Before you hire Supa Air make sure to check elsewhere for prices. Supa Air will rip you off with unnecessarily high prices, sometimes 3 times higher than their competitors. My AC Coil had a leak and need it to be replaced. Greg from Supa Air came to my house and gave me an estimate to replace my AC Coil. My AC coil is still under warranty and the estimate from Supa Air to replace the Coil was $2,600. I advised Greg at Supa Air that I will be getting other prices since his price seemed to high. I found a competitor that will do the work with the warranty for $700. I when ahead and hired the competitor to do the work and when the competitor proceeded to make the claim with the warranty at Carrier they were advised that Supa Air (Greg) had already placed the claim and had picked up the Coil from them. I never authorized Supa Air (Greg) to place any claims with the Carrier company. Now Greg at Supa Air won't cancel the claim and won't return the Coil back to Carrier. Supa Air now wants me to pay them a fee and pick up the Coil from their warehouse. I will be hiring an attorney and suing Supa Air for their unethical practices. Avoid Supa Air and save yourselves lots headaches. read more

Greg came to my apartment knowing I was out of town, after his inspection of my unit he told me my evaporator coil had major leak unit was very old and I need to replace the entire system which would cost me thousands... I Called different company the next day for second opinion, they came inspected unit found 2 leaking schrader valves, they replaced the leaking schrader valves, vacuum, filled with Freon. Been working great for couple of months, it cost me $150 not thousands like Gregg quote me .... don't trust this company ! read more

I got home from a trip in the 22nd of July...a/c was running but wasn't getting cold and it was freezing up. I called Supa air and they sent someone out...the guy that came arrived during daylight hours and did a thorough inspection of my unit. He said the unit was running great and that it just needed freon. Since I have an older system the cost of putting freon in was $348. So I agreed..I found it odd that he didn't check for any leaks..but he's a professional so I let him do his thing..and since he came out in a Sunday threw in a small tip so he could buy a drink. On July 30th the system stopped cooling again and the lines were feeezing. I called and spoke to Greg and told him it needed more freon. Greg came out on the 31st at about 8:30 - 9:00 ish. We went outside and while I shined a light for him ..he out a digital machine on the unit outside..then came inside and took a look at my system. He told me that the system is old and was not worth fixing. I told him that the guy on the 22nd who so graciously took my $348 and told me the system was fine ...said that the unit was still good. Greg brushed that off and repeated that the system needed to be replaced and that he had a new system for $4,820. I asked him if he could at least check the coils and he refused ..stating that it was of no use...not onon did either of them check for leaks. My question to him was that if the system was so bad it was beyond repair why did his employee feel the need to tell me the system was in good and that I only needed freon? Why take my $348 knowing that the system was not good. The fact that I got conflicting stories from the two definitely destroyed my trust in this company and is the reason I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. read more

I'm not sure why this company has poor ratings? Greg is a great guy, and just came and fixed my a/c after 8pm on a Friday night. he's extremely polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Supa Air. read more

Not sure why this company has 2 star rating but my experience with them they were awesome! They were very professional and practicing safety both workers were wearing mask and maintaining social distance. And the best part they resolved my ac issues I would definitely recommend Supa Air! read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UPSOLD. My AC went down due to a power surge. I called Supa Air on a saturday night. The "technician" (probably the owner) turned up. He opened up my AC looked inside, went out to the condenser outside, came inside and said "your machine is too old and totally broken, you need a new one, it is not savable. Now I know i have an old AC but I also know that You need to actually check EVERYTHING before you decide its garbage. I politely paid the man $180 for turning ip and notifying me that my machine was old. The next morning i called a different company and when they arrived, within 5 min my AC was up and running. Turns out it was just a fuse that blew. Apparently either the technician had no idea what he was doing or didnt want to try and fix it hoping i would purchase a new machine. Either way he had the audacity to charge me. Over the next few days I tried to call Supa to try and get my money back, obviously no one answered my call (they probably knew why I was calling) until I blocked my number and then finally a lady answered and assured me that someone would call me back. Of course they didn't. Now its Capital One's problem. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! read more

I was recommended by a friend. They gave an affordable quote so I used them. Sadly they used inexperienced workers and the job took longer than usual. After several visits/call back the AC problem was finally resolved. However they created more damage - contractor broke my floor tiles, cut a hole into a ceiling, did not repair and did not return to rectify any of this damage despite many calls. They did not clean up well. I do not recommend them. read more
