Up sell of everything. Just change my damn oil. Tried to stop in quick and get an oil change quickly and the first 5 minutes the guy comes in and says I need multiple things fixed. My truck has 8k miles. I normally change my oil myself but I was in a crunch for time and I definitely could have done it quicker and cheaper. read more

Jonathan-2039 Estrada was phenomenal. He was very communicative with me about my Porsche's status and the wait time, as it took a while for the oil filter to come from O'Reilly's. He confirmed with me via a picture that it was my oil plug that he was going to undo before he did it, just to be sure they didn't drain my transmission. He let me know that my car's status was mostly good, but that since it was an old car it had slight oil leakage (which he showed me before they started working on the car) and recommended that I look into ordering a new oil plug since it's wearing down. In total, after a coupon, I paid $195 for my Synthetic Oil Change (Which cost more because they also had to order premium oil and my filter), which will last me 15,000 miles (with a reminder at 7,500 miles). They also offer free inspections/oil top-offs under 3,000 miles at any Jiffy Lube. I thought this value was pretty good as I spent about $119 to do it myself, which took 3 hours and I had to borrow my friend's tools/jack/stands. It is the same day, but so far, the car is feeling smooth! read more

I still remember when Jiffy Lube advertised as the 10 minute oil change well there doesn't seem to be anything GIPHY about Jiffy Lube anymore. Checked my car in at 3:56 in the afternoon in my car was not done until 448. By the time you add in time to get in and out of the car and pay it's over an hour. read more

I was so impressed at all the work they did. A young man name Kyle helped me and he was so knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change they took the skid plate off my truck before Even talking to me about prices or the services that I wanted after they told me that they use used motor oil I decided I didn't wanna have my oil changed by Jiffy Lube. They put the skid plate back on. I immediately left and went to Valvoline where they told me that the skid plate was missing four screws, and was dragging on the ground and being damaged this is a brand new truck first oil change My wife did exclusively use Jiffy Lube for a long time but after this experience, I will never be coming back read more

This will be my last visit. It's always at least an hour wait no matter how slow shop is. This time they managed to drain transmission fluid and added more engine oil. So car had double engine oil and zero transmission fluid. Drove off and it was hesitating on drive. Did a uturn to fully inspect. Oil looked dirty and high. We finally figured out what was done incorrectly. A report was filed and they redid the service free of charge but 2.5hrs later I'm done with this place. I'm just glad this was my fleet vehicle and not personal, I'd be outraged whatever little damage it may have caused to the transmission. Got my oil change here and also got free car wash. The staff was super friendly. Eric was super nice. Best place to get service.

I went in for an oil change and possibly a headlight replacement. After getting the quote for the oil change they insisted I needed new spark plugs (additional $200) and transmission flush (another $200) UMMMM no thank you. She continued to try to upsell. I told her thank you but I will just stick with the oil change. After being told they did this and the other and made sure the tires were at the proper PSI (35) for my vehicle I paid and was on my way. woke up this morning to a flat tire and all the other tires were under 28 psi. Everything was fine with my tires before I brought it there. Thank you for making me late for work this morning!!! Oh and they couldn't replace the headlight because there were too many screws to remove and such. I had told the service writer you access it through the wheel well, If they don't know how to look in the user manual or google it like I did I do not want these people touching my car again! read more

I recently got a oil change right before Christmas. I had purchased an oil change on Groupon which made a huge difference the cost of a regular oil change. I liked the service I received, the employees were helpful and friendly. The reason for the low rating is when they try to up sell you. telling you that your antifreeze needs fluids, which is not included in their free with purchase top off fluids. The employee told me that my antifreeze was just below the minimum line on my 2003 Honda Accord and he could top it off for 4.99, my wife wanted me too, but I declined it. Little did he know I had a tester at home, when I got home, I checked and as you can guess my levels were at the proper levels (as a matter of fact, they were a bit above the minimum level). I will not be returning to this location, I don't like facilities that wants to charge me for items I don't need. read more

Great service. I highly recommend. However, Be very careful in what parts they ask you to replace. I was pressured (did not buy) to replace my perfectly good radiator cap. I also saw in the trash someone's perfectly good air filter. They try to sell you replacement parts you don't need. The gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube location were very helpful while inspecting my vehicle to see if it was fit to drive for Uber. They realized immediately that my car wouldn't pass the inspection due to my tires being low on tread, so they didn't even charge me for looking! They just let me know what needed to be fixed before my vehicle would be passable, and encouraged me to revisit them once my car was ready (which I absolutely will). My son got an oil change for his 2020 Chevy 1500 before he left on his trip at this location last week. Truck broke down in Florida, 500 miles from his destination. He had to be towed and spent two days sitting at Chevy dealership where he learned Jiffy Line OVER lubed his truck ( added too much oil), which caused his engine to fail. Dealership took very good photos of the amount of oil in the engine and the damage. They were able to fix everything for $350 bucks. But he also had to spend a night in a hotel room and food. We will be sending the proof and bills to this location , so stand by. read more

This place is a joke. All they try to do is up-sell you to spend more money. Told the guy 3 times I just want a basic oil change and he kept trying to push me to spend more. Then when I get me car in, they let it sit and started working on a car that pulled in after me. Lastly they are literally in the same building as the car wash and no deals to have both services.
