One of the co-owners, Robert, took our order. He was super friendly. While eating we heard him talking to the staff in the back, and you can tell they all liked each other. The restaurant was spotless. I didn't go to the bathroom, but judging by the restaurant and what you can see of the kitchen, I'm going to assume it was also clean. I like knowing he used certified angus for the burgers. You can taste a difference. He also uses a local baker for the buns, and sources other things locally as well. Which it came with three slices of French toast two eggs and I did the two bacon and one sausage. Overall, the breakfast was really good. I feel my breakfast was pretty simple so it's really not much I can go off the sausage. It's really good. But my chai latte was amazing.
