Chose all day play for both. Arrived and in going over booking was told that only 1 dog had all day play. No. Had that changed (I thought). Started using wag cam next morning. Both dogs looked miserable in all day play. Laying down away from other dogs. That was expected. They really aren't interested in playing with other dogs. Would have been nice if caretaker had taken notice. Next day I check all day play and only see 1 dog. Check "suite" cam and there is the other dog. Call Wag. Oh, you only booked all day play for 1 dog. No. I corrected that on check in. Half hour later check wag cam and both dogs are in all day play. Throughout the stay staff kept referring to each dog as "HE". They are not male. They are female as was clearly noted on their paperwork. Is that why no one cared that other dogs were trying to mount my dogs (per web cam). I think they could have and should have done better. This was not the exceptional care I was expecting. I attempted to let them know how the diseases are transmitted (as I work in veterinary medicine), but they only assured me they cleaned the area. Since there are cameras, it is apparent that they clean at the end of the day, but not fully when a dog pees or poops. This is how they are transmitted. They do not require your dog to be on any prevention either, which could also attribute to it since unfortunately some do not have their animals on prevention. I am so sad because a lot of the employees were so sweet to my girl and she always had a blast! :(

They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind.
