I have to say that I was very pleased with, Jerry and his customer service. I submitted my order and he emailed me and called me with concerns about the final proof explaining to me that the jpg. image was not quite enough to get a clear pic from close up, but from farther away it would look fine. I couldn't find another image with enough pixels, so I decided to stay with what I had, due to the time constraint. For the price, I am very pleased! I'm a graphic designer and have ordered 100 yard signs to promote our local Garden Walk from Super Cheap Signs two years in a row. After doing extensive research in town and on the web, it seems they are, as the name implies, super cheap! You just can't beat their price. The pleasant surprise was that the quality of the materials and production is excellent! I'm very particular about my designs, so when I had a question about a thicker thandrawn outline, I was able to both talk with and email someone in the art dept there to explain and help me revise the design. My signs were super cheap. They were cheaper than Vistaprint's signs and more dramatic looking. They were prompt in sending proofs the same day that I placed the order. They arrived within the alloted time frame specified for my shipping. Shipping was reasonably priced. I have no complaints. I ordered royal blue signs with white lettering. They look great. They are striking and well constructed. I have ordered more expensive lawn ($22 each) signs locally (which I prefer to do) but the wire bases were really poorly constructed and broke apart in less than 3 days. These wire bases are sturdier than ones I paid more for so I am happy with the quality of the base and the sign. They looked great and seem pretty substantial for such cheap signs. My recent experience with Super Cheap signs left me very pleased. They advised me that my initial proof would look pixelated when printed. I sent them files and they were able to correct my issue. My order was printed and shipped. I was disappointed when the order arrived due to the fact that the sign was missing a few things. Part of the order included a rider sign. I needed both signs to be aluminum but when I used their online design tool I had forgot to check aluminum for the rider sign. Super cheap signs corrected everything at no cost to my company. I ordered 500 signs a couple months ago. When I got them, my color was wrong... (I wanted nice bright blue letters on a white background, and the lettering showed up black. I called to let them know about the mistake. They were very apologetic and offered many solutions to correct the problem. I decided that I would keep the signs and we could fix it on my next order. Well, a few weeks later I decided that I wanted to actually have them change the color to the bright blue. They immediately processed my order and sent me another 500 signs free of charge! I ordered yard signs for our vinyl fence company in Newbury Park, CA. I have a boss who is, shall we say, very hands-on. I ordered a sign for a friend for Christmas, just keeping my fingers crossed that it would work out. It was better than I had hoped. The correspondence was quick and clear, my proofs were sent within a day, and the sign was received within about a week. So glad I found Super Cheap Signs. I was skeptical that there were really so cheap...price, that is! The quality of the signs is great! I saved at least $3/sign from the local quotes! And the "economy stakes" are just fine. I got a few 30" stakes to stand out above the other signs at the polling locations. Also, they really honor their delivery date! I wasn't seeing a "transit" number, so I called on a Monday and got them still as promised. They incurred quite an expense in upgrading freight probably. Kudos to them. I bought my campaign yard signs and they came out great! Plus I spent much less than other candidates. Service and delivery were outstanding. I custom designed them and they were exactly as planned. I did notice if they were back lit you could see shadows of the design through the white areas, but that seems to be normal. The only candidate with signs that didn't do that paid TWICE as much. The signs held up great through the campaign and I should be able to reuse all the ones I got back. I will absolutely use Super Cheap Signs again and recommend them to everyone. read more

I was very disappointed in the fact that you can't slip a sign into the frame. I thought that I would be able to do so by slipping a sign into a frame made of angle iron without using hardware, but that is not the case. The description was misleading in my opinion. I ordered aluminum yard signs for our real estate investment company through Super Cheap Signs and they came in two boxes. The quality and finish was excellent but one of the boxes was damaged via Fed Ex and the aluminum signs were bent at two corners. I called Super Cheap Signs and they were great! They scheduled Fed Ex to pick them back up and they re-made the five signs that were damaged and shipped them to me without any extra charge. Fantastic. Exactly what I wanted, sent in a timely manner. You just have to remember to click the button that states you'd like help with your designs. That way they can call you to fit everything to size and your specific qualifications. The customer service here is great---but if you dont click the button that asks for help, dont be upset with what you get, because you are telling them to ship it "as is", which is foolish when they have such great graphic designers who will make it perfect just for you!!!
