She then called a scheduled the tow and the guy on the phone said it would be ok if we came down the same day to pay for the tow. The day came and we find out after the appointment at Honda the car never made it. Confused here as he said they'd pick the car up at 9 and it was 2 and no car. We called and the guy was abrasive and changed his story to we had to pay before they would tow it. Had he made this clear the day before we would have made that happen but the way he made it sound was that as long as we paid it sometime the same day that would be fine and they'd tow it to Honda. I had planned on going down a few minutes ago but after my conversation I decided to write this review instead. Bad customer communication and rude.

Worst car wash in the area. Costs 2 dollars to start. You get 30 seconds per quarter. Machine…read morestarts ticking down as soon as 8th quarter goes in despite not starting the washing. Then it takes 1 minute for soap to start. And high powered soap? Trickle at best. Brush is so worn that it doesn't take dirt off of car and leaves streaks. Down 5 bucks using this crap hole. I'd give it 0 but that's not an option. Had to spend 6.50 across the street to machine wash it and that wasn't much better. Save yourself the trouble and stay out of this town to wash your car. Total crap and 11.50 wasted.
