Comes from the Old English "To Ensure Proper Service" one TIPS their waiter ahead of time and your cup will never run low (or whatever it is that we require). As a Professional Chauffeur I received my best tips AFTER after they EXPERIENCED my service. The massage was excellent! I could walk, drive my car and even Breathe better. I swear food tasted better. Wow! I made a same day appointment. I got there and they were a little busy. They put me in a room and left. I undressed and wondered how this new place would be. The massage therapist came in and asked if I wanted medium or hard. I didn't know, I just wanted to feel better. She was great about asking and making sure I was comfortable. Boy did she get into those nots in my shoulders. Sue was amazing. She maintained the same pressure throughout the massage and never made it seem rushed. After she did my entire back side I flipped over for the front. She also did a scalp massage. I felt all my stress melt away. I will be back. read more

My massageuse was Eva. she is really kind and work hard. She asked me strength before the start and asked where i wanted to concentrate. actually i like strong pressure. The facility was clean, they were very responsive for booking (w/in 20mins) and a reschedule that I had to do last minute. All I wanted to do was treat myself to something relaxing, and this missed the mark completely. I didn't really know what to expect to be honest but relied on the Yelp reviews which for the most part were very positive. Honestly, I don't think the previous reviewers have had good massages before... However, the masseuse did not understand much English except when something was too much pressure, she did understand to lighten it up. It consisted of pressure point (elbow) for the first 15 mins, then oil. I have never had a massage like that so I don't know if that is a thing. I hated it but had no way to explain this to her because she didn't understand me. After the oil part of the massage which was more like a marginal deeper tissue massage (also not relaxing and focused too much on running down the spine which a massage should never do), she then left for over 5mins with no explanation (did I mention she didn't speak English?) and had no idea why... It was to get hot towels to clean off the oil. The foot massage was also disappointing and had a feeling she really didn't know what she was doing. I have had better with a pedicure and now my feet are sore which they hadn't been in a long while, AND I'm off to my chiropractor to fix what she messed up. So, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because of other reviews and it's a small business. It wasn't explained to me what type of massage it was and like a fool, didn't ask. The person at the front (owner?) really didn't ask much except what pressure I liked, and would do better explaining this to clients, if she is able to, if they wish for them to come back. read more

Have been going to Massage Super Spa for a month now. Now I know a good massage when I receive one because I get massages at least once or twice a week because if my long work hours and standing all day bending over doing procedures as a physician. Most place I have to tell the masseuse to go harder and harder and t is still disappointing. Eva can find your kinks and knots and then work them out without you really having to tell her. She can go as hard or soft as you like. The facility is clean and she uses an organic coconut oil that is very relaxing and soothing. I'm hooked on her thumb. read more

Absolutely awful experience! My fiancé and I came here based off the great reviews and are extremely disappointed. We decided to give this place a try instead of going to our usual (and cheaper) place. I was at first sketched out because they had us pay BEFORE the massage, which isn't like our usual place. Although this made me uneasy, we still went through with it anyways. We both got full body massages in the "couples" room. Throughout the massage he had to repeatedly ask the masseuse to do it harder, at which after the 5th time he asked, she said that she was going to charge him $50 because the $45 special is not for hard strength-which they didn't say anything about before hand. After saying this she let out a huge sigh and began to TALK to the masseuse doing my massage. They continued to talk to each other throughout the massage, and even giggled at one point. Which became really annoying and not relaxing whatsoever. At one point in the massage, my fiancé's masseuse left the room- to which my fiancé opened his eyes and realized that they had left the door to the main walkway wide open, while I was laying there undressed!! He immediately said something and the masseuse didn't even apologize and just covered me. I was extremely uncomfortable, because I have no idea how many times they have left the door open before my fiancé noticed! The two masseuses continued to talk the rest of the massage and then left-without telling us we were finished. When we realized they weren't coming back, we got dressed and ready to leave. At the door we were greeted with 3 women, asking us to leave a tip (which we had no intention on giving after all of that) When we said we wouldn't be giving a tip, they began to argue with us and trying to demand for us to tip. Even after explaining why we were uncomfortable and not willing to tip, we still received no apology for the service. My fiancé and I both received awful massages and feel no different, $90 later. This place is the absolute worst and has ruined my experience about getting massages, if I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE read more
