I am specifically leaving this review due to an extremely rude and unprofessional worker. I did not get her name but it is 4/22/2024 at 2:30 A.M. We parked here for five days and today as we tried to leave the electronic gate opener refused to take our ticket. We sat there for five minutes trying different ways to enter the card before calling the two number they left on the window. After calling both numbers multiple times with no response my dad went to the other side of the booth to look for any more help. The booth door was unlocked and had additional numbers to call as well as a help button. My dad called more numbers and obviously pressed the button. After fifteen minutes a truck finally pulls up with an extremely impolite employee who instead of helping us or apologizing she began to yell and argue with my dad about him entering the booth. He explained the frustration of the situation and provided an extremely rational explanation as to why he was in the booth. She had him pay the full price while continuing to have an attitude and shake her head as she checked us out. She said and did more offensive things towards my dad but again I'm writing this at 3 in the morning and will be contacting some sort of superior tomorrow. read more

I was parked at lot B - no human and the receipt didn't print out. Talking to the people who work at the parking place was like talking to a very dense wall. It was horrible. The last three times I have parked there it has been awful - once you had to call to get them to come because they have no worker and the credit card reader was broken -so there was a line of us waiting for someone to come let us out. Then they had no drivers and now this - use any other parking at the airport -this group is just plain awful and incompetent. read more

After this evening's experience I felt compelled to make an account to leave a review. This hasn't been the first bad experience I have had with this company but will be my last. Absolute chaos as over 50 patrons waited up to an hour for a shuttle. The signage is inadequate as it does not break down where to wait for specific shuttles. Tonight we had to get off of a shuttle because it was not for Lot A. The driver told my family and other patrons to just "walk up the hill" for Lot A however, there is not a sign pointing personnel in that direction. I have travelled in foreign countries that have a better grasp of parking and transportation in comparison to the STL airport. read more

After hours thrifty rental drop off!! Waiting on shuttle 6 minutes only then I couldn't get my stuff out of the car fast enough. It's 3:10am n I'm the only car in this lot he had to have seen me! I fly regularly...at least three times per month, so I guess you can call me a bit of a "road warrior" and unfortunately these guys are just not good. Drop off at the terminal, outstanding...timely and easily found waiting on the lot. Pick up when arrive back to STL, not so much...Lots A and E seem to be the absolute slowest. The employees brought top customer service and helped bring everything into the bus. Not only that they made sure my kids were taken care of in the hustle and bustle of getting on. Don't bother! The worst! Leave 20 min earlier and use anyone else; you'll save $$ and the aggravation. After using B lot several yrs in a row we had to leave Early in the morn on a recent flight. Was told by them day before on phone, shuttles running on all lots 24/7. No attendant at gate B - could not get on lot-plenty of open spaces-no signs to properly explain or direct to another lot. Many parking lots nowadays aren't manned; you get your timed ticket and you insert it in machine with CCard when you leave; Simple. Now running late, w opted for closer gate A. SP attendant nor cust serv would not honor lower rate even tho it's their failure to staff lot (B was only one of their lots not manned). When we returned to town SP shuttle driver passed us up while standing at correct shuttle pick up area. After flagging him down 100ft further he made no effort to help us w bags on this cold nite at 11:30pm (no one else on shuttle). Avoid SuperPark at all costs. read more

Horrible customer service. Operators are rude. Have attempted to obtain receipt for parking multiple times to file reimbursement claim with employer. They have never returned my calls or responded to my email request. No attendant at exit and had to use automated kiosk which would not give me a receipt. Hence my request for a copy. Signed up months ago for their frequent parker program and have never received any information about an account being created or the card required to be used for the program. Better off at other parking areas. Unfortunate because Superpark is directly connected to the airport. read more

We have used this facility for many years but our last two stays were horrible! The trip tonight left everyone using Uber to get to the lot and get to our cars because there weren't any shuttles. Do NOT recommend parking here!! There are way too many alternatives. read more

After arriving late in the evening to pick up our car, we promptly waited to exit for about 40 minutes as the "system was down." No one came to tell us what was happening as DOZENS of cars lined up, waiting to exit. I parked in A lot. Machine wouldn't go I've me a receipt and when I hit the call button, several times, no one ever answered it. Ever. I sat there for 15 minutes because I had the time and my company requires receipts for reimbursement of that amount. So that's $54 I'm out cause these assholes can't answer a phone. read more

Never reliable! There are constantly times where the shuttle bus drivers are sleeping instead of doing their jobs and driving from one terminal to the other. As a result WHEN ITS NOT BUSY, you will be stuck waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to upwards of over an hour!!! You're better off walking you'll get there faster. read more

I used Lot A, For my flight out I waited almost 20 mins for the "express terminal 2" shuttle which was not express and stopped at terminal one first instead. On return there was a "D" bus parked so I asked where to get the "A" shuttle, the driver was beyond rude and talked to me like I was a child. His directions were confusing so I asked to make sure I heard him right and I guess this wasn't his good day because he was basically yelling at me. I know how hard it is to work in customer service, but seriously get it together. It's your job to help people who are paying you for your service. Maybe next time, stay home on your bad days. Super Park needs to get with the times and anticipate busy travel days as their competitors obviously do. Returning from a long day of travel, only to wait over 30 minutes for a shuttle while watching at least 5 Parking Spot shuttles drive by. I did not appreciate waiting with 30 (truly that many) other travelers for a shuttle to their lots. When I called to inform them of our continued wait, I received a rude response stating that they were understaffed from the holiday/weekend and that there was traffic - which apparently did not hinder other parking shuttle services - and that I just needed to be patient. I will not be parking with Super Park ever again and can only strongly encourage everyone else to take their business elsewhere. read more

PLEASE HEED ALL THESE AWFUL REVIEWS AND PUT SUPERPARK OUT OF BUSINESS. Our flight landed after 8 pm on a very cold night, temperature in the 20's and windy. Every other airport parking lot service had shuttles passing through every 3-5 minutes, hardly any wait time for their customers. SUPER PARK was the only shuttle service you have to call and wait. And boy did we wait! We waited outside in the freezing cold, called multiple times, along with many others waiting...45 minutes later still NO SHUTTLE!! During one of the calls, the SUPER PARK employee had a side conversation with her coworker about her birthday plans, not caring at all that about 20-25 people were freezing for the last 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle. We eventually had to call us uber to take us to our lot. SUPER PARK---ain't nothing SUPER about it. read more

Although this facility offers one of the lowest long term parking rates near the airport, beware of very early or very late flight arrivals. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in St Louis around 11:30 pm. Although there were already about 30 people waiting for the shuttle, we called the posted phone number and were told that a shuttle was on the way. After waiting nearly an hour, the bus showed up, loaded only about 15 people, said he had to drop off at all 3 lots, and would return as soon as possible. By this time, there were well over 100 people waiting and our wait time was over an hour. Estimated time for each round of the shuttle was about an hour. It didn't take us long to realize that we weren't going to get to our car using the free shuttle. Many people were calling Ubers. We walked over to the taxi stand and paid $30 for a taxi to take us to the parking lot D. Next time we are going to the Parking Spot - their shuttles were constantly arriving and departing! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If you can afford to park in any other lot do it. We parked in super park twice and both experiences were horrible so I will not be going back to them. Both time I've parked there they had us waiting at the shuttle pick up for over an hour with my one year old. We called them multiple times to tell them that we needed a shuttle a few showed up but when I asked the driver if they stopped at our lot as well he told me no and kicked me and my one year old off of the shuttle (it was around 50 degrees out as well). the drivers told us that they could only stop at certain lots which was FALSE according to the lady that was in the office they are supposed to pick up any guests waiting at shuttle pick up and take them to the superpark lots since they do have multiple lots. THE PARKING SPOT HAS SHUTTLES RUNNING EVERY 5-10 MINUTES I WOULD SUGGEST GOING WITH THEM INSTEAD! read more

The parking is super convenient. Terminal 1 only review here..:the one AT the airport. And because the airport is dying there are plenty of spaces. Here's the problem. At least 20% of the time the self-serve turn styles that you pay are out of receipts. I park here weekly. Which means I then have to call up their corporate and they will email me a receipt. Management, please have your workers pay attention to this. Many of us are business travelers and this is happening too frequently for me to say that you're actually doing a good job. My flight landed at 4:40am. No shuttle to lot d came. After 25 minutes I asked a lot a driver, she said she would call. When I called the office, the lady was extremely short with me and hung up. At 45 minutes a lot d shuttle finally showed up. Supervisor hollowed shortly. Told me that I should have called, barely even offered a "pseudo" apology. I have been parking with super park for about five years, every two to three weeks! Shame on You!!!! Never again! Your supervisor ought to be fired as well as the lady on the phone! Our flight was leaving at 6am and the temperature was in the teens so I was very nervous about getting parked and on a shuttle so early in the morning. We parked in lot B, shuttle driver saw us and pulled right up to us and helped us load our bags and we were unloading at our terminal in only a couple minutes. When arriving back in STL at 11:30 at night a shuttle was once again waiting on us and dropped us off right at our vehicle. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful, great experience all around. read more

We fly a lot. Our Grandkids live out of state. The drivers always try their best to accommodate. We have tried others, but keep coming back to Super Park. Terrible service. No shuttles. You will wait 25+ minutes for the shuttle (each way). Completely incompetent parking lot. The employees are exceptionally slow and feel no urgency to drop off or pick up customers. Convenient parking and shuttle with friendly staff. The price is very reasonable compared to other airport parking places. Be mindful of where you park. I was very cautious of where I parked and still received some damage. I would definitely be aware that they are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the time you car is there. I did have a car collide with mine and result in a minor dent, it wasn't pleasant arriving back home to that. read more

Do not park here. I parked in Lot D add stood by the shelter at which was claimed I'd get picked up. Nobody came, after 25 mins I dragged my bags to the front to miss a shuttle that only went to the front. Finally another came 20 mins after that. This service also has signs telling you to call to get the shuttle and the lady is horribly rude. read more
