Showed up an hour late. Would not accept credit card or Groupon, which forced to me to go to ATM to get cash. Intruded in backyard demanding money. Key works, but barely. Did not mention parts and labor in price. I was prepared to pay $180. Ended up paying $255. Not a good look to take advantage of senior on disability. read more

Awful service, couldn't program a key to my car and still insisted on payment. What a joke.

I found Superb after a few days of looking for a locksmith. I had lost both of my key fobs and had no way to start my car. I initially called the dealership and they wanted $352 for a key fob and another $112 to program it!! WTF!! No way was I going to pay that! I spent the next few days in a dark depression thinking I'd never find a reasonably priced locksmith. I made several inquiries with other locksmiths and they either wanted me to get the car towed to them or they wanted way too much. I then saw that another locksmith had a "request quote" feature via yelp. I filled out the info and at the end yelp asked if I wanted to send a request to others. "Sure, why not I thought." The person I initially sent the request to stopped responding after one message. Yonathan replied in less than one minute! Amazing! I asked him a few questions and he responded to each one immediately! We agreed on $200 for a new fob and programming - less than half what the dealer wanted!! I almost cried tears of joy. Yonathan got there in less than an hour and was done in less than another! It would have been much quicker but we had some issues with my cars battery being low and I think the initial new fob may have needed a new battery. Nevertheless he got it done! 5 stars! Johnny was great! He was prompt and resolved the issue very quickly (less than 3 minutes). I was renting a 2018 Kia Optima and accidentally locked my keys in the trunk. I was unaware that it was impossible to open the trunk if the alarm was triggered (which is what happened when I called roadside to unlock the doors). I reached out to Superb Locksmith late in the evening after they had closed for the day to see if it was even possible to open the trunk. He notified me that he would be available in the early morning which was a Sunday. He was knowledgeable of the situation and even gave me a helpful tip which was contact the insurance company to see if the expense is reimbursable. I highly recommend them. Great job! read more

After being turned away by several locksmiths saying they were unable to help me with my gun cabinet which I got locked out of I finally found John from Superb locksmith. He was able to come over the next day after contacting him and he was able to remove the old lock and put a new one in. Now I have access to all my guns in my gun cabinet and new locks that work just as good as the old ones. If I ever need more locksmith work John will always be the one I'll be calling for the job. I don't normally give reviews, but I wouldn't have found this place if it weren't for other prior positive reviews. We have several doors that had locks that fell apart. We tried a different locksmith who didn't get the job done right, so I contacted Superb. Yonatan came to the house fixed our front door lock. Then took all of the parts from one of the 3 other doors that weren't locking properly and went to several different vendors to find the right parts since each of the doors had different parts. He ended up replacing all the parts and now the doors all work perfectly. I highly recommend Yonatan to get the job done right. A+ read more

Here's a storie for you. I am a civil war reenactor. Have been for 20+ years. Have been on the History Channel. Decided to do another at H.B. Civil War Days in Central Park. Had a fantastic Weekend. Last battle Sunday at 2:00 Great Battle..Took a "hit" and died...after battle over checked pants pockets for car keys and guess what! They weren't there! Lost somewhere on a 100 acre battlefield 55 Miles from home...Nice..Had a tent and a violin and a $1,000 1862 civil war rifle and everything else about 2 miles from where car was parked...Nice...called AAA They gave 3 numbers..First 2 no answer...3 was this guy...was there in 10 mins...Changed the ignition switch on a 1988 Cadillac Fleetwood. nitemare job. He got it done and saved my A** They were about to shut down site and let all the homeless people back into the park. Was able to get all my stuff, drive home, see my beautiful wife and 2 cats and take a badly needed hot shower. This place is the best. He came out on a Sunday at 3 on a holiday weekend and completed the job perfectly on a VERY tricky ignition system, saving me from possibly loosing my car and about $3k worth of "stuff".
