Super 8 by Wyndham in Booneville cancelled my reservation 12 minutes before check in. I had booked the room and paid in full, two months prior and even already checked in online. Submitting a photo of my license and everything! It was during a torrential downpour and we were riding in on bicycles, as many people do to this location. We were stranded. They wouldn't help me try to book elsewhere and offered no expansion beyond "system issue." Completely inhumane. Avoid at all costs!!! Shame on you Super 8. read more

This was a great stay! I had needed a hotel on the way to St Louis. I didn't even plan on finding this, just driving as far as I capsule and booking. They luckily had a few rooms for me. Got a smoking room at first, and was quickly able to have it changed to a non smoking. Much better! They are much cleaner and worth it. The room was clean and well stocked. The tv didn't have a ton of channels but did the job. Had a nice bathroom, clean bath tiles, microwave and fridge! Beds were very comfortable and clean. The ac unit was good and cooled ok. Breakfast was nice and even had a egg omelette and waffle maker. I've stayed in a few super 8's and this was by far the best! The staff was all super nice especially the high school aged night worker. She was very pleasant and hardworking for a person her age! I liked it so much I stayed here on my way home again and was able to get the same room. #203 worked for me! read more

This hotel could be decent. Put they don't seem to want that. I've stayed at dumps before but not at a super 8 like this. They were NOT the cheapest in town. There is a Caesars hotel, and casino down the road so I'm sure they catch overflow and because the price is higher than the rest they catch unsuspecting customers, like me. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the night clerk was very friendly. Our room was dirty. It obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a while. When you walk in the entryway, it smells like smoke. The hallway to the room reeks with smoke. The morning front desk girl does not know how to make any breakfast, but warm up eggs omelets. The pancake batter is too thick to come out and she doesn't know how to fix or make more or add more milk or water. There is an hour to go left to serve breakfast. She told me only the night people make breakfast. Jellies and butter packets are hot. Even though they are in the containers that you put ice and water in the bottom. They probably aren't refrigerated it night. The whole set up is not professional. Also she has her dog with her. Now the entrance and breakfast area smell like dog. She's also took time out of her morning to go walk the dog. After bringing out the eggs the sausage only has 1 link and she didn't even refill it even though it is directly next to the eggs. That is all that is in the only warmer. Then she grabbed a bag of dog food and put in the dogs bowl and is now playing with the dog in the entrance But the worst part about it is our room floor is dirty with trash under the bathroom vanity. The front desk lady says we have one room left downstairs but it's normally a pet room. I told the lady if it smells I will come back, which she was totally cool with luckily it smells more like mold but told me they clean the rooms very thoroughly. lol NOT THIS ROOM. read more

Paid $119 Sr Discount rate. The outside looks very run down. We started to turn around and cancel our reservation, but decided to stay. Mistake! Rat traps by the doors and down the whole side. Bath had mildew and mold growing. Balnkets had cigarette burns ( non- smoking room ) The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheer curtains were in shreds. There appears to be a homeless camp ( or maybe the employee break area???) behind the dumpster.. chairs..a table...a grill. Hallway carpet are very stained with... brown.. something that wasn't cleaned up. Beadspreads are from so long ago. Noise from the second floor was excessive.. just them walking around. Don't do it. Forgot to mention the soda machine. We saw a dad and son having trouble the with the machine when we checked in. $2.00 for a bottle. Later that evening we needed a drink and went out to buy one. It took the money, then nothing worked. I went to the desk, thinking maybe he would come and open the machine. Instead he handed me $2.00 and said " I guess I need to put a sign on it". He offered me a warm soda, but there is no ice machine.In the morning, there was still no sign on it. We had an ice bucket in the room, but there is no ice machine. read more

Basic motel. We just needed one night while passing through. Room was clean; everything functional. Price included free breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! Not over-the-top or anything, but was more than just cereal and juice. They had omelets, sausage patties, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, etc. What a nice way to start off the last leg of our trip! read more

Absolutely horrible. Totally understandable the hotel cannot control the cigarette and marijuana smoking outside of the building however, they can fully control, or attempt to, prohibit smoking inside of the motel, lobby, hallway and rooms! Upon walking in, there was a cloud of pot smoke. We let it slide. Upon entering the room, it was clear people smoked inside of the room and all around it! We tried to cut the smell with the a/c however it literally brings in the air from the outside and shocker, people were smoking all kinds of things. The room was outdated, dingy and just gross. If I can give them a zero I would. First off, there's bed bugs in the room we stayed in. It's so infested that all my clothing got infested to wear I flew back home to California with them. Before anyone says it's probably something I brought with me. Smelt like piss as soon as you open the door. The night staff (the one that was over weight and wears a scrub) she was super rude and seem to be annoyed as we asked a simple question "is there a laundry facility in this hotel." I would t recommend this for anything and would hate to see anyone have to go through what I'm experiencing. read more

I have stayed in many hotels but this is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival our room was not in acceptable condition. The carpets were filthy, it reeked of cigarettes (in a nonsmoking room), the shower and sink had not been scoured, the towels/bedding looked used. I definitely do not recommend staying here, I wish we would have paya little more to stay at a nicer hotel. read more

I was charged $750 without being told by your motel, a WEEK after staying at your motel, and when I called to ask why your motel had charged me $750, I was accused of smoking marijuana in my room and was charged $750 on my debit card (they told me it was the cleaning fee). I kept calling to speak to the manager (who worked 11 pm-7 am) and she was no help at all. I was in between jobs also, because of COVID, and they took all the money I had out of my bank account. So, I did do something about it by calling your motel for weeks and trying to discuss it with the manager, but nothing was fixed. Accused of doing drugs AND taking all my money without telling me, 7 days after staying there. So, nope! read more

No masks, wanted a cash deposit and I live out of town, 2 spiders were in the room and after returning home I had $44 withdrawn saying there was a stain on a towel. Last night we stayed at this motel. As we are getting ready to go to sleep, i take off the bed covers and find a big bug on the pillow, it looked like a tick but it was a little different so i took the pillow and showed one of the owners, he instructed me to go to the front desk. She saw it & exchanged the pillow for me. The next morning i woke up full of bites all over my body, so did my husband and my nephew. I took pictures and when we checked out, we advised of the problem AGAIN! We spoke to the manager, she apologized and deducted $10 (TEN DOLLARS) off our bill, maybe the cost of the pillow? I dont know... because my bites, discomfort and pain from scratching is worth more then $10!!! I do NOT suggest you stay here because obviously they dont care about their guests. She could have done better then just $10 off an $85 bill. I will contact other agencies and report them because that kind of bed bug infestation is unacceptable! read more

Well priced easy to find. Located behind Fast/food place. Near a couple of other eating places. Clean and bright on the outside. Room appeared to be recently updated. Bathroom needed a bit of help. Loose and unleveled fixtures. Shower curtain heavily mildewed needs replacement. Motel appears to have a very stringent NO-SMOKING policy. You need to sign an agreement for $250 cleaning if you smoke in the non-smoking rooms. There are signs in Non-smoking rooms reminding you of the cleaning charge. The problem here is the hallway REAKED OF SMOKE. Motel need a good cleaning/repainting/deodorizing to get ride of the smell. Will I stay again? Not sure at this time. Located and priced right but I'm not a fan of the hallway smell. read more

Booked this motel for a soccer activity. When we arrived the lobby had an unpleasant smell but figured the room would be fine. Got to the room, sat our bags down and oh my! It stunk of smoke and body odor so bad that we couldn't stay there! We were literally in there less than 5 minutes and our bags and clothes wreaked of smoke! Went and told the general manager and she said that I would need to work through Travelocity to get a refund. Called Travelocity and they called the general manager to work something out. Come to find out, Travelocity and the GM had to come to agreement to give me a refund - $96 for 5 minutes! Travelocity agreed to the refund but the GM did not! Go figure! Anyway, Travelocity gave me a $50 voucher. By the looks of the pics with bed bug bites and ticks, it was probably worth $46 not to stay there! Buy be ware! read more

The motel is dated, worn, and not very clean. There is no security locks on outside entries. The bed covers were stained. The mice in the walls woke us at 3 am. Wouldn't recommend my ex-inlaws to stay there. read more
