First time here and everyone was very welcoming! Very nice and accommodating. The steam massage during my pedicure was amazing and much needed after a stressful week at work. If you decide to come and get a pedicure I would recommend Justin he is very friendly and always wants to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. I went in for a basic pedi while visiting from out of town. The nail tech was very nice and the salon was clean but the quality was not great. I had a polish ridge in the middle of both large nails. Didn't notice til after I got back to hotel and didn't have time to have fixed before an event. Wasn't a huge deal but can't say that I have ever had this happen before and I get regular pedis. read more

Not staffed enough. I took my two kids and they only had two ladies while frantically calling to get someone else to come down and do my nails. And there was another lady waiting after us with her feet in cool water. No bubbles which is so standard while you have your feet in the water. The plumbing behind the chairs smelled so bad that I almost left. The salon was just dirty and outdated. I enjoy turning on the massage chair and relaxing while I get a pedicure but my chair only worked half the time but there was no pressure. When it worked it freaked very loudly. Service is good and my nails look great. I had a gel manicure. However they are $10 higher than the other places in the area. That may make me not return. There's not much you can do to make the service worth $45. I've always paid $35 at other salons. Check prices before you go. I had not been in several months due to my physical , dirty job. But I was leaving town for a charity event and wedding and wanted to look civilized haha. I took my daughter with me as well. I received the cheapest pedicure and paid the gel upgrade. My daughter chose the 2nd cheapest pedicure regular polish, and I got the cheapest gel manicure. No designs , no specialty finishes (chrome, cat eye, etc) no snack, drinks, etc either. The bill was almost $250. I was floored but what do you do when the nails are done right. So I don't go very often or get time with my college student daughter, so it is what it is. But here is the kicker. While I was gone for the wedding that was just a few days later I had to go get nail glue because they were lifting off. The gel polish, I did not get nails. It hasn't even been a week and they were all peeled off. Not in pieces , not messing up the nails, not soaking or scraping, just came off, all in one piece. Every one of them. I am so pissed I spent all that money for a product/ service that didn't last a week. This shop is under new ownership.i hasn't had these issues before. read more

I guess they have new owners. This is not a good review. The quality of the products used was poor. The tech that did my gel did not do a good job. She did not appear to know how to handle the gel. The coating was uneven and poorly applied. The nails broke. They did not come off, they just cracked and crumbled. I don't usually leave bad reviews because anyone can have a bad day. A few weeks ago I stopped by and had a full set with gel nail polish done, which was great he did my nails awesome. I went yesterday to get a fill and when she was done they weren't really what I had expected. She cut them down shorter which is what I wanted but did not want them crooked. She didn't file the sharp edges on some of my nail and she clipped off the loose nail and did not glue a new tip on she just put acrylic over my real nail and the shape doesn't even match my other nails. And now a day later my gel nail polish is already chipping. And they charged $40 for my fill.. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED! What a rip off for them looking so shitty. I really wanted to like this place as I'd gotten several recommendations. But it ended up being a lackluster and disappointing experience. My toenails were clipped straight across and that was it - no filing, no cuticle cleanup, nothing. I had jagged nail edges that I had to file myself at home. The polish was also applied poorly, with so much on my skin that it looked like my 5 year old did them. I had to clean it off myself when I got home. I want to give an extra star because they were clean and the staff was nice, but they did such a poor job that I can't. read more

For the last two years I had been a faithful and basically happy customer with the exception of the Man that works there that appears to be a Manager. He is so rude and so unaccommodating. In the time that I've been a customer there I actually moved approximately 8 miles further away from the salon but I kept going because I really liked my technician there. But after A second conversation with him where he rudely told me that they were too busy and I needed to come back later, they had appointments scheduled, I am done. (I was the 1st customer of the day and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE) This is no reflection on my wonderful technician- I will miss her greatly. Rude to me once I'll get over it- we all have a bad day...Rude to me again, shame on you- you chose this profession and it's ALL about customer service. You can tell a customer something they don't necessarily want to hear without being mean and nasty and you will keep their business. I guess he doesn't like my money or my business. I get SNS regularly, normally needing fills at 3 weeks. I went to the this place because it was close to my gym and convenient. The employees were nice but the dip did not last more than a week. I went back after 1 week due to 2 broken nails and instead of soaking off the dip they took an acrylic tip under the dip to pop it off. It hurt so bad and left my nails so fragile. 4 days later the same two nails chipped, they look horrible. Would not recommend for SNS. read more

My mother regifted a gift certificate to this salon to me, since she really isn't the mani-pedi type, but knew I've always wanted to get my nails done. I had never gotten my nails done before at a salon and I was told that the staff didn't speak much English so I was worried, but decided to take my best friend and go before the certificate expired. The only salon I've ever seen inside of, really, is the one at the local Walmart, and... that one doesn't look so great, so I didn't know what to expect. Lets just say I was quite stupid for being worried. I walked into this place and my jaw dropped - it was lovely inside! the lighting and tile reminded me of the inside of a fancy hotel lobby. Everything was neat and clean and professional looking. NOTHING was second rate or 'ghetto'. Also, while English was not the first language here, this was not a problem. Everyone spoke great English, and not once did I have any problem communicating what I wanted for my nails. The lovely lady who did my nails was quiet but friendly - which suited me fine. I'm not a big 'talker' while getting things like this done. The lady was absolutely professional and quick. The gentleman who did my best friend's nails did nick her a little with the cuticle clipper, but she said it wasn't that bad. I didn't feel a thing with mine, no problems at all. While letting my nails dry, I spent time watching the other women there who were getting pedicures. The chairs for you to sit in are plush massage chairs and, even though I'm probably too ticklish to get a pedicure, the chairs alone were enough to tempt me. They looked lovely! The staff was all very nice and all the customers there seemed quite happy. Also, I noticed that both of the other reviews mention the issue with paying cash vs. Debit or Credit. True, I had a certificate, and that paid for most of mine and my best friends manicures, but since I got gel nails, my friend did have to pay a little for hers. No one even blinked twice when she pulled out her credit card, and she paid with no trouble. I never really thought I would enjoy getting my nails done, but I have to say that I have never been so happy with my nails. The prices here, even for my first time, seem more than reasonable, especially for such a nice place. Both my best friend and I were extremely happy with the service we recieved here and are planning to go back next payday together. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. As for ratings, while I can't exactly say (due to my lack of experience) that it is as good as it gets, I do think it was worth 4 stars. I'm giving it five, though, because I think one not so good review really is giving this place a bad name... and I completely disagree. It deserves a much higher rating. Just an FYI. read more

Couldn't get to my regular salon (Elite Nails in Gilbert) to get a fill (acrylic - pink and white) ... anyway this is on my way home and stopped in. Horrible job... it was only a fill !! Staff was not friendly. Tried to pay with a debit card and got shamed into paying cash (what I had!) told the credit card charged them when I use my card. Showed up with an appointment for my 4 person party. Some reason my young girls were finished before anyone asked what I had on my nails or what I wanted done. Saw my shellack and said "oh you have gel on." Well when no one asks...a half hour went by before anyone touched me. I needed shellack removed from my toes and nails and have them redone. She stared removing my toes and was being rough and impatient. Made the decision to tell her to just finish removing the polish shape them with no gel since I now didn't have time to do both. "No it's okay. We'll do it." "No. I don't have an extra hour to spend here." She replied shortly "It won't take an hour." I do not argue with someone I'm paying to do a service. She left partial gel on and didn't even address my hands that I needed done. I paid and left with my restless daughters who were done. Went straight to platinum nails in the area, told them what happened. Two women began work on me right away and had everything done in a half hour. They missed out on 300 dollars because of mismanagement of time and attitude. My family will now all go to another business in the future. read more

I have been coming here for years and just had the single worst experience ever at a nail spa. I asked to have my acrylic nails taken off to give them a break for a while. The male manicurist sat me in his chair. I think he is the owner. I expected him to soak them off as to not damage my natural nail. He proceeded to RIP them off using an unused nail tip as a slicing tool. He tore one nail- ring finger in my right hand down to the quick. I winced in pain and asked him to please be careful. He then proceeded to do the same to my left hand only ripping my pinky nail half way off my nail bed. Tears came to my eyes from the pain. He said "don't worry it'll be better in a day or two". Never apologized. Didn't listen to me. I can't put any pressure on that finger at all. I have spent so much money at this location. But I am now going to find a new nail spa. Reason for review is I went in last night for an SNS manicure and regular pedicure. Donnie did my manicure at the same time as my pedicure in the dark. SNS is not cheap and he kept burning me with the tool. My nails did not come out that well and my cuticles are sore from being burned by the to. I will never go back again. read more
