I am sharing my experience with Super Autos Miami, Alfredo Blanca, regarding serious and suspicious issues involving my vehicle purchase, the handling of my personal information, and privacy violations involving my Social Security Number and personal data. I purchased a vehicle from Super Autos Miami. After driving the vehicle for approximately five hours, I discovered that the car had serious transmission problems and other major mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I immediately attempted to return the vehicle to the dealership, but Alfredo Blanca refused to take the car back. While dealing with the vehicle problems, we had to stop at a mechanic shop. The mechanic checked the VIN number and informed us that the vehicle had previously been declared a "total loss." After discovering this information, I contacted the bank that financed the vehicle and requested help. Following an investigation, the bank informed me that if the first payment was not made, the financing contract would be cancelled after 14 days, and Super Autos Miami would be required to return the funds to the bank. After this situation, I was informed by Westlake Financial that a person identified as Katiusca Coelho contacted the bank requesting authorization to make a payment related to this vehicle. According to the bank, in order to communicate about my account, this person had access to my personal information, including my Social Security Number, financing account number, and full home address. The payment was allegedly made in cash through MoneyGram on April 28. I do not know Katiusca Coelho, and I never authorized her or anyone else to make payments, access my account, or act on my behalf regarding this vehicle or financing account. I am very concerned about how this person obtained my personal information and who provided both my private information and the money used for this payment. One day before the payment was made, I received a message from the same phone number Alfredo Blanca used to communicate with me during the vehicle purchase process, asking for my Westlake account number. I did not provide this information. This raises concerns and suspicion that the payment may have been made in an attempt to prevent the cancellation of the financing contract. While conducting some research on social media, I came across information that raised concerns. I sent all evidence and documentation to the bank. After reviewing the situation, the bank terminated/cancelled the financing contract with the dealership. I fear that my personal information and documents may be used for other fraudulent purposes. I believe the actions committed against me involve fraud, misuse of personal information, invasion of privacy, and unauthorized use of my Social Security information, which I trusted them with during the vehicle purchase process. read more

Honestly, the service is terrible... everything's fine until they sell you the car. It happened to my wife... a few days after buying the car, several problems appeared. I called to see if they could fix them, and that's when the problems started. They made me bring the car in, kept it for a week, called me back, and said they didn't have the part. I had to take it back, and when they told me they had the part, they kept it for another week. In the end, they only fixed the smallest problem. They told me the person in charge (a guy named Ricardo) didn't approve the repair. When I tried to talk to him, he never showed up... he didn't even answer the phone. Please, people, be careful with this dealership. They are really bad. It looks nice but terrible. I went there and spent 3 hours to try a car because the manager who was showing me the car was on the phone every 2 minutes or going somewhere. Moreover, 2 days later the engine light turned on and the car was getting hot in traffic. I went to see them and the same manager said that it was my fault the way I drive. This BULLSHIT. He called me a liar. Now, they do not want to answer me again. I went once and they said that the car is perfect. So, WHY IS THE TEMPERATURE HIGH IN TRAFFIC? if anybody can prove that is my fault, I will apologise for everything. Please, do not deal with them, they look nice but be careful what you buy and you will need time because I spent 3 hours there just to check the car, try and do some paper. I was excited to get a new car with 40,000 miles and was wonderful. However, bad experience. I strongly not advise you to go there to waste your time. I had the worst experience possible with this dealership. Im starting to thin that the reviews on here are not only made up they may not be people of color so they got treated differently. I purchased a car thru them. I verified everything with the bank. I did the phone interview. A few days later they repoed the car. So I had to call the police to find out they had taken the vehicle. So I called to speak to the finance manager Ricardo. He was not to be due into work until 10am. Called at 1030 no answer. Called at 11 no answer. I called from a different number and they answered the phone. So I got to speak to him and I asked why he didn't call and say return the car or we need proof of your social. He replied this is our procedure. I said so if it was a family member of yours you would have called them. His response was I would have had them rectify the problem immediately. So my response was exactly. You did not afford me that chance. So he did not want to try and rectify a problem. So I was not able to get to the car lot until 2 days later. So I did pop up 2 days later. Asked him for my money back and told him I dont wont to do business with them anymore. He replied im not giving you any money back. I replied so what are you going to do. He said nothing. So I jumped up and his ass backed up because he thought I was about to hit him. I told him look at me like a man. He got insulted and called the police. So the police came out 5 car loads. Low and behold after verifying and calling detectives my info checked out and he still refused to refund me. So while there I looked up there company info. Well guess what Ricardo Diaz and the same sells person Mariangela Perozo did the same thing to other people. Behind 4500.00. So after the police advised him the right thing to do and he refused they commented and said that company is the worst and they would never used them to buy a car. "Bait and Switch" "False Advertisement" Went there to look at a car that was advertised for XXXXX$, gave them a 2000 down payment. When all the paperwork was put together the total cost of all the fees and charges went up to $19500. "Auto Dealership Fraud" I had previously told them that I was not employed as of yet. Legitimate dealerships had turned me down at this point. At Superautos Miami the financial manager ******** requested my loan to banks and had put down that I was self-employed and was making at least $2000 dollars a month, Which I found out after I had already signed the contract for the reason of getting me approval from the banks. "Yo-Yo financing" With the lack of experience in car buying, I signed what they gave me. I trusted the words coming out of there mouth. The financial manager says I am approved then told me to pay to this company 380$ a month and for insurance. 2 weeks went by with them calling me to say that I was not approved, even though confirming me that I was approved earlier. I was told that I was approved and it turned out that the paper was written differently from the verbal lies. There should be a way to put no stars on this page, firstly the sales person was in a rush to get rid of the car letting us leave with it after giving a $700 down payment on an $11,000 car. On the way home the engine light turned on, on the highway.( which means that it was on when they purchased the vehicle and turned it off by plugging in to a computer). They were so eager to get the car off of the lot, we left without providing any type of paperwork, they said that we could provide this at a later time. We got harassed for those papers everyday for the following weeks (threatening us that our car was going to get repossessed and that they were going to keep our $5000 down payment that we made the Friday after leaving with the car.. Via Phone, text, Email etc.) After being in contact with their Customer Service representative Angie Perera, who had told me that everything was fine with our account we called Yesterday to inquire as to where our first bill was. The sales manager(Tony Tejera) told us to call the following day as he didn't have information about our account. I called the dealership the following day as the repossession agent had come to my job to take my car and I was told by Tony that Angie had been fired the day before. Tony proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I better bring the papers or he'd keep my car as well as my $5,000 down payment. So my vehicle was repossessed the same day as the due date of my first payment, I even went back with a money order to pay the first payment they wouldn't accept it. Luckily, I recorded our conversation. Basically, they wanted to sell us the car, so they could keep our down payment, reposess the car and sell it to some other person. I bough a 2009 BMW about 45 days ago at this dealer. The car started having starting problems from the beginning, I called the dealer, because they say that all their cars have a 30 days warranty, but the salesperson told me that they had gave me a 3 months/3,000 miles warranty with a third party instead so I should call the warranty, so far I have spent $1,800 in repairs that the warranty do not cover and the car is still defective. This dealer do not inspects the cars before selling them to the public, they just clean them and make them appears nice for outside only. It is better go to a serious and bigger dealer that can respond for this type of situations. The employee named Alex gave me a shocking final price which changed from $1500 - $3900 I said no and finally agreed for a price of $2000 including all. When i told him i will do a test drive. I went to do a test drive and there was a car parked over which blocked this car and agent said sorry but the car is in good condition you can buy it i can guarantee it. So i deposited $100 on Tuesday September 6th and told him that i will pay cash and i will pay the final amount on Thursday 8th September. When i went to pay the final price on Thursday the car didn't start after trying a lot and Alex the sales person told me that sorry the car is in good condition and i don't want to sell this car to you, i will sell you a better car. They showed me nissan altima 2005 model and after a 3 hour negotiation the price went down from $5200 to $3700 including all. So i paid the entire amount and they delivered it to me. But before paying them i test drived it and it worked perfectly. After taking delivery i did a general inspection like all parking lights, signals, head lamps working or not. One of the head lamp didn't worked and i notified him. They took car to the garage and after 45 minutes they returned me it by changing the bulb. After 2 days slowly problems started like coming a huge sound from front right wheel, engine RPM fluctuations, Battery problems, indication of service engine soon. So i complained them regarding this and i went back to them so that i can get it repaired. They simply said that we gave you 3 month warranty and in warranty only engine problems and transmission problems covers. As i am need of car after a heated discussion i paid $100 to service in Hometown Lube service center. They changed engine oil, Brake oil, and general check up. In general check up they warned me to be cautious regarding of engine which does't seemed work in a good condition and also transmission problems. On 9/28/2016 all of a sudden my car stopped in the middle of the road even though there is Half tank gas, air and all. So i called to the dealer to notify them regarding this and the manager named Frank who is an idiotic Bastard talked to me in spanish. When i purchased the car he talked to me in English. I told him to speak in English but he refused to speak and hanged up my call for 6 times. After 3 hours i called him again so that i have a spanish friend with me who can translate between each other. And the bloddy f****r told me that we don't provide any warranty and it is not our responsibility. He refused to support me and didn't provide any information regarding the purchase agreement. To whom it may concern, It comes with great disappointment to provide Super Autos with such a terrible review. Just like anything else, it is important to consider both opposing agreeing arguments and understand that a used car dealership is going to have it's fair share of negative reviews. After checking multiple sources, including, yelp, BBB, cars.com, etc, I came to the conclusion that Super Autos may be the right place for me to finance a new car. Though, it is obvious that no review can compare to personal experience. I had the pleasure of having Rodolfo as my salesman, he is a bit of a shmooze and will try to tell you things like "I was thinking about buying this car for my son," but as far as answering questions or negotiating prices, he is absolutely useless and pawns all questions to frank, who is the boss maybe or the finance manager; it's hard to tell from the disrespect and lack of professionalism. After 3 hours of nothing getting accomplished and no questions being answered, I finally got to speak to Frank. Now, Frank gave me the same runaround, "this car is great," "I was going to buy it for my daughter," yadda yadda. Frank and Rodolfo were well aware of my price range but did not give me a final price until it was time to sign the papers. Granted, this may have been my own fault being that this was my first time trying to finance a car. Regardless, I was unhappy with the final number and we could not come to an agreement. You might be thinking so what? This happens, it's business, no hard feelings. It was not until Frank told me that I had an attitude problem and slammed the door behind me, that I felt it was necessary to write a review. Frank's desperation and lack of professionalism became more evident as he followed me into the parking lot trying to offer a lower price. Again, resulting in him slamming the door. Absolutely embarrassing. I understand this may not be enough to deter anyone from going to SuperAutos and that is not my intention, I hope that maybe I caught frank at a bad time and this is not how they run their business. Though, please consider that these are sharks, that have no concern for the general well-being of the public or customer satisfaction. We were interested in a manual car that's been sitting on the lot for two months.When we got there, we were told we were not allowed to test drive the car ( too risky due to it being a stick); we then explained we only drive sticks and invited the sales manager to have a look at our car.
