If I can give this spa a zero I will do it. Today, I had an prior engagements I needed to attend to and last night I asked if they can take as in early this morning. The owner replied back this morning they open at 10:30 and they are busy. I said then I will just keep our appointment at 3pm and she re-confirmed me. Come 1:30 this afternoon she was calling me she can take me in early and I said I am an hour and half away I cant make it. Ill see them at 3pm and she said its fine. Then I was about 3 mins away from her spa she called me saying I have another person booked at 3pm she didn't look at her book and she wanted me to go back a different day. It is apparent that she made me a mistake but she also lied because she was asking me to come in early how can she not know she overbooked. Moral of the story, this owner does not value customers time and I will never support a business that can actually straight up to customers. They are not too good but I dis prefer to go back here because the drive is not bad if I am coming from my house. Don't get fooled, don't ever come here. Dishonest people. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and they were not that busy. They are very friendly. Though, I told the lady I would like medium pressure, I was given a very soft massage. This place is our go to spot, the girls are great when we go for a couples massage. 2 hr here is too short I need to get the 1.5 hour massage to get the full experience. It would be 5 starts but I took one off for the left massage table in the couples room the head rest is not very comfortable and leaves your neck sore, I would recommend they change this to the standard style with a hole on the table. read more

My girlfriend turned me onto this place, she always books her appointments with Joy and she swears Joy is just as great. Fellas, don't be fooled by these petite women, they mean serious business when it comes to deep tissue massage. My GF and I live in Long Beach, but we continue to come here for most of our massages as we're loyal to this establishment! For us, this isn't just a place where we go to get massages, we've developed a loyal relationship with this establishment due to their great service and how they treat us. I always opt for the deep tissue 1 hr as it's my favorite. As I said, these women really know the definition of deep, so be willing to bear the temporary pain that comes with a deep tissue massage if you elect for deep tissue. It's an amazing feeling when Pook steps on your back, she really gets deep in there. It's obvious she knows what she's doing and is working based on mastered technique. She is great at finding and fixing knots, if you have any specific problems or pains she knows exactly what to do. My GF and I are very active individuals, therefore we seek massages every so often (I must admit we go more often than needed because they feel so damn good.) Every time I leave I feel physically and mentally refreshed. I don't have any injuries or physical issues, but when I leave here my body feels as if it's been restored back to its peak state. And its' not just a temporary feeling, I can feel the difference when waking up and working out over the following days. It's definitely worth the money and travel (we live an hour South of this place.) As massage addicts, we've been to many places throughout OC & LA being that we're explorers, and we both agree this is our go to spot. Not only are the massages great, but these women provide excellent customer service as well. They always appear to be in a good mood, very friendly, provide bottled water, and they speak with you as needed to ensure you're experiencing a great, comfortable massage. As for the environment, this place is clean, no weird odors, massage tables are comfortable, rooms are spacious and private, no issues of noise, nice relaxing music and they turn the AC on when hot. Calling to make an appointment is always easy, and they always remember my spouse and I. Nitpicking, the only thing that could be an issue is parking. It's small, tight and parking is hard to come by. We just park at LA Fitness which is literally a 2 minute walk. I went to get a massage today because I've been experiencing lower back pain. I had warned her I'm very ticklish in some spots. I don't think she understood what I had meant so when she should massage that spot I would spasm. She kept doing it multiple times right after each other, it got a little uncomfortable but it's something I could deal with. Other than that, she was amazing and really did the job! She even focused on spots where I was so tense in. It's been about 10 hours after the massage and I have yet to experience any lower back pain! read more

I've been here 3 times for the deep tissue massage. I always request for the massage to be super strong and often ask for even more pressure during. I also ask to not use hands and only use elbow and to use their feet for pressure. Sarah is my favorite here and I usually request that she is the one to massage me since she makes sure to break all the knots in my back and hips. The spot is in a small complex near a Subway and next to a barber and printing shop. The parking may be a little tough if the other shops are busy, but I lucked out with a parking right in front. I've been going here for a year now. This is one of the best Thai Massage places in the valley. Pookie is the girl I usually request. She definitely knows how to treat my injuries and muscle spasms. I highly recommend her. Joy is also someone I recommend. Having been there for a while I would honestly say all the girls there are very well trained and very polite. The rooms are nice and clean. They also offer other services besides Thai Massage, like Deep Tissues etc. Their prices are reasonable. I won't say it's cheap like those $20 per hour foot massage places but you a higher quality massage for $40-$80. (depends on what type of massage and the duration of it.)
