This post was written last week and my adjuster Patricia got in touch with me this week after the owner sent a response stating she would at the end of the week last week. She sent me an email asking me a question about the estimate and I sent her a response back with three other emails and once again no communication again just dead silence. This has became very time consuming and frustrating dealing with this company about my vehicle being repaired. I have been more than patience for over four months. AND DONT SEND ME THAT SAME AS LAME RESPONSE YOUR SENDING ON EVERY REVIEW BECAUSE IT SENSLESS AND A COPEOUT!!!! At this point this company has the worst communication. I never seen where you can only get in touch through email which they don't respond back until its convenient for them. I had an incident that cause damage to my 2024 Infiniti q80 which they approved the claim and I sent in an estimate of rhe cost to repair. I have emails from them stating once they received the estimate it will be paid they are just waiting on me. I have sent over 10 emails to two parties and till this day no one has responded. Poor as business at this point. Now the workers are great at this location its the people in the office that have lack of compassion for their customers. I'm not a sit around person that doesn't work work, I earn everything I have and do not like my vehicle not looking the part. I'm truly not done with this at all. My truck will be repaired. PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO SEND IN A SERVICE REQUEST WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Vacuums are all shot and not working. Very busy car wash but they get you in and out. It's very basic and nothing spectacular.The vacuums that do work are not powerful at all. Better off going somewhere else for a cleaner wash and better vacuums. read more

Then she got an attitude when I told her no more for more persistently as she had been doing to me the entire time. Then she runs off to me. I have an attitude. WORST experience ever, visited this location this morning. There was an issue with the trolley system that moves to cars. I was stuck inside the car wash for several minutes before anyone came to advise me what to do. I was told to drive out of the car wash and to go to the front to get my receipt validated for a free wash. I did and after several minutes and me getting out of my vehicle my receipt was marked for a free wash. At which time the gentlemen who was fixing the car wash said it was running and I cold go through. I pulled up the the gate and the guy at the payment area started walking back and talking to other customers. When he finally started toward the area I was at I asked "can you open the gate" and then screamed at me " I am only 1 person" I began to roll up my window and while doing I screamed to myself that I just wanted the F*** out of here. He must have thought I screaming at him as he went and got the other gentlemen and came toward my vehicle and verbally began assaulting me. While the other gentlemen just stood there. As female alone in my vehicle I feared for my safety as this guy got right up at my car and with the gate not being open I had nowhere to got. I will NEVER go back to the car wash!!!!! and now have to spend another $20.00 to get my vehicle wash completed. read more

Great place to get your car washed. the automatic system they have in place works pretty well and you can use the vacuums for free after you're done with your wash. they have several reasonable price points to choose from when it comes to getting your car washed or you can even purchase a monthly subscription which is nice if you like to wash your car a lot LOL. read more

On 06-06-22 my less than 3 day old purchased vehicle was washed. After the wash I drove home and parked my car in the garage. While exiting my car I noticed the cover under the driver side front wheel was loose. I got back in my car and backed out of the garage to inspect it entirely. Upon inspection, I noticed that there were scraps and paint missing from both sides of my front bumper as well as tire shine on the front bumper right before the front tires which leads me to believe the damage was caused buy the tire shine machine pressing against the bumper instead of the tires. I proceed to call wave wash and asked to speak w/MOD. Amadeus R*******s informed me that he was the MOD. After explaining to him my concerns, he immediately states that there is nothing he could do and that my car was less than 6 inches from the ground. I informed him that couldn't be the case and I would gladly bring it back to be measured. He agreed but stated that he was leaving and to come by the next day so that he could have a look. I proceeded back to the car wash any way only to find AMADEUS still present 30minutes after speaking with him. I introduced myself and asked if he could measure my vehicle. He goes back into the office grabs a measuring tape and proceeds to measure my vehicle by placing the butt of the measuring tape on the ground and pulling the tape up to meet the bumper while responding, "Yeah your car is too low, it's 5 1/2 inches from the ground". I informed him that he was using the tape measurer wrong and showed him how it should be done stating my car is over 7inches from the ground. He ask his "Compliance Officer" to measure in which he stated that same as I measured. Amadeus takes pictures and incident report and states that he will follow up. I meet back at the car wash on day 3 because he's reviewed the video and he shows me a screen shot of my vehicle leaving the wash in MS Paint. I ask for his mgr and he stated that he could take my number and his mgr would call. I received a call from and he was empathetic and understanding to the problem at hand however wasn't able to admit fault. Now I'm having to have body work done on a vehicle that I've owned for less than a week. I should be able to give negative stars that show the magnitude of my frustration. #BeYeWarned read more

I have the monthly membership. I prefer this location over the Duncanville one. It gets the job done. Tires always look nice. The staff is always nice & friendly. The parking lot area is always pretty clean. The vacuums have been available for months. The only difference is that they removed one of the vacuums between each car stall. read more

These Locations are great but the reason I can't give non of them 5 stars is the mere fact there isn't a dedicated lane for its Monthly members. This would be a big perk for some of the most loyal customers. The most aggravating think about going to all the locations is waiting behind someone who doesn't know how to work the automated machines, are sitting in one lane while the other two are constantly flowing. A dedicated line is something this business should work on. Overall outside of the lines Wave Wash does a good job with washing the vehicle and the prices are reasonable for a deluxe wash which is 15 dollars. read more

Don't go here! My car got stuck on the rollers and they blamed me! How the hell, when I'm following the direction of your employee. My car never got washed, I was stuck in the tunnel for five minutes without anyone telling me anything. Finally when I demanded a refund they initially refused and said I did receive a wash. I was finally giving a refund after an intense argument with the assistant manager. Never once did anyone ask if my car or I were alright. My car smelt like burnt rubber and my alignment is off. "Hi! Let me start off by saying I've been to Wave wash ever since they opened the one in Dallas onGreenville Ave and have always been very satisfied with them. Well I was in Desoto, near the new location of WW (yes I've been to this location before since grand opening) and was in need of a car wash Saturday 9/9/17 so I did get a car wash. Once, I was at the end of the tunnel,where the vehicles get a massive blow dry, the blow dryer blew of my tailgate light. Im assuming it could have been the pressure of the air, but who knows, well it broke, cracked, with wires pulled off and also cracked the body frame of my 2004 Cadillac Escalade. Once I noticed this happened I immediately excited and parked to talk to a person in charge. I spoke to Asst. Mng Frances Melendez about what happened and she informed me that unfortunately they are not responsible for any damages which is why they have sings posted out everywhere and because my vehicle is older than 7yrs old there's nothing they can do. Well damn at this time yes I'm fuming and asked her for her contact info. and requested to speak to someone else, she said she'll get the manager but reminded me and kept insisting the manger is just going to tell me the same thing. So I told her to go get him anyway. Once the Mngr Ben Alonzo came in I immediately said "I know she already filled you in on everything but is there really nothing you can do?" His reply was the same as Frances. So yup and this time I'm like DAMN IT. At this time they still hadn't offered or took action to stop the car wash so I could retrieve my light instead a lot more vehicles were getting washed and my light is just sitting there so after exsiting the office I'm thinking About my light (I then realize I didn't have it) so I walk back in to the office like "well can you stop the tunnel I want my light" I had a very nice gentleman who got the light for me and personally handed it to me, so thank you Malilh Crowe. So now it's my fault for not reading the F#€!%~& sign. Oh, they never apologize or ask me for my name or contact information. I will now completely avoided using Wave wash all together. I have submitted a claim because wave wash said since my vehicle is older than 7yrs they're not liable and can't do anything and now I have to pay a deductible! Ugh!
