Initially I was quoted a VERY low price and promise time between 7 - 9 AM. The cleaner didn't arrive until 10 AM and tried to up-sell me almost 150% of what was quoted. Not only were they trying to up-sell me but the guy was rude and made unprofessional comments about my dirty carpet. I told the guy "No thanks" and hopped onto Yelp to find someone that can do it the same day. I found Eco Pro Cleaning Services and Carpet Care and called them hoping to get it done today. After explaining my situation and what was going on they gave me a later time in the afternoon but that was fine!
