What a difference from our son's previous dentists! Super Kids was easy to schedule an appointment (they even take walk-ins) and prompt in seeing our son at our scheduled appointment time. We were in and out in 40 min, with most of the time spent seeing the dentist/actually doing something, which was amazing! The dentist and team were all friendly, helpful, and willing to explain processes and answer questions so that parents can make the right decision for their child (I.e, tooth extraction now vs waiting for a tooth to fall out naturally). It didn't feel like they were scaring or pressuring us into a decision for a money grab, which was a welcome change. The office itself was cheerful, with adorable murals and TVs in each room to entertain kids. Both my husband and I were able to go into the exam together with our son without any issues (because at another pediatric dentistry practice, it was only one parent allowed per patient....). They give out fun prizes and a a balloon on the way out, which helps make the dental experience more fun for kids. Our child's teacher referred us, and we are so glad that she did because we highly recommend coming here! read more

Love this place for my kids, we've been coming here for a while now! Front office is always so helpful and informative, they always make sure to remind you of appointments and are very understanding when there's an emergency. I will say it's a little busier than what I'm used to, but they usually get you in and out. The girls who take the X-rays are so fast and comforting with my kids, they usually seat you fast and get straight to your cleaning! The Drs are great and don't push for anything your child doesn't need. Today was a little busy and I was a little overstimulated, but the staff were understanding and to be honest Stephanie really did it for me! She's great! She's so sweet to the kids and so comforting and welcoming with the parents, she easily made me feel so much better :) Thanks Stephanie! Their wait times are insane, they give you an appointment just to not respect the appointment time. The fact that their excuse is "we also take walk ins" is crazy. Might as well don't make an appointment and just show up, you will be seen after the walk ins either way. Last time here. The dental assistants want to be rude when you ask how many people are still before you. The place has so many people waiting you will have to wait standing up. My appointment was at 9:30 and I didn't walk out until 1:20. read more

Waited over an hour to be seen. The waiting area is way over reached its maximum occupancy limit. This picture was taken 1/2 later. When we got there it was worst. No area to sit or even stand to wait. They shouldn't be taking patients for appointments so close and make people wait this long. It's hard for little kids to wait there in a packed space for an hour. Brea the appointment setter told me it's usually busy during weekend. Understand, but schedule accordingly. At least set the appointment little far apart. This is not DMV. New people coming in every 5-10 mins. Not coming back again. read more

Assistants were very nice and attentive, but if you don't say something dentist doesn't even see your child. My son had pain in his teeth so that made dentist come see him but she didn't even spend any time with him or us to answer questions she was in a hurry. Before I could ask dentist anything she was already gone so I had to ask assistant if he had any cavities, she said no but thinking now I doubt the assistant even knew since she didn't even check his teeth . Overall I think dentist needs to care more about patients and take time for each, some children are already anxious and nervous you should be more attentive to them. read more

Wait times are ridiculously crazy. You're waiting for over an hour just to be called in to get your X-rays which means you're in the office for almost two hours before your treatment is done. Definitely it's too over rated. It was great when it got the attention and publicity during COVID and of course with social distancing and cautions they booked considering this now they overbook (too many people in the lobby, not many rooms to accommodate the patients waiting)! I understand this is a business and they want to get as much as they can but please be mindful, parents take time off work to come to your location and it should not be wrong to be seen within a reasonable time frame from your appointments. Instead I was told this is the wait time, unfortunately we are busy (ummm then don't overbook). I've noticed that this normally occurs when we are in a minority neighborhood, they make you wait because most people stay quiet and not complain. Do not recommend unless you're okay spending hours to be seen in less than 10mins. read more
