They must have changed ownership few times recently. I went month ago wanting a pedicure. One man was doing a manicure for a lady. Maybe he was the owner? Young lady made an attempt to work on my feet. We got through the soaking part, but than things were going down the hill from there. She was sweet but obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. My $10 stick on nails look better than the nails I got done here today. I showed the guy this exact picture (of my stick on nails i had on last week) and said this is what I want. He was nice. He got to the end and my tips were light pink?? I said when are you going to add the white tips? And he looked at me clueless? And then said something to his coworkers about white tips and they continued laughing for Atleast 5 minutes talking about "white tips", he did a horrible job doing the white and they look so messy and nothing like I wanted. The white is sooo thick. What are my thumbs??????? Desperately needed to get my nails done and this little spot was tucked away near my gym. I stopped in on a Sunday and didn't expect them to be super busy but they actually had some pretty steady traffic. Regulars maybe. Per usual I'm in a rush and asked if they had enough staff to accommodate my dual service. They assured me another technician would be coming in shortly. Half way thru my pedicure I was starting to get worried. I had to leave by a specific time. As soon as I was about to inform my other technician Of my time constraint a young woman walked in and dropped her items and almost immediately began giving me an sns manicure. She was so fast! Yesterday my friend went into this "business" and was denied service because of her certified medical alert service dog, who is very well trained and mannered. She was harassed by the other customers, while the employees stood by and did not intervene the hostile encounter. Denying service with someone with an ADA recognized service dog is a FEDERAL OFFENSE and should be taken seriously. This is disgusting and shouldn't happen to anyone. Go to literally any other nail salon, you'll get better service and be treated with respect. read more

My friend was refused service because she had her service dog with her which under the ADA law is illegal to do so. The employees handled the situation unprofessionally and stood by as she was verbally harassed by the other customers. I am new to this area. I've tried a few nail salons. I am never the customer to show up when closing- however I got there at 7:31. They closed at 7:30. I get it if no one is in there, there were 3 women getting pedicures (we know how long that takes) and two other women getting their nails done ( one getting an old set off). So you could see why I was baffled when all I wanted was sns, gel, or even willing to do acrylic. It's hard to find a good place, I wasn't getting the works done, mine would have taken maybe 20 minutes. Poor business decision. Very disappointed in work ethic. read more

Every time I go, it's always a pleasure. Everyone is so nice, and always makes me feel welcome. I used to be afraid of going to get a pedicure even though I'm gay, I used to feel awkward as a guy in general going, but here, I feel safe and unjudged. There is one person in particular that is my absolute fav and that is Tina!!! She has been doing my nails for a while now, and she is amazing. The main reason I go is because I have really bad hang nails and ingrown nails on my feet. For some nail techs, it's been a struggle for them and they cause me to bleed and it's very painful, but not for Tina. She literally has been the only nail tech I've ever been to that it didn't hurt not one bit at all, and she actually gets all of it. I definitely recommend them for all needs concerning your hands and feet. I have seen them on my friends and family and they also do a really good job on painting your nails and stuff like that. 10/10 recommend for sure period point blank. read more

The only reason I'm giving a one star is because they're nice.. first off I called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if they could do my nails, ofcourse I was told to come in, I had seen a few of the pictures here on Yelp and it looked like they did decent work so I went ahead and came in. Arrive at 4:15 pm, it was full (which they should've told me over the phone) I said ok she said pick a color and that was it I went ahead and picked my color and sat there literally until 4:40 pm (in my mind if I don't get called to sit in a chair by 4:45pm I'm walking out) lucky for me 2 more people came in and needed the seat so she told me to go sit in the pedicure chair, sitting there waited another 30 min. I was finally done getting my pedi done around 6:45pm. Not only did I need a pedi though I needed a full set and eyebrows. The lady that did my toes i had asked if it was too late to put sparkles on my big toe and she said yes I was like alright then (should've gone somewhere else where to get what I actually ask for) but alright now my nails the lady was a sweet heart but one of my thumbs nail is slanted, same with a pointing finger. A few nails look bulkier then others, my nails are supposed to be coffin seems like a few are thinner then others. The nail polishes were horrible, there was like trash in them and that's how it was still being applied on. I was done by 7:45 I asked for my eyebrows and I asked for them to be the same on both sides (only reason why I got it done there was because it was already too late to go to my normal lady) I asked for clean up, she took the arch off my right eyebrow so ofcourse they ended up being uneven. Total was $89 which I wouldn't care for if everything done right and how I was and asked for. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

I arrived straight after work at 6:30, and was given a quick "find your color," and I had to go back to the chair I assumed would be where my pedicure would be done. No offer of anything to drink and I had to ask to see a price list. That took about all of 3 minutes then, I had to remind her that there was no soap in the water. As soon as I sat, the "lady" with the long ponytail pointed to the clock and said "do you know which color, we close at 7:30." I said then I'll just do a simple manicure and pedicure but while sitting with 4 color wheels in my lap and showing her my selections, she told me certain colors were unavailable and there was no time for "ANY" art. I definitely was OVER all of this but it was too late to go elsewhere and my feet were in mid pedicure. Another "older lady" came to do my nails and had them looking like this was her first manicure ever! To make matters worst, a regular arrives at 7:16 and no one said anything to her about closing soon!!! I say all this to say, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOW LEVEL NAIL PLACE AGAIN!! First visit and definitely the LAST!!! Very disappointed and time wasted, I'll never be able to get back. I just moved to area and looking for simple gel polish mani. I got there at 5:30 on a weekday night and the sign on the door said they closed at 7. The techs were mopping the floor and there were no stations ready to go. I tried to walk away but they said no wait and promised great job.
