My pedicure turned out okay. I don't hate it. However, what I do hate is the level of cleanliness in this salon. They never sweep or mop. The floor was dusty and filthy. I put my bag on the floor while getting the pedicure, picked it up and set it in my lap to look for something, and when I picked it up off my lap, my lap was covered in filth and nail dust. Look around, you can tell they don't clean their floors every day like they should. Looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in weeks. And the man's nails that we're doing my pedicure were very gross. read more

Went in for pedi and fill, I do always set appointments since I know shops get busy. I got sat for my pedi quickly Jason did and awesome job. Donny was to do my fill and design. I sat and waited almost an hour after my pedi for him. I had my design in mind and when I showed him he was like "oh we don't do that" I wanted pride stripes on my ring finger and the rest of my nails tips to have pride colors. He says he can do it so I ask for a different design. Nope can't do it either idk if it was a issue since it was pride or he just didn't want to do it. Idk the full didn't last long. The shape was eh. I don't recommend this place especially if you have other plans two women actually left because they took so long to tend to them. read more

I have gone to this nail salon off and on for several even through its multiple changes of ownership. In my last visit, as I always do, I called ahead and made an appointment. I was informed to come in a a specific time so I proceeded to my appointment for a fill. When I arrived I informed Donny that I made an appointment for 10:15 he just ignored me so I wrote my name down and had a seat. After about 10 minutes he stood up and called one of the other patrons that had been sitting and I continued to wait patiently. My appointment time came and went so I asked Donny if he was going to be able to see me if not let me know a better time to return. I informed again that I had called and made an appointment. His response was "you called." Wow, I told you that twice already. I was disappointed and made an appointment elsewhere and left. I was home waiting until it was time to go to the other nail appointment when Jennifer from Glamour Nails called me and asked if I still wanted my nails done and to come back her or Donnie were almost done. I told her yes but I also told her I was very disappointed in how I was treated because I come here spend my money and leave a nice tip. She apologized and I thanked her for understanding. When I returned Donnie proceeded to fill my nails but with great hesitation. He didn't clean all the lifting nail from before or the dried cuticle skin. I just sat patiently. When he finished the nails were so thick they did not look like nails anymore they were deformed so I asked him to fix them. He attempted to thin them with the same hesitation but they were still thick. I let him finish so I can leave. I have some advice for you Glamour Nails; if you do not have any customers you do not have any business no business no nail salon and your doors close. You cannot pick and choose who you wish to serve everyone is equal and should be treated as such. You've lost a loyal customer and I will tell all who think they want to patronize your establishment to take heed. By the way, the nail salon I went to to clean up Donnie's mess could not understand why so much acrylic was used, her exact words were "these are too thick." Yes, I know that's why I'm here. I made an appointment and asked how much it would be for black, matte, coffin shape acrylic full set and was told for all of that it's $27 if I want gel it's $47 so I chose the $27 option, when it came time to pay the said it's $47 because of choosing black powder, well I wasn't given the option for anything else so I assumed this was the $27 black acrylics but it wasn't. This was my first time getting my nails done so I didn't really know what should've been done however I do know my darker shades of reds. I specifically asked for maroon or burgundy. Once she started painting I noticed this bright cherry red? When I brought it to her attention that this is not the color I asked for she immediately thought it was a hassle to go grab a darker shade like I had asked for to begin with and gave me attitude. I pulled out the sample color sheet and showed even a reference picture of what color I wanted even with the darker shade as the second coat I'm stuck with a bright red that is really hard for me to look at because this is not at all the look I was going for. At that point I wasn't gonna argue her if she still thought this was acceptable for me to leave with the color I did not ask for. For such a simple nail request you would think it wouldn't be hard to know the difference? I will never go back to this establishment again. read more

Well...I thought I try them out because I read some good reviews here but I'm not to happy. Got a manicure and pedicure and after 2 days with a normal nail polish it disappeared. So I called and I get told "oh, normal polish doesn't last that long mainly if you work a lot with your hands" excuse me what the heck I have gotten before just nail polis and it lasted 1-2 weeks maybe you all should then change your distribution if they only sell a bad quality. Worst nail experience of my life. I will NEVER go back. Not worth giving them business. I go in for a manicure and pedicure, and since I'm 7 months pregnant and can't reach my toes, I decide to go all out and get their "deluxe pedicure" which includes a sugar scrub, callus removal, foot mask, and extra massage. While I did get the scrub and mask, I got about 45 seconds worth of massage. And a very quick "callus removal" which was basically just a quick pass with a pumice stone. Also, 2 people were switching back and forth working on my feet (and they are the OWNERS, by the way) so they can jump back and forth to other customers who have been waiting, which means I have to do a lot of waiting for one of them to get back to me as well. My toes look fine, but my heels don't feel any softer. They want to slip on those little disposable flip-flops instead of my own sandals, which they say are harder to put on without messing up my toes. I get up to sit at a chair for my manicure, and apparently one of them had splashed a ton of water on the floor while doing my pedicure, and didn't bother to clean it up, so when I get up from the chair, which is a struggle in itself being 7 months pregnant, I slip BAD, and didn't get so much as an apology from either owner, who both witnessed it. By this time I've been here almost 2 hours, they're technically closed, but have let many other people come in, and I can now tell they are trying to rush me out, so they can work on their awaiting customers. I sit down for a manicure (after she had me REMOVE MY OWN nail polish) and she says she'll FILE AND PAINT my nails. To which I replied, NO I wanted a MANICURE. She doesn't even soak my nails, and I get a 5 minute "manicure" which chips the very next day. After 2 1/2 hours, nearly breaking my back, a bad pedicure and rushed "manicure", she charges me FULL PRICE for EVERYTHING. My friend that was with me just did a color change and she had to take off her own nail polish too, RIDICULOUS! WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO! read more

Lately, it seems the quality of the manicures and pedicures has been going steadily downhill. I have been going to this business on and off for approximately 3 years. They used to do excellent work! I prefer to see Holly, who is one of the managers. Lately, though, even she has been slacking. My acrylics lift within a week, the gel coat rarely covers the entire nail, leaving dull areas, and each service takes forever. The last time I was there, I had made an appointment for when they opened. When I got there, I walked in with a person who had brought her three kids and did not have an appointment. My friend went here to get her nails done she explained what she wanted which was the coffin shape and he tell her NO YOU GET SQUARE he drilled her nails sooo hard that they began to Burn. I'm annoyed. So this is my first time getting acrylics and I was so excited, but the guy who worked there completely ruined it for me. The color that he put on was completely different than the color on the example. Also, at first I was put with a lady who was supposed to "prep" me, but when she put on the extenders (or whatever they're called) she put them on crooked. And she didn't even remove the dead skin from my nails or file or anything. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to finish and he did terrible. And the wait was absolutely ridiculous.
