If only it were possible to give 1 star. The most unreliable shuttle service ever. I waited 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon for a shuttle. When shuttles do show up, they don't have the correct marker on the front of the bus so if you're not lucky enough to hear the driver call out the lot he/she is driving to, you're stuck. No one answers the phone and the only explanation you get from the drivers is "we're short on help". You'd be much better off using the Parking Spot. I don't know if Super Park management noticed, but air travel is on the rise again. After calling them twice and 20 minutes later, the shuttle to Lot B arrives. Driver was nice. No issues with the ride. So I got to my car and got in line to pay & exit the parking lot. The car in front of me was having issues with the card reader. After trying for about 10 minutes, they backed up and let me try it. When I got to the machine, the first thing I noticed was that it showed "OFFLINE" in big red font. It wasn't reading credit cards or taking wireless pay so I call them again. And again and again. Sometimes they just don't answer. Eventually someone did answer. Another 20 minutes later, "supervisor" shows up and apologized for the inconvenience exactly zero times. He couldn't figure out the machine so he asked for my ticket and let me out. As I was about to leave he made a snarky comment about how I lucked out with free parking. I stopped and told him that was not cool. His response was "Whatever!" I am absolutely appalled at this shitty and extremely rude customer service. Needless to say, I can give my $10-15/day to someone else. It was a business trip anyways and I get reimbursed for it. read more

Terrible Company. Super Park Terminal 2 on site at Lambert Airport charges you if you enter and stay for more than 5 minutes. They had a posted sign stating parking was open. There were no open spots. Getting in, to the top level, back down and through the payment kiosk took me 7 minutes. They said because I stayed for more than 5 minutes they had to charge me the minimum $5, which is the same as a 2 hour stay. I argued it was 2 minutes over, I didn't find a spot, I probably spent 2 minutes sitting in the payment kiosk line, but they wouldn't budge. SCAM of a company that entices you to enter and then charges you to leave when they don't have any of the promised product (parking spots). read more

If I could rate this service a negative rating, I would do so. This is the absolute worst shuttle service I have ever used. If they answer the phone and stay on the line long enough for you to tell them where your location is for pick up, don't expect to get driven to Lot D. My husband and I waited over two hours at the terminal pick up location and ended up taking an Uber. I cannot express how terrible this service was. Knowing they were short staffed, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after watching at LEAST 6 shuttles pickup and drop off passengers and to still be told they were not going to LOT D, my patience ran dry. Service to the airport was great. Service to get back to my car was horrible. One small sign saying to call this number, only happened to see the sign out of the corner of my eye. Waited 40 minutes and called 3 times to request the shuttle. At least a group of 40-50 people waiting for a shuttle. At least five Super Park shuttles came through but none were in service to pick up??? Make it make sense. Will never use this shuttle/parking service again. Coming home from vacation, we were dropped off in lot B with a broken gate, so we couldn't leave. We called the company and were angrily told to wait. Several others got dropped off shortly after and lined up as well. After 30 minutes, someone came to let us out. AVOID! Machines don't work + no attendants means you'll wait forever to get out until someone answers the phone, 'the white truck' arrives to 'fix' or manually process your ticket (no discount for being stuck there). We have been waiting 45 minutes at 11PM on a Saturday night for a shuttle. there must be 40 people waiting. TWELVE The Parking Spot shuttles have come and gone-5 EZ Parks-2 Mariotts-and 4 other shuttles. This is ridiculous! Paid for Lot A to be close to the airport since our return flight came in at midnight. Went to where their signs at Terminal 2 were and a shuttle for Lots C/D came. Me and several others in the same situation called their number and spoke to someone. Then we waited and waited and after 25-30 minutes, more people called. A shuttle showed up for Lot C again...still no A. We had to get a taxi ride - almost $20 to get to Lot A. Horrible experience!!! read more

I fly frequently and in past years Super Park has been an amazing product for the price and convenience. That has certainly changed in recent months. When I dropped my car two days ago I waited 25 min for a shuttle to the airport. This after calling and requesting one. Today my flight arrived at 7:15 am. Why does STL put up with SuperPark? Absolutely HORRIBLE! We waited 33 mins for a shuttle to the terminal from Lot D on Tues, May 23. We (and others) called repeatedly. The "supervisor" who answered the call was a pathetic service employee....super rude and actually hung up on one of the other ladies who called that was standing by me in the lot and had waited longer than we had. After our return flight last night, we waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle back to Lot D. Tons of people were waiting for Super Park shuttles, while Parking Spot looped around repeatedly. One family waiting outside said they'd been waiting over 45 minutes for a shuttle to Lot C!! We all said we'll try Parking Spot next time! SuperPark absolutely sucks and STL airport should be ashamed of themselves for tolerating them. read more

I was arriving at 2100pm with a carry and using my walker after being brought to the pickup area for the shuttle for lot C. I called the number 3148902880 and ask for the shuttle. the lady who answered was so rude to me she said" I don't know where your at and I don't know which lot you want to go to? Welll no kidding I thought that's why I'm calling. she abruptly hung up on me. the driver who picked me up was fantastic!!! Their shuttles do not come regularly so after landing you will sit and wait for minimum 30 minutes to get back to the lot. After that you will try to pay but the machines may be broken that read your ticket. You will sit in a line with numerous other cars as you wait for the manager. When you call you will get the response "the manager will get there when they get there." Park somewhere else even if it is more expensive. read more

my car had its catalytic converter cut off while parked in lot b! i had to drive home for 2 hours not knowing what was wrong and thank god i made it. i paid over $70 dollars to park in that lot while on my business trip and come home to my car being assaulted with no one apparently even there to keep our cars safe...when i checked out even no attendant on duty at 5 pm! i will never leave my car at st. louis airport super park again. they may be in on it themselves...cash ring. you all suck! read more

DO NOT use this company. It's the first lot I have ever had to call a shuttle for to get to the airport and then back to my car. All the other companies have several shuttles running back and forth between the airport and parking lot. When we came out of the airport there are several signs that say "Superpark shuttle". A man said he had been waiting for 30 minutes. I called and they said they would send someone. A shuttle for one of their other lots showed up. We asked when the Lot A shuttle would arrive. We were told to go down and around the corner, the shuttle was waiting for us there. Those shuttles weren't even for SuperPark! They were for transfer from terminal 2 to terminal 1 to take the TSA employees back to their cars and DID NOT say Superpark. The shuttle driver took us to our lot and I tipped him well read more

The drivers want tips but don't want to work for them. They watch people struggle with loading and unloading their luggage and are more often than not rude especially at night. They have been claiming to have a driver shortage since 2021 but haven't done anything to fix the problem. There seems to be no organization, I was taking a lot C shuttle back to my car and we stopped at lot A,B, and D first. If you find yourself waiting for a shuttle and call one of the numbers they have listed, expect someone to answer like you are burdening them and they will tell you there's already a shuttle on the way no matter what. Just park anywhere else. read more
