I wanted a custom bang wig and my friend that referred me to her assured me she was good and could achieve the style I wanted COOL! Spoke to tinq gave pictures for a reference everything seemed to be fine! I paid my deposit plus some in cash( big mistake) Although I was told it was a week turnaround it took longer than a week THEN on the day of my appointment the wig still was not complete as I sat an hour waiting for Tinq to arrive along with other clients her assistant completed my wig ! Mmkay The day of my original appointment was bad weather so it was canceled and rescheduled NO PROBLEM I sat almost 2 hours waiting for this lady to show up only for her to come and see I guess her regulars before me although I was there before them ! Prior to my appointment I explained I needed to be gone by a certain time and she agreed HA! I was two hours late for my class because she put a client before me and my wig wasn't complete !! So I had no choice but to sit and wait because my hair looked a mess I couldn't work nor leave town looking as such ! When I sat in her chair she explains she was trying to accommodate me because i said i was leaving town but didn't know i had an appointment and didn't know I needed to be gone by a certain time ::Pause:: How you didn't know I had an appointment when your system rebooked me and you texted me confirming that day and time was okay ? Not to mention the text and emails of reminders that I had an appointment.... you're joking right ! Anyway ! The construction of the wig was perfect and the style and the cut was what i asked for but the hair used for the wig was trash didn't hold up 3 days and definitely wasn't worth $536 I may not do hair but I've been wearing wigs and weave for yearssssss and know the difference you will not allie Express me I immediately texted her asking the type of hair The hair didn't hold its shape it's swelled up after 10mins although it was a wig it looked very "WIGISH" the $20 wigs at the beauty supply store hair was better than this ! Hair was rough on the ends very dry and brittle !! A MESS reminded me of nappy Barbie doll hair. Her only suggestion was to add heat protectant and oil! Either way we discussed me bringing the wig back to her HA! I dropped the wig off haven't heard from her yet I've called text and stop by twice NOTHING even left a note two weeks ago nothing. At this point I just want my money back and wished I purchased on my debit card so I could dispute the charge for not receiving services I purchased ! This review is based off my first and last experience at center stage ! Lack of professionalism and no communication. I'm not sure if I got lucky, because on the website it says you can schedule an appointment and I can understand why because the space is small. (Mostly just a counter and then whoever is working can help you based on what you're looking for.) The shop smells so good by the way - clean, with the most fragrant candle scents. My first order I just picked up in the shop but my second order I placed online. As it turns out, they were waiting for a delivery that would arrive in about 10 days for my purchase. On that date, I was wondering if my bundles had arrived and before I even had a chance to check the owner gave me a call to update me that the shipment had been delayed but that she will give me an update on the Friday before my appointment (which was the following week) so that she could help me plan. Like clockwork, she gave me a call that Friday and then again the Monday when my order actually arrived. She was kind enough to also have my order Ubered to the salon for convenience, and as so professional and communicative every step of the way. When someone's words align with their actions consistently, it builds trust and that's been my experience so far with the business. The owner even texted me to update me when my original desired order was back in stock - now that is customer service. I'll definitely continue to support!

The feedback is appalling as they stated they can't commit that the hair hasn't been previously colored... but they sold me virgin hair for $188 per bundle!!!?!? Wow! My stylist has died my hair for years and their hair... no issues..... they stated all sales are final. This is not normal - I'm at a sola salon with several women stylists and they are appalled. They all said it's low grade hair and they claimed my stylist who does this everyday didn't know to color hair.

If you have hair, or want to switch up your hair/hairstyle, or even if you are bald, this store is for you. You can be whoever you want to be and look however you want to look. You want it, they have it, and I'm sure if they don't, they can import it for you. I was amazed by so many types of hair you can purchase. I thought before today I knew a little something, but after leaving the store, clearly, I was educated further about some things. Any color, shape, size, texture, length, you name it, they have it. Don't believe me, go and see it for yourselves. On top of everything else, the prices can't be beat; really. The guy at the counter says that they have weekly sales. Two of the items I bought were on sale; buy one and get the other half off. In times like these, it's nothing like getting a deal. She was pleasant, made suggestions, and my makeup looked so good y'all! I asked for a natural look so it really did not look like I had on makeup but a real polished look. I was so pleased and since she is the only artist there I know I can get her every time I come in! I recommend her for anyone who needs a makeup artist.
