My fiancé and I use these guys on a regular basis for standard dry cleaning on my fiancé's work shirts and pants and occasionally for some of my nicer, dry clean only items. We have always been satisfied with every aspect of the regular business we do with them. But they went above and beyond my expectations when I took my favorite coat in to have multiple things done. The coat is white and as with anything you wear that is white, it seems to be a magnet for dirt, grime and every single one of the most difficult stains to get out of any clothing. Rust was the culprit in this case. On top of the dirt and grime (mostly on the sleeves. Right at the wrist bands) and rust stains from God knows where... one of the seams in the hood had somehow ripped and there was a hole and I got makeup on it just as I was putting it in my car to take it to the cleaners! I am not kidding when I say that coat looked brand new when I picked it up less than a week later!!!! Needless to say I was thrilled. I absolutely highly recommend these guys! 100%! read more

I took my dress shirts in to get placket stays installed. Owner had done these for me before and it was $2 per shirt, but the second time she called and said that it was going to cost $10 per shirt. I said okay because I wanted the collars to stay up on my shirts. She called again a day later and said it couldn't be done, so I went to go pick up my shirts immediately. When I got there she was extremely rude and showed no care for my clothes. She put my 4 shirts on one hanger unbuttoned and threw them on the counter. Usually, they hang them up for the customer to get, but she didn't. I thought she hadn't finished the transaction so I didn't get my clothes. She looked up at me as if I should have gotten my clothes and left already. I had to ask her to put plastic over my white shirts. I will never take my clothes here again. read more

Horrendous customer service. My experience is much like other's experiences reported with this merchant. Super Cleaner's turned a nice Charvet tie into a pancake, completely flattening the side folds. Also, what look like brown "press burn" marks appeared on dress shirt after a cleaning. Soo, the older middle-aged proprietress, failed to acknowledge responsibility, failed to address my concerns and hung up the phone on me. No concession of any type was offered. I will steer clear of her from now on. This behavior seems to be a pattern so do not expect to be treated with respect, curtesy or integrity if you report an issue to this vendor. Soo can be pleasant otherwise, but her true character shows when one is critical or seeks to hold her accountable. You are forewarned, not the type of individual I am willing to support in our community. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Buyer Beware: I have been a patron of this business off/on for over 2 years. While their performance is just average, the customer service is terrible. Recently(9/21/13) I picked up my last load from this particular cleaners. That friday I went to look for a shirt from said load since I did not have time during the week to organize the clothes back into my closet. I noticed that I was missing one of my polo shirts. The following saturday(9/26/13) I went to the cleaners to notify them that I was missing one of my shirts. The response I received from the owner, Suu(Older Korean Lady), was appalling to say the least. She specifically started with,"No, no, no!" I replied calmly there was no need to shout and I was just trying to figure things out. Maybe there was a mistake made somewhere and I was willing to wait to get to the bottom of things. Her response was even more astonishing to my request. She informed me that it was "impossible" that they would have lost my shirt and I "needed" to double check in my house. I could see the conversation was not going to move further than there at that point. So I go back and check around my apartment; I even do the laundry to make sure I didn't toss it in there in a drunken stupor one night. (She got me to second guess my own-self! lol) Anyways, fast forward two weeks and I stop by there to give her an update that it was no where to be found in my home. She cuts me off mid-sentence to say,"No. We do not have any extra shirts left over here. Even if it went to somebody else clothes, we cannot do anything and we always count the shirt. So you have it somewhere." She refused to do anything, compromise or even admit that a mistake could possibly have been made. The worst part is, she admitted that even if they did make a mistake, she was not willing to do anything on her end to remedy the mistake until the other customer brought the shirt back to the store. Needless to say, I am not returning. I guess you get what you pay for! read more

After reading the google reviews (because there was only 1 yelp review) I was a little hesitant to try this place out. In fact, it wasn't until my co-worker recommended it that I decided to stop in. I had a decent experience - nothing bad happened, but also nothing amazing. My coats that I prepped for the upcoming cold weather were clean enough, but it looks like there was no detail to the hidden parts (under the collar for example). I also don't understand how dry cleaning can ALWAYS be 25% off? Why don't you just lower your price and call it a day? The details: 4 coats, 1 suit and 1 shirt were cleaned for $47 and change. I dropped them off at lunch on Wednesday and they were done by 5pm on Friday, so I just grabbed them on my way home from work. Will I go back again? Sure. Will I be loyal? Unlikely. read more

They always have a 2 day turn time but can do same day. They also do comforters and blankets. Being from Chicago I expect a lot from a Dry Cleaners and they come through. read more

Used them for nearly a year mostly because they were local. Staff was nice service ok fairly prompt no problem with clothes etc. One day I get a $500 hickey freeman suit back with no pants. Was charged for a suit, pants not included upon pickup which I discovered upon opening up the plastic. Was told by owner it must be my fault. No apology no offer to male things right at all. Fyi I give them plenty of business. Wont be coming back here any more. Now a client of zips down the road which is much cheaper and more professional. read more

The seamstress lady is not very good. She can't do anything but sew on a button. Even that is not very good. Idk where these ladies are from but they are rather harsh in their treatment of customers. Extremely poor customer service. I have been going to Super Cleaners on Broad for about 5 months. The owner Suu behaves as if she is too busy for you. This would be considered rude by a southerner. Although there prices are reasonable their service is crummy. What I mean by that is they act arrogant. I had asked several times to pay special attention to my shirt collar points. Each time no attention was given. This last time I asked if they would please repress and I was told NO by the owner Suu. I politely told her I would find service elsewhere and would not return. I give them a zero!!! My husband took two dress shirts in to be dry cleaned and they both returned with burned marks on them in the exact same spot. The owner was rude and refused to take responsibility for what her shop had done to the shirts. She even tried to blame my husband saying he had burned them. We have been going to there since they opened and I am highly disappointed in the customer service especially since we were loyal customer. No more! Found out Supper Cleaners is not member and they refused to work with the BBB, so they are rated F by BBB. You are taking a big risk by doing business with Supper Cleaners. read more

Owner grabbed my credit card to charge it when I told her to fix it she asked for twice the money. If I could give a big fat ZERO, I would. Over the course of one year, I spent over $600 in cleaning at Super Cleaners (also known as Nayis Best Cleaners). Recently, they ruined two of my best dress shirts. The issue at hand is simply that the owner/manager refuses to take responsibility for damage done by her shop. In the first case, the shirt was scorched by the press. That happens to a starched shirt when it is placed in a wet condition on the press. Burn marks down the front. The second shirt, a red/burgundy pin-striped shirt, again had to have been placed on the body press wet. The end result, the red/burgundy pinstripes bled into the white. Shirt ruined. In the first case the owner/manager claimed I spilled coffee on the front. The problem, it came right on their press with the burn marks on it. Big difference between coffee and scorched cloth. In the second case, the owner/manager held the remainder of my cleaning hostage until I forked over the $18 for the remaining load. All she offered was to re-wash the ruined shirt. I got the opinion of another well-known dry cleaner in the West End who explained how both shirts were ruined. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM SUPER CLEANERS (also known as Nayis Best Cleaners). read more

The owner I think owner name sue is very rude. She hemmed some paints for me and when I questioned her about something she started yelling at the top of her lungs. I gave her a lot of my paints to hem. I was very disappointed in her unprofessional way of communicating. It really wasn't that serious. Came back 3 years later she has the same attitude. I was hoping someone else would be there running counter. I will never return. Be aware soon as you have a problem she goes off . I will never return now. read more

I've been going to this dry cleaner for 4 or 5 years. My dry cleaning has always been ready on time and I've never had any problems. I've had both men and women's clothing cleaned and I've also had my down comforter cleaned a few times. Prices are quite reasonable and the woman who manages the store is really sweet! read more

I have been going to the Glen Allen Nayis cleaners for over 3 years. They are friendly, polite and efficient. I have yet to have a bad experience. Their price is reasonable and I have yet to have any problem. Sorry others have had some issues but I wonder how many people with positive experiences are just not reviewing. read more

Poor customer service. I moved into the area about 10 months ago and started using Super Cleaners. The service was good for the most part so I thought. However, they damaged two of my shirts over the last two months with white stains outside on the collars and on the shirts, rendering them unwearable. The owner compensated me for my first shirt, which was brand new, straight out of the bag from Nordstrom and was never even worn. Hard to argue on that one - again so I thought. Upon damaging my second shirt, the owner accused me of being the only person that bring in damaged shirts and that she was going to send it to the lab. After she received the lab results, she calls me up and accused me of trying to scam her because the lab said it wasn't due to the clean process and demanded I pay her back for the first shirt. I called the lab and spoke to the analyst who performed the test. He confirmed that his analysis does not suggest it was damaged from the cleaning process. However, the analyst noted that the damage could have been inflicted during the handling and transportation of the garments. He confirmed that letter does not exonerate the cleaners or me. While I can pretty confident that it wasn't me that damaged the shirts (my shirts are transported in the same clean bag as my other 25 shirts/month and other items), I cannot say for certain that I didn't damage them. I am ok not getting compensation for my second shirt, but I was not going to pay her for the first shirt that came straight out of store bag. To which she responded that I should never call her or come back and that she was going to tell everyone about me and my information (which btw, she must be unaware it is against the law to share personal information) and hung up on me. I have enough income that I don't need to try to scam some dry cleaner. Clearly, this is how they seek to operate when faced with issues in service. Just be aware of using them that this is a possible outcome if you ever encounter a problem. read more

In a word AWFUL! I left some pants to be hemmed and pressed. They had them for a week. I returned to pick them up and the work isn't done. No sorry, no we will expedite the work, no explanation at all just try coming back on Tuesday. They told me when they would be ready and they gave themselves plenty of time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have been customers since their opening, mostly for their convenient location and tolerable service. On 9/26/14 we dropped off a jacket, and two pants. When my husband went to pick up the order he did not have his ticket (as he never does, but is never a problem in 7 years) and alas they could not find his order. So the owner told him he must have taken it somewhere else and acted like it was impossible for them to have lost his clothes and was too busy to look for them and would call on Wednesday. She never called so I went to the store but the owner was not there and politelty the employess that we had not heard from her. When she finally called a week later I heard her say that SHE had heard me yell at her employess and not to come to her store again. Three weeks later the ticket was found (the phone number had been transposed and it had another customer's name which he had not noticed when he dropped it off) and of course I went to the store, asked for the owner, explained what happened and she just glared at me and offered absolutly no apology. I said aren't you even going to apologiize and she NO, no apology because "your husband was not nice". On Super Cleaners hangers paper covering it says" We Love Our Customers", I don't think so: they lost our clothes, made no effort to find them, acceptined no responsilbily or apologizing for THEIR mistake and then accused of us to each other of not being nice. If we had not found our ticket we would never had gotten our clothes back. Customer's Beware!!! read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY, RUDE, HARSH, .THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES ALL THE TIME! I have never taken the time to write reviews before, But this place has by far the worse customer service, spoke to me harshly/rude to say the least all because I mentioned that my clothes on 3 occasions were not cleaned and still had stains on them, one of my dresses the zipper was broken. on this last visit, I certainly checked my items before leaving and sure enough my dress had a crusted stain on the inside of the collar. When brought to there attention, the clerk removed the crust with her finger, showed the manager and then told me there was no stain!. They told me I always make complains and I said I truly was hoping not to have another problem and I wanted to still come here since I live in the community. I told them I will not come back, please refund my payment for the dress and they grabbed my dress hostage until I paid, I gave her my credit card, she rung the items up and slammed my credit card so hard on top of my cell phone that my phone began to play a video app. I said wow, and kindly took my clothes. I am a well paying customer, my average bill is typically close to 100.00 dollar... They did not show any remorse or apologize for the over sight of clothes not cleaned or when they broke my zipper on the last visits. They are rude, and have no concept of trying to rebuild or repair customer service relationship. I have given this place way too many chances! DO NOT GO THERE! read more
