jewelry.
