[[HIGHLIGHT]]But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. She then proceeded to hit the subscription button, then asked me for my phone number. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. Car wash is great. Always brought towels and extras to get the job done. Customer service is great and so is Carlos!!

For a newer built carwash this place has promise but huge room for growth. Several of the included amenities are frequently "out of order", wash seems rushed and not thorough compared to other locations and brands, and check in machine issues. What is got going on for it is the towels, double vacuum styles, tons of after washing parking spaces, and it's location. The compressed air has been consistently out here and the fast pass / license plate reader fails. As a result I have to wait for staff that's busy doing other work at this understaffed locations. Without the compressed air sprayer several trouble spots of my ride has water spots a streaks from the rushed wash n dry. This will be my last visit here and switching my membership to the more affordable competitor down the street. read more

Place has gone down hill. Vacuums are always clogged and useless. Clean towels are hard to find. Air hoses are either not working or missing altogether. Been like this more often than not and will be canceling my subscription for both my cars to go somewhere else read more

Came to the car wash and purchase the middle package for $12. Drove through the car wash. Still lots of bugs on the windshield, and my antenna snapped off. I told the manager about my antenna, and he pointed out a sign and said most people don't care if their antenna comes off, so they don't take them off. I suggested they put the sign in a more visible spot, or remind people to lower/remove antennas upon entry. So that was disappointing, but ultimately my bad. Anyway since there were still so many bugs on my windshield, the manager sent me through the wash again with their "deluxe" package, complementary. There were still a lot of dirty spots on my windshield, headlights, and the body of my vehicle after the second wash. Gave 2 stars because the free vacuums and use of towels is great! Every time I come here I have nothing but problem. The bald guy with tattoos is a complete imbecile. He is the only attendant that shows his unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge . It is extremely frustrating. I have seen the way he treats other people letting them go through without a pass. He pounds there hand pretends to do something in the computer and lets them through. Meanwhile, I have a monthly subscription. I pay a little over $25 a month and he has complication. The best part is my license plate was not the one that was being pulled up. It told me a different license plate number. I told him and explain that to him multiple times, but he still wasn't able to do anything about it "he couldn't type it in or anything ". ("I never have any problems with the other staff"). So "he said I can't let you in " I need to turn around . BRO ! I am so done with this place ! I mean if you are getting free washes from him, I wouldn't want that to stopped either. read more

The tire shine upgrade is a joke. I don't think I'll ever return to superstar. They always have some guy pressing people to pay for the membership. I must've said no like 8 times. No means no. HORRIBLE!! do NOT recommend. A worker with a name tag of DON, on 12.31.2020, was VERY RUDE!! He tried to sell us a monthly service plan. When we said politely declined... he asked "do you understand me?"... insinuating I'm STUPID. WELL F*** you Don!! He not only insulted us... then he walked away and didn't help with the wash selection... even though my girlfriend was obviously having trouble inserting her card. He absolutely saw this and did nothing but stand there with a evil smile on this ugly face. His smile screamed 'HA!! HA!! that's what you get for not going for what I was HARD SELLING YOU'. What a DISCREDIT to your company and that car wash in particular. Everyone else that we interacted with WAS nice and actually seemed to appreciate our BUSINESS. Had to go to 8 different vacuums because they were all clogged. One of the workers acknowledged but said said he was putting towels out. To me, a vacuum is more important and so is taking care of your customers. Others across from me were also going from vacuum to vacuum. Not right when you pay for a service. To update, I received a reply from the customer service team. They canceled "my" membership, that I never signed up for, and have stated that they would refund my money, which has not been completed as of yet. After posting my review, I read through the prior reviews and learned that this is not uncommon for this location. Sounds like they need to train their employees better, scamming people is not a way to earn business. read more

I go to this car wash whenever I'm in the area and I think it's the best car wash around. The vacuums are strong, even on a busy Saturday when it's packed with cars. They have little extras that make a big difference too like pressurized air to get dust out of hard to reach crevices and towels to wipe off excess water. I "was" loving this car wash because of the convenient location. They recently opened. Now I don't love it anymore because of the RUDE manager Sergio. This guy was MEAN and lectured me about the sensors, etc. Why do I care about that? I am paying for the most expensive car wash membership and it didn't reflect the correct car wash on that light up board when you pull in. When I rolled my window down to tell him, it threw off the sensors??? This resulted in my car not being rinsed off or dried. WTH? He could had been like, "No problem, pull back through the wash again." Whatever! You pull up to one of the three lanes, pay, and go through the wash. Self-service vacuum and drying. You can pay for a monthly membership or just purchase a car wash. Basic wash is $8 bucks or $16.95 per month. Other places charge $3-$5. Their most expensive is $29.95 a month for their Carnauba Hot Wax Wash. They hand you a blue paper towel that had been sprayed with something to wipe the inside of your car and an air freshener. This place is clean and they have complimentary towels to use when you are there, not sure if they are terry or microfiber? The vacuum area in included in the price of the wash. Decently busy car wash however the company is unprofessional and does not provide good customer service during my experience. Be prepared to be upsold into an unlimited subscription anytime you use this carwash even if you live out of state. Corporate accidentally signed me up for 2 unlimited subscriptions and it took many phone calls to their office to get sorted out. Don't expect to receive an email when you're subscribed, billed, or cancelled as its on you to speak to their team. Sometimes site staff are nice other times not so much. Really varies by shift. Prices are ok at best, $7 lite wash is good for Arizona dust in most cases however can be got cheaper elsewhere without the unneeded sales pitch and endless marketing texts. Buyer beware!!! Do NOT purchase their monthly "deal" as even without any authorization, they will keep charging your credit card monthly. In March, I purchased the unlimited car washes for the month for $9.95 and was NOT told this was a reoccurring payment. Once the month was over, I did not go back yet for the past 3 months, my card has been charged $19.95 each month. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank but what a headache. No wonder this company is making a fortune by charging people without their knowledge. It is a shame as I had been telling others how great my experience was with this company for that month. I decided to get my jeep washed here because I am not happy with Quick Quack which is normally where I go. There was no comparison- from the wash to the multiple dryers (Quick Quack's dryer's are TERRIBLE and do NOT dry your vehicle all the way, leaving it spotty), and the awesome staff, they are hands down my 1st choice now.
