I have used this service before, and I was really impressed by the price point and the cleaning. I previously used them for a routine cleaning and a move out cleaning of my rental property, and they did great. I asked for a cleaning in the morning since I am home with a newborn and toddler and said I could be flexible if not. The owner communicated "done" and I assumed she would give me a morning cleaning time. Less than 24 hours before, she gave me a time in the afternoon, not the morning. I would have appreciated a note stating sorry that we weren't able to accommodate your request, does this time work? I realized that it would be too much to switch around schedules as I had already planned my day for a morning cleaning. The owner stated that morning cleanings were ONLY for reoccurring customers and that she couldn't get me in for another two weeks in the morning. I understand the reasoning, but it made me feel not important as a customer. She should have told me this information when I booked, not when I complained after getting the appointment time. No other time options were given and it forced me to cancel. It was a take it or leave it situation. It really is too bad that I had this experience because I think the ladies do great work! I just don't need super frequent cleanings and really need a service that will give me a more specific time upon booking. I hope that this was just a one time occurrence with their customer service.

I specified I wanted a deep clean of the kitchen especially, with special attention given to the common areas. When I came home, the cabinets and baseboards of the kitchen were still obviously dirty and appeared to be untouched. I was under the impression they had finished deep cleaning all the rooms and needless to say, I was upset. There was a layer of dust on the baseboards I could pick up with my finger. The morning after, I discovered someone tried to clean my tea kettle but failed to rinse out the soap left in the tea kettle. Needless to say, I ended up having soapy tea because of this. I alerted the owner, Sonia regarding my concerns, to which she said that because I have an old kitchen, it will never look new again. I explained twice to her that my kitchen is not old, I rehabbed it four years ago but she didn't seem to listen to me. I alerted her of my concerns and she did not valid them, just offered to bring in someone to clean for two hours the following day for free. Ok, maybe a bit of a repair. Nope, three people came, one of which was the owner Sonia. She said they would be there for about 45 minutes and clean simultaneously. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and spent most of the time whispering to each other, probably about me. Don't use this service. Their communication is poor and in trying to repair a customer service breakdown, they end up whispering to each other instead of cleaning. If they were more upfront about what was needed to clean my home, I would have been understanding. Instead she made me feel like shit, implying I never clean and it's my fault that they couldn't clean sufficiently. I work four jobs and have an infant daughter, I don't always have the time to deep clean my hone. I was hoping they could help but instead they made me feel like shit and did a subpar job.

The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. They stated that they wanted to revisit the situation, find a fair resolution & asked me to propose what I believed would be reasonable. They also asked if I would consider revisiting my review once we came to a resolution. I responded the same day. I explained that my original vacuum cost approximately $200 and that, although I would have preferred to replace it with a comparable model, I deliberately purchased a less expensive replacement for $108.49 in an effort to keep things fair. I also noted that I had originally asked the company to reimburse only half of that amount, but that request was declined & I was directed to pursue the matter through the company's insurance. Given the considerable time and back-and-forth that had already gone into this matter, I asked that the company reimburse the full $108.49 replacement cost and advised that I would update my review to reflect any resolution reached. As of August 2, I have received no response. I am adding this update because it is part of my experience with this company. They reopened the discussion, asked me to propose a fair resolution, and I responded the same day. Since then, there has been no further communication.
