Honestly this place has been my go to for years since opening. That being said the harassment when I decline the membership each time is out of control and I dread coming here. They try to make you feel stupid. With all do respect I don't think you want to play that game with me but I refuse to stoop to your levels. Need a new car wash spot asap. I get it I pay more but it works for me. I think today was my final straw I was very direct but polite and shared that I feel harassed when I come and hate it and the smug guy goes that's ok we'll do it next time too. This was all in front of my teenage daughter. She was so confused why that man was speaking to me like that. I absolutely love this place! I used to spend $120.00 per car wash. Granted that included the employees doing the vacuuming. In these times, most people are trying to save money. I really don't mind vacuuming my own car especially if it saves me over $90 per visit. It is fast and easy. The vacuums are free. The staff is friendly! Bonus! If you are a person who likes to get their car washed on a weekly basis you should sign up for a membership because that will save you money too. It is so worth it! read more

Had a carwash membership around $21 a month. It was worth the money and I had it for a couple years. It's all self service so I can see how they lack in customer service. I cancelled it as I moved and wouldn't need it. They kept charging me for months. Called the number on the bank statement, said I would get a call back. Days passed, no call. Went in person to cancel. They asked me for my receipt, which I didn't have because when I washed my car I threw it out. Explained to me over and over why they needed the receipt but wouldn't listen when I told them to pull their copy. Took them 30 minutes and they couldn't find it. They wouldn't refund me my money based on... the principle. Even though they could see that the last time my car was washed. They cancelled it THAT DAY with NO SIGNATURE. I have the cheapest membership at $21/mo, which includes unlimited basic washes but no air freshener or cleansing wipes. I feel like the prices are too high for what they offer. I do not like that I have to pay $35/mo just to get a cleansing wipe and air freshener each time I go through. The service is friendly, and the car wash is easy to access with a large vehicle. I was not happy last time I went, because they shut off all the hoses while I was using the vacuum at 7:09pm on a Sunday (9 min after close time) even though the staff was still cleaning up. That is a pretty rude way to treat members! I they could just fix the pricing and customer service issues I mentioned, it would be great! read more

If you are seeking a quick, efficient, and quality wash for your vehicle, give Arthur (manager) and his crew a visit! They will get you taken care of in no time. Their customer service is impeccable. Each and every visit the team is prepared to welcome their new & returning patrons with a smile on their faces. The first time I came, it was because of their "free wash" offer, I was expecting the most basic of express washes and intended to get only that to tide me over until the next time I needed a wash (which driving in Arizona, you will need more often than you think)! Upon first visit I was offered the top tier wash and a "pit stop" kit (complete with a dash wipe, glass wipe, & car freshener). To say I was Surprised is an understatement. Because of the first impression and enjoyable experience I had, I returned for another go assuming the first experience was a fluke. NOPE! It was not, they are just that awesome, this time I elected to purchase an unlimited membership for $20.95 a month. I have used it daily since and am happier than can be. That being said, this one is equally terrible, every wash is the same, the basic wash or the most expensive will not give your car any different look. I do not know why they do not. Noah, the customer service employee wouldn't stop trying to get me to upgrade, despite me finally looking away on my phone waiting for him to charge my card, he showed me air fresheners to purchase, again I said no thank you and asked him to just charge for the wash I selected. He went on to say he is just trying to save me money and doesn't know why that's so bad, I finally said can you just stop, I just want to pay. He kept on by saying I was wasting money so I finally said that's enough, give my card back. Told him he needs to know when to stop, this is ridiculous I just want to wash my car, I said. My car was filthy dirty coming out of the wash and the customer service manager could see that and allowed me to go back thru. Unfortunately I after several times of running thru my car was still filthy dirty coming out, especially the roof of the car; there was big some spots that were obviously missed. I asked for my money back but that was a nonnegotiable conversation. For that reason I will not go back, but I did admire his initial attempts to make this $14.00 car wash "fair" to me since their car wash couldn't get the job done on my SUV. read more

Went to this establishment on 7-12-2023 & their machine broke off the top cap of my passenger side mirror. Came back the next morning when I noticed on 7-13-2023 and they found the damaged cap in the trash as well as other mirror caps (clearly a ongoing issue here..) Anthony Vera the general manager called on 7-14-2023 & informed me that they would not remedy the situation in any way and that they were not liable because of "disclaimers" The law states that as a consumer you do not have to accept damage just cause you go through a car wash. Unless of course you were negligent or you have an old automobile where damages can likely occur. That being said I drive a new 2018 Toyota Rav 4 and my car is in excellent condition. Out of pure principle I will be taking the issue to small claims court. I would be hesitant about taking your car wash through this establishment as clearly they have an issue with damaging mirrors and will do nothing in recourse to help a consumer that was consequently damaged via their machines. Terrible wash that scratches your car in multiple places. I have a brand new 2024 vehicle and all of a sudden, after visiting raceway for the 3rd time in a month, I have multiple scratches. One, on the drivers' side mirror, is an inch wide and an inch tall. I get to buff it out, now. Should have just slaved over washing the car myself at a DIY wash. read more

The salesman was shady and asked me to sign the receipt I assumed it was because I use a credit card and I did not read the fine print. When I approached the window to purchase a car wash, a Blonde lady named Amy said, we have a promotion today.. I told her basics wash and handed her money, she refused and said credit cards only. I went for a spontaneous car wash today with my kids after visiting nearby Local Donut... I wasn't on a mission to get a car wash, but since it was close by, cheap, and I didn't have to get the kids out of the car to do it, we went for it! Autumn greeted us when we pulled in and she was super friendly. She shared her favorite scents for the air freshener, offered us candy, and gave me a wet cloth to clean the inside of my car while we went through the wash. Daniel instructed me to put my car in neutral and got me going through the outdoor tunnel portion of the wash. Our visit to CMCW was efficient, priced well, and overall a pleasure. The kids didn't mind it although the downside of going with them is that I didn't get to clean out their car seats. More reason to return again soon! read more

I never thought I'd be so excited about a car wash! I wanted a basic wash to clean some bird poop off my car. The price of the basic was at this place is great - $6! My car was thoroughly cleaned and shiny afterwards. No more bird poop. The nice extra touch that puts this place over the top compared to other basic car washes I've had is that I was handed a moist cleaning cloth to clean the dust off of my dashboard while my car went through the wash. Genius! I don't think my dashboard had ever been cleaned before and it was quite dusty. So, for $6, my car was sparkly clean on the outside and I was given a cloth to clean my dashboard.
