I have my own W and D at home, but some heavy duty loads are too much for my appliences. This is my GO-TO spot! I travel about 20 minutes to get there and it is well worth my time. The staff is SO helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customers. They also have discounts for early birds 5 days a week! I been coming to this Laundry mat sent it open and i love it they are more like Family now getting to know each and every staff in there own way. i love the card system you can earn point and and turn them in and get cool stuff and free wash with it and if you have a big family like me then every point counts i love the coffee in the morning and the big washers.. when it pack it dose not bother me i love to talk to new people any ways. when i don't go my husband go and every one know him but he love to go here on Sundays for the football games and talk with all the staff and guys that why i say its more like family. This is my new, favorite laundromat. The managers are so helpful and courteous. They never stop cleaning and I was there 2 hours. Machines are in excellent condition and spotless. You can bring your own pods or purchase supplies. I dont often use laundromats but would highly recommend this one. I traveled over 6 miles away from a closer one to check it out. You must use their card system with credit, debit or EBT. No more coins to jamb machines. They have specials before 8am. I got there on a Monday at 9am and it was pretty busy but got done quickly. Machines lock after you turn them on so you can watch your favorite show on your phone while its all washing. Its sometimes gets hot so might want to bring a drink and there are vending machines. I made the first mistake of coming in on Monday, right after New Years. Thinking that it would be empty. Well I was so wrong! I have previously gone to another laundry mat closer to my home but it was super packed. I searched near by laundromats and this one was the closest to me. I get there and it's also super busy but didn't want to drive around looking for another one so I have this one a chance. As soon as I got in I was approached by Debra who is a employee of the laundromat. She immediately helped me find a washer then helped me get the bigger washer. She kept checking up on me asking if I needed more washers or how I was doing. Jay was also extremely helpful. I noticed him constantly checking up on people asking if they needed anything and was very helpful. Definitely coming back! They know how to satisfy their costumers! read more

Absolutely a great washing experience! Bakery next door sells fresh fruit cake.. the laundry mat has free hot delicious coffee and the place is clean! Safe area, lots of places to run to real fast if you don't just want to sit and wait on the washer.. the lady who works there as an attendant is an angel. Very nice and welcoming. I recently had to start using the laundry mat and I think this will be the one for me..best time to go is early morning if possible. First time here and I didn't catch her name but the lady in charge at the time I went was great! She's been so helpful, even let me know when one of my machines was acting up and offered to transfer my bedding. She even offered me some free time on that machine. That is above and beyond customer service! Will definitely be coming back for more of my winter washes. :) p.s. One of the cleanest and most convenient laundromats I've ever been to. Tons of washers and dryers, multiple big screen tvs to watch some shows. Plus a vending machine for snacks. The girl who works there is super helpful and always walking around to check on people and tidy up. This place can get packed but the times I've been there I managed to snag a machine fairly quickly. They have various raffles and incentives which is cool since you've got to wash your clothes anyway. I live in an apartment complex with a laundromat on site but it's always slammed and I've issues with my clothes coming out looking less than clean. On an extremely busy day (Sunday) for any laundromat, I decided to bring in a bunch of super-sized comforters and blankets. I'm glad I found Super Cleaners on Yelp. Their 5 star rating is no aberration. I was greeted with smiles by Isabel and Lisa as they busily ran the place, directing customers to available washers/dryers and answering questions left and right. Isabel, particularly, helped me pick out the appropriately sized washers and dryers based on my load- great for maximing my wash/dry and saving me time and money. SC has a card system for paying. They give you a card and you load with money. The more money the more you save. I grabbed a bite to eat while waiting for the blankets to dry. I was late in returning and instead of just letting them sit, Isabel had them folded and on the cart. This, on top of the fact that Isabel was also busy with a batch of wash and fold clothes. Now that's great customer service, which even prompted me to tip this nice young lady. During my time at Super Cleaners I met the owner, Jay. He couldn't be more pleasant and welcoming. We talked it up for a few and he thanked me profusely for choosing Super Cleaners. You should do the same. Do yourself a favor & support this small business owner. I love Super Clean because of it's attentive staff and a clean restroom. It also has vending machines for both refreshments and laundry products. We brought snacks and were able to make use of the tables. It has amenities, tor example, lots of large flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, a charging counter for cellphones and laptops. I have never been to a more professional clean, and friendly laundromat! Machines are clean, efficient and numerous. The staff member I see every weekend, Lucy, has been absolutely wonderful! On my first visit she greeted me and walked me through the laundry card set-up, how to use the machines and even located open machines for me very quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon. She clearly takes pride in her job and always has a positive attitude and smile on her face. I came here the first time because I had 6 loads to do and my apartment complex only has 2 washers. I was not considering coming back on a regular basis, but it has been such a positive experience I will now visit regularly! Today I left the house in a rush and forgot my laundry soap. Lucy offered me a cup of soap for free! Really above and beyond! Lucy really makes you feel at ease here and works very hard at moving laundry when it's done so there is basically no wait even though it is packed in here. Thank you Lucy! Visited this laundry mat a couple weeks ago, I was discouraged at first because it is in a busy shopping center and it always looks so packed but I was desperate so I gave it a try! I was greeted by the nicest attendant, she helped me get a pre-paid wash card (they don't use quarters) and explained how to use the machines. It was very busy in there but what I really liked is there are several attendants walking around helping everyone and ensuring that the place is clean, the loads are moving along and everyone is satisfied. To add, I have acrylic nails so the attendants had to help me slide my card in and out of the machine every time I needed it and they were genuinely happy to help! There is a variety of washers in all different sizes and the dryers worked great. I'd suggest you go around back and park and use the back door to enter, it was a lot easier to load and unload once I discovered that back parking area. OMG whoever thought a laundry mat to be so CLEAN. Not only is this place clean, but they have a very professional person (Louis) working here giving all the help you could possibly need to do your laundry. Very high tech place with ATM type cards to load your money on and use at all three machines. They have a points system the more laundry you do the more points you make which transfer to money and prizes.
