We had a pretty bad experience with Superb Maids. The service we received was FAR from superb. First, the quality of work was poor. We booked a move in/out deep clean for our new home. The baseboards and window shades were left dusty. Corners on the kitchen and bathroom counters all had dirt, as if someone just did a swipe over with a towel instead of the DEEP cleaning we paid for. Second, price changed drastically from the initial agreed upon amount at the time of booking. We went from $580 to almost $900. It seemed like the price change happened at a time they felt we couldn't turn back, during the service itself. It felt like a scheme because our house is not filthy, it was left in really good condition. So why would the price go up by 46%? And they still did a poor job? We are deeply disappointed in the service received and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

My 2-story home was in need of a deep cleaning. This included 2.5 bathrooms (tub and shower enclosure), 4 bedrooms and closets, all walls, kitchen, family room, living room, and dining room, along with 9 dirty window sills. A team of 4 powerhouse ladies came in and went to work. 4 hours later I almost didn't recognize the place! The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and appliances immaculate, the flooring looked brand new, and the walls looked soooo much better. Unfortunately they ran out of time with a few minor areas remaining. Seeing that I had a budget to maintain I opted to forego those items. So they showed me what was left and made a final push to complete what was already underway, which I appreciated. This would have taken me weeks to do on my own and it probably wouldn't have looked as good. Pricing was premium but I feel I got premium results. Great communication throughout as well. read more

I really liked how easy it was to book my appointment online. When I was quoted $400 for my 3 bed 3 bath home I was shocked. I thought these guys must be really good to charge that much so I went for it. I was away while they were cleaning and I got a text asking me if its OK to charge another $75 for my cleaning. I allowed it thinking my house is going to look better than I have ever seen it. When I arrived home my house smelled AMAZING! Everything was very clean so I was really happy. I have had maids in the past and I know what a good job looks like. After about 20 minutes of being home I noticed my tile floor (The whole House has tile) had a residue and it was thick. I also noticed that they did not wipe the cabinets above the stove since they still were sticky from frying food. I was a little disappointed since I spent so much money. I got a phone call from a representative the following day to ask me how everything was. I told him my concerns and he said someone would follow up. Its been over a week and no one has followed up. I also wanted to know how much it would be to have recurring service since I was thinking about becoming a regular customer. Wow! Superb Maids is a truly superb company. Communication was great during the booking process, and I had a non-cookie cutter request that required communication outside the typical process. Furthermore, I changed my mind back and forth twice, and these folks were gracious and accommodating each time. The team members themselves were friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job cleaning. I've used them twice now and have been super pleased. Their customer service (Max) is always polite and very responsive via text or by phone. Their cleaning services are great and thorough as well. They arrive quite promptly and are finished within a reasonable time. My one critique is I have noticed tiny things damaged like my stone ring holder was chipped and rubber insulation around a faucet had been compromised. Paid Over $500 to clean my house that we just bought and this is what the floors looked like when they were done. I had to go back through and scrub them not just run a dirty mop over them like they did. The kitchen counters weren't even clean. The only thing they cleaned well was the bathrooms. Huge pile of dog hair along the wall - not sure how they missed that. When I contacted Max he offered 5% off ...my entire house is tile so I had to reclean the entire house other than the bathrooms. I injured myself during a fall, so I needed help. Although Superb Maids' initial price of $269 was so much higher than the other cleaning services I looked at, I hired them because of the reviews. In my profession, I have hired lots of cleaning services and that's why my expectations are high. The team of three women was prompt and cheerful when they arrived at 9 am, and as I took them through the house, they even commented that we keep a clean house. There are only two of us who live here, so yes, it's fairly easy to do. They split up and spent most of their time cleaning the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only one of the beds needed to be made, the other two were done. The fourth room is used as an office. We have very few knick-knacks, so there was little need to move things around on furniture, countertops. Surprisingly, they spent the least amount of time cleaning the living room dining room and kitchen which are the most used. They were in such a hurry to leave by noon, that they didn't give me an opportunity to check their work. They even left behind some cleaning materials. Going by their own deep cleaning checklist, I was disappointed that their version of wipe down did not live up to expectations. Edges of the sinks and the water fixtures were not cleaned properly --- using my fingernail and a wet paper towel, I wiped along the edges to see that soap scum were still there. Blinds/shutters were still dusty. Kitchen cabinets still had some finger prints. Not all wastebaskets were emptied. The piano wasn't dusted. I stopped checking. It appeared that they were not as thorough nor as detail-oriented as they should have been. I provided this feedback and management was nice enough to offer to have someone come back and finish cleaning or give me a 15% credit. Told them I already finished the cleaning and opted for the credit. My final verdict: the cleaning was acceptable, but not commendable. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, accepted my recommendations on how to improve their service, and then decided to issue credit for entire charge. I thanked her, and said I may reconsider hiring them again next time I need cleaning service. Thank you. read more

The house is FAR from filth, but just normal lived in; so with the lease renewed we wanted to do a full clean, fresh start to the new year. We were told 3.5 hrs and 2-3 maids. They showed up a little. early, awesome! Showed up with 4 maids, awesome! Then it went south. ZERO communication of focus points (would've told them floors & bathrooms were top priority). THEN all 4 of them went in to 1 room! They didn't split up once. 2 hours in they had only cleaned the Master bedroom/bath. They're weren't even finished with it when I finally asked them to just leave. That's not even 20% of the house. They were on their phones and talking with each other when I walked in and they're just hanging out with rags in their hands. Final straw was when they said the quote was 5 hrs & $1,200 "off," even though they were given dimensions and number of rooms of the house. They didn't ask for areas of focus when they began, mentioned wanting extra time and we said let's see how far we get and it looks at the the 3 hrs. MISTAKE! They took. that as "move slow for more money". I managed hotel housekeeping for 7 years. My staff would've been written up instantly if they act this way. Don't let them fool you! Even with someone home; they will scam you. 8hrs of 4 people for $1,700+, for 3,881 sq ft, That is ridiculous! I could clean the house alone in less time. Convenience may cost but they're not convenient. Not worth a penny. Zero stars for service requested, quality and value. read more

Total scam!!!!!!! I'm reporting these crooks to Yelp. They directed me online when I called them to fill out a request to get a quote. I told them I wanted a partial house cleaning and specified the rooms. They gave me a quote. They they sent me an email later saying "there is s discrepancy. Your house has many more rooms so the quote increased by about $200." HUH??? So I responded and said "yes I asked for a partial cleaning, not a full cleaning" They said, well we have you the new price. I said, what about the old price. No answer. This place is a joke. Superb Maids - Friday, January 31st 9am We had Superb Maids scheduled for Friday, Jan 31st arriving 9am-10am. Noticed a couple cars in the front of the house at 8:40am, then a couple more cars at 8:50am, then at 8:51am there was a knock at the door and in came four maids, stating another was on the way. Well not only did another maid arrive within a few minutes, two maids came for a total of six maids. Blew our minds. We paid for the basic $249 cleaning and had quite a few addon's (oven, walls, deep cleaning of blinds, windows and three extras hours). We needed a deep cleaning. Our house is 2400 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, a laundry room and office. We had them skip one bedroom so we could leave the pets and asked them to skip the master closet, mostly because I have the largest mess in the world in that closet and am too embarrassed for anyone (even my husband) to see it. They did break the light above our kitchen sink, which I really didn't care about as we did want to replace that light anyway. We were hoping to wait until we have the kitchen remodeled next year but it is what it is. They also broke a couple little things and a glass vase in the office, but things happen. Not upset. What does bother me is we paid extra for the windows (inside and out) and extra deep cleaning of blinds. They do look good but there were a few windowsills and tracks left uncleaned that I had to clean after the maids left. And a few of the blinds were left with dirt on them. I just feel when you pay as much as we did and with six maids, these items should have all been clean. There was a bit of dust on the kitchen floor, nothing major. Overall, I would recommend Superb Maids. Just triple check everything before they leave. read more

They cleaned UNDER my furniture and removed a rust stain from my daughter's toy in our bathtub! Update: 5 stars for customer service and follow-up Elena, the owner, actually contacted me personally and was able to rectify the situation. I do appreciate her acceptance of the feedback I provided and informing me of what precautions they would be taking in the future to ensure quality service for all experiences. After discussing what I would like done and what areas I would like to see improvement, I feel confident enough to give them another go. I highly recommend a walkthrough before setting up your appointment as it allows you to set reasonable expectations and assess whether or not you're both a good fit for one another. Had I been a bit more patient and set that up, I think things would have gone more smoothly. Initial Review: 1 star based on services rendered I truly believe if a job is done right the first time, you won't need a second visit for the same issue. Although Super Maids made things alright in the end, I was not impressed with the services rendered. First off, they do not adhere to sanitary practices. They used the same gloves the entire time from kitchen, trash, bathroom, and then back to kitchen. I've had to sanitize everything they touched. They also wore their shoe covers outside and then did not change them upon reentering my home. I will now need to vacuum and steam clean the carpet which is an all day affair. They also used the same microfiber cloth on ALL surfaces. To avoid cross-contamination, I provided my own cleaning supplies for the workers to use and they seemed genuinely confused by the products. I ended up needing to demonstrate how to use a Swiffer and the maid still was confused after the demonstration. They also were too lazy to remove the dust pan from the broom and did a poor job of sweeping. Though they were friendly, they were constantly huddled in parts of the rooms chit chatting and laughing. My husband was baffled when he returned as he noticed they just shifted things around and nothing was cleaned up beyond the work I had already done. I had cleaned all of the surfaces before hand and just wanted them to clean again. I don't think they even touched my bathroom. I paid for things to be organized but they were not. Everything was left in heaps and boxes and things were/are still missing so, we will need to unpack and reorganize everything. I would have provided instructions on how I wanted things sorted but, I couldn't as the Google Translator was not giving an accurate enough translation. They charged $350 for this kind of service. I was able to get a partial refund but, the person who handled my issue wanted me to pay for the time they were in my home which was a total $150. Truth be told, they've created more work for me than if I were to not have anyone come at all because I can't find anything and all of my stuff needs to be sanitized. read more

The home looks wonderful. Thank you! We called out to Superb Maids to get our house ready for sale. They have a base price based on square footage. I was a little skeptical of this approach. And it was confirmed, here is the upsell, "your house is really dirty." Really, so add an hour. I did add a deep cleaning for an oven which I added on the spot, so I like the flexibility, and it was fairly good, but look at the picture, deep cleaning? The cleaners that came to the house seemed good and personable with one exception, but I did like the job they did. The exception is when they were finished, they rang the doorbell and were already outside. Were they late for the next job? Just an interesting way to leave the last impression. It is unfortunate that one corner of the oven was missed on the deep cleaning of the oven and the surprise upsell. Would I use them again, possibly I know to add one hour of labor to their quote to get to the real cost. read more
