The per stair charge ($3 - $6) alone, from every single other company I talked to was MORE than Chris's quote. Which, by the way, was not a quote at all but the price. Total. We found Marty after the carpet cleaning service we had used for 20 years raised their prices almost 50%. Marty and son were prompt and professional. He discussed his process and we pointed out any stains. His equipment was newer, they installed corner covers, wore shoe covers and they took their time to do a great job. The carpets look great, Marty's prices were more than fair and he was very honest and friendly. One neighbor had him bid their house and another one asked for his contact information already! I have worked with Team Carpet 4 or 5 times now and figured this review was well overdue. My carpets always look great, scheduling is a breeze and pricing is extremely fair. Marty had to come to a brand new home twice because my dog got sick and then again because, well, 6 year olds are clumsy. This company is truly incredible. If you are looking for someone who is very honest, caring and does the job efficiently and right the first time then this is the best place to go. My Fiance and I had bought a house up in Frederick a couple months ago and hired Team Carpet Care to come clean our carpets. The previous owner had multiple animals and never cleaned anything. There were countless stains on the carpet, the grout for the tile was absolutely disgusting but Marty and his business literally worked miracles. His cleaning chemicals took out all the stains in the carpet, and turned what I thought was brown grout to a light tan color. It was incredible. What I truly appreciated the most about this business is the time Marty took to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was using different chemicals for different parts of the floor.
