Just overall more Expensive than other places, and soap vending machine took money and didn't give me soap

I haven't had this happen here but i asked. "If someone leaves their laundry in the washer, it's a 10-15min wait and then they remove for the next client" There's not a ton of washers here but there's a variety of sizes, it's not the cheapest nor the longest hours but it's reliable and considerate to your time read more

The management is much better after this Super Laundry changed ownership few months ago! The washers and dryers are more reliable than before. They still use the same machines with a card reader on each machines deduct the money pre changed by the two cards money preload machines they have on site. I come to this Super Laundry every few weeks for some large items I don't want to wash in my home. Everything is almost no change after the new owner take over the business. Except the card readers in the washers and dryers have no problem reading the cards now. I think they have better maintenance than the previous owner. The readers doesn't work very well before! The only thing I don't really liked is when they changed ownership. They replaced all the money preloaded cards and cancelled the old cards regardless how much money remained in the cards! So make sure you don't preloads too much money to the cards in case they are changing ownership again! read more

Got there at 1040 a.m. No employees there. I needed to use their service to use their card service to get cash back to use the cash to use the machines that put cash on the card to use the facilities. Coulnt. I left and came back at 1120. Still no one there. A sign said call a # if you need help. Lmfao. So i gotta call and talk to an employee to beg them to come to work and wait for them to do all the above??? Third time is a charm...right? F no. Lol.got there at 245 p.m. A big dude was loudly and rudely answering questions for a lady. There was a sign at the employee booth stating "employee is cleaning" lol I assumed it was the big guy in the almost empty(one lady) small laundromat. I stood by the booth and the employee came over and asked what i needed. I said, "hi, i need change...." "WE DONT GIVE OUT QUARTERS, WE DONT HAVE QUARTERS" I finished my sentance and said i need change like the sign said to use my atm to use the card machines. I left. I dont like doing laundry in the first place and this store made it alot harder to take my money to do it. Not goin back. If i did would there be any employees there to give me shit? It's $4.50 a wash, free dry. The workers there were really helpful and super nice! It was my first time there and they helped me through every step. It takes less than 30 mins to wash& you can adjust your drying time to your clothes' needs! read more

It's functional but not kept up. It's dirty, missing floor tiles, bathroom is dirty, broken signs on top of the vending machine, with a bit of repairs effort and cleaning this would get a better rating. read more

Was at super laundry today were I got to repeat myself not once but three time i approached this employee and started off excuse me sir while he was in the employee cashier area he was on his laptop like usual I've been here enough times in the past 3years to see what the employees free time activities are. Usually he has his laptop. Started my laundry while the owners were here always nice dealing with them when they're around. Started my dry cycles for two loads 48mins each top right and the bottom left under a OUT OF ORDER dryer. Came back to 7mins left I was outside playing on my phone admittedly in my car enjoying ac. I noticed someone stopped my bottom dryer.( Also the washer adjacent was running at this point and prior it was empty. ) my big batch of clothes were hot to the touch which was the desired temp but my small load was damp like it was stopped in the middle of almost being dry. My point is I had asked him for assistance he SEEMED TO listened but responded I'll be there in a few minutes. Me thinking okay. No problem hallway through folding I'm realizing he still hasn' come i go back and I apologize for bothering him cause i thought he was an employee considering he helps with the stuff the others do. I then asked him do you guys just let anyone mess with others machines while they're in use. He then asks what I'm needing help with cause I clearly needed to sound distressed to get any sort of help. Then goes to the first half folded dryer and says these ones and i said no SIR i had said the BOTTOM LEFT DRYER UNDER THE OUT OF ORDER SIGN. I was very clear both times and maybe just maybe he didnt hear me say bottom left 2 TIMES. But no he says so whats wrong with it. I'm done I'm done either he thought i was lying and I wish he would've been better at his job to not come off that way. But as many freaken cameras as there are as many as there are why would I lie about a free dry. A measly 8mins cause I come here too much To care about losing one I just didnt want to go back out and get my card but if there not paying attention thats cool tho right cause that means we can dry things with rubber backing in the dryers and do literally everything they have on their NOT allowed list and no one would know cause their employees (Not the night dude with facial hair or the Big due in the morning always just being him he really has a great energy about him ) but this dude with the laptop don't care. I get it i do but damn its hot your job sucks but thats not my fault. I just wanted you to listen while I asked you for help like a fu ken human being and you couldn't even treat me like that and thats why when you finally rolled your face away from looking at my red sweat ridden face with tears starting to flow down my cheeks in FRUSTRATION, was that when you finally believed me. Was it cause I probably should've asked but chances are at this point you just wanted to make sure I didn't start yelling hysterically at you cause I'm a woman and thats what we do. I've been going here for a while and have seen the store under renovation multiple times for the better. There's always an attendant there to help, and the atmosphere in the store is always calm. The store is kept clean by the attendants, and any broken machinery is always apologized for then immediately fixed. There are free drys that come with the washes and so it doesn't take long to get your laundry done. There's coffee in the morning for any early birds, and at the night the store is conveniently close enough to restaurants to walks over then walk back to get food. The store is pretty safe so leaving your laundry in for a couple hours and coming back to it is fine. If anything the attendants can keep an eye on the clothes for you. read more

Great service. Clean. Significantly cheaper than another laundry mat I visited before finding this location. Attendant was very helpful and friendly. I'm here on a Saturday around noon and there are still plenty of machines open. Free dry if you use the fancy washing machines, worth the extra .50 cents a wash. 1/2 machines don't work. clothes come out of washer with dry spots . couldn't find worker to make change so put 20 on the card expecting no hassle if I didn't need it all. finished laundry, asked for my 7 dollars I was owed and was told by the attendant he couldn't do that . I have to come back at 4pm to see his boss. NOT THE WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK!!! And if that was not enough there was a guy in the parking lot asking people if they wanted to buy some meth. I'm going back at 4 pm to get my money and I will never again go here. I went there because it wasn't crowded now I know why. read more
