Then comes May 6 and we get charged again so we go back down. This time we speak to Assistant Manager Carsten, who again apologizes and immediately emails corporate and says we should hear back on Friday. Then today we get a text and email from corporate saying there was a miss and our monthly fee is being INCREASED! I am losing it, no matter how many times you call the corporate number you do not get called back or get in contact with a person to speak with. This is completely ridiculous. Do not get a membership unless you want it until you die.

Little things like seeing water marks or unclean spots with the car bugs me especially when you spend a good amount on getting your car detailed. Thankfully Wipe and Shine exceeded my expectations! When I scanned the coupon, the worker directing cars told me to pull forward and said if I wanted to upgrade it would be $4. I went inside to pay for the upgrade, but the employee at the counter told me the coupon had already been used. Since I had never used it before, I asked to speak with the manager. He said it was probably a mistake when they handed the coupons out at the festival, but told me I would have to pay $28 for the wash. The interaction felt very rude and dismissive, which was frustrating since the issue clearly wasn't my fault. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to let me upgrade for the $4, but he rudely grabbed the coupon out of my hand and said, "I better take this." The whole experience left a bad impression. To make matters worse, after all of that they didn't even give me the air freshener that I paid for. Overall, the wash itself was fine, but the customer service and how the situation was handled really took away from the experience.

We always use the compressed air to blow out our Sideview mirrors and any cracks and crevices that we can't get a cloth too easily. We opted for the monthly pass. It gives us unlimited washes. We also like the fact that if ourcar is really dirty, we can go through the wash again. We feel it's decent quality for a good price. This location also offers car washing services where employees wash and dry your car for you, oil changes and diesel services.

Another lady pulled in who had also hit the same paint spill and he cleaned her car too.
