Been coming here for 7 years for all 3 of my kids. All staff is great.. the doctor is very sincere and honest. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Every time we have an appointment, we are seen on time and in emergencies they are always able to squeeze us in on the same day. I'm leaving a bad review because I have an upcoming appointment in 2 weeks and was trying to hold off until then but the pain I have is about an 9/10. I try to explain this to Karla but she was not very helpful instead was told to to go somewhere else if I'm in that much pain because he is fully booked for adults. I found We C Kids Dental while visiting the UPS store next door. I was already in the process of looking for a new dentist for my kids and this place fell on my lap. I'm glad that I booked an appointment for their dental check ups. The facility is very nice and clean, friendly customer service, helpful dental assistants and very savvy and personable dentist. I would recommend this place and rate 10/10. They also have another dentist who treats adults on alternating days. The play area is a very cool space to keep the kids entertained. I also appreciate how kid friendly and orientation they are. They even hand out small goodies during your visits, which makes my little one very excited. They accepted walk in and Medical insurance. my husband brought my 5yrs old boy to walk in without calling. the doctor and nurse are very nice, doctor did a quick checkup and arranged the treatment the next day very earliest morning. My husband said he was so satisfied. Highly recommended here, Not like most other kids dental office, need to call for appointment and need to wait for couples weeks to see doctors. I brought in my 4 year old as she needed baby root canals to be done and her prior dentist had a 2 month wait. Through yelp and vetted a lot of dentist offices and Dr. Hoang office had the 4+ stars and a large number of reviews. He examined my daughter's mouth, went over what he recommended, explained my options. The time he took to explain the procedure made me feel very comfortable. The day of the procedure, everyone in his office was friendly and very attentive to my daughter's care. While they worked on her mouth they kept her calm, talked to her, and praised her. Once they wrapped up, they explained the next steps, checked in to see how she was doing. Any follow up questions they are very attentive! Let me start off by saying this rating is due to the front office lady ONLY. EVERYONE else gets 5:5 stars! Been coming here with my kids for about 3 years, unfortunately last time I went in with my son, it left a bad taste. To put it straight forward, the front office lady is not very nice. Since the moment I walked in and said hello, her overall attitude was not very welcoming. Besides that, everyone else in the office is amazing! The xray girl and the one who cleaned his teeth truly are amazing angels. They are patient, kind and very understanding of the child's feelings they made my son feel so comfortable. The dentist as well is very good with the kids, he is warm and patient. I will still be bringing my kids here, although I will definitely will try to limit contact with the main office lady/ scheduler/ receptionist. read more

My daughter has been coming here for almost 3 years and I never would have thought that she would look forward to every visit. For most kids, they dread coming to the dentist because it usually means some sort of dental work. I feel like this is what distinguishes this place from others, because Dr. Robert takes a conservative approach to a child's dental care. What this means is that just because there is a cavity appearing, it does not mean that it needs to be treated right away or needs a crown, which I greatly appreciate, because that would add up in cost easily. Dr. Robert will monitor any cavity and make sure there is no sensitivity in that area, in which case, he would strongly recommend treating (which my daughter has done before). I recommend bringing your children here at a young age so that they can develop a positive dentist experience like my daughter did. read more

This dental clinic was great. They are fairly new so I wouldn't have brought my 3 year old twins if my friend didn't refer me to them. I'm glad I brought my kids to see Dr. Hoang. My twins were very comfortable with him. After the exam my twins got to pick out a toy and gave them a toothbrush. My 4 year old was with us too and they even let him pick out a toy Location- Plenty of parking outside. Same plaza as Superiors Supermarket. It's hidden next to Wing Stop and the UPS store. Service- We were greeted right when we walked in and the staffs were all friendly and patient. Dr. Hoang was nice and gentle with my twins. He was also very informative and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. Price- Free Exams for children under 3. Price are very reasonable for children 3 and older. Environment- Very clean and has games and toys to keep your kids busy in the waiting room. There is a tv in the exam room. My kids are still small but I find it important to have their teeth checked out; so there was a lot of crying and screaming. I was worried the doctor and assistants would be frustrated with all of the noise but they were helpful and sweet they even got the babies to calm down while Dr. Hong informed me about keeping their teeth clean. I saw Dr. Thomas Nguyen for my teeth and he was thorough and let me know exactly where I need cavities filled and re-filled and what our next step would be. Everyone is friendly. The office is clean.
