This was my first time at a super burger. The outdoor area was great. Very relaxed atmosphere that you can bring a young child to without disrupting everyone. Service and food were great. This is a nice addition to the Oliver's center in Windsor. read more

Have been a Superburger customer (Santa Rosa) for a few years now. Have always enjoyed the burger, fries and shakes options and the Santa Rosa location is "charming" with friendly service. Live in Healdsburg so very excited that they opened in Windsor. Have not been excited about this location -- unfortunately. Burgers are OK. It's the overall customer experience that is lacking. Customer service is unfriendly. And, in the winter, the space is freezing. They had heat lamps in the "outdoor" space which is more than half the overall eating space. However, on a breezy night, the very cold air was blowing through the screens they had pulled down which made the experience pretty miserable. All the food went cold in no time. Unfortunate -- hoping the management rethinks the service and how to make the eating area more comfortable for customers. read more

Over all the food was great. The manager on the other hand was piece of work. My wife ordered the Lahaina burger and asked for bacon instead of the ham that it comes with. The guy was going to charge $3 extra for 2 slices of bacon. He said the computer wouldn't let him make the change without an up charge. When I asked if he could just put in the Lahaina burger and ask the chef to make the change he said "nope. Can't do it. I'm the manager by the way" After all the trouble, he brought the burger just like my wife wanted with no up charge. Customer service these days is hard to find. read more

Stopped in for an early dinner. Was going to have a beer but noticed all they have is henhouse, what about a seismic or racer 5? No domestic beer on tap, would have loved a bud light. Anyway we ordered our food and milkshake, I ordered my burger medium well and it came out rare and cold. We told our waitress and she took it to the back to make another one. NOPE they put my burger (with a bite out of it) back on the grill. Wow I don't think that is sanitary. Got my burger back and it was still not cooked so I ate around the outside until I couldn't take it anymore. Anyway I won't be going back way overpriced and not really that good. Ordered via door dash. Ordered ranch on two different orders. Did not receive either. Called and they said it was up to door dash to ask if it was in the sealed bag. I would think if you ordered and payed for it it should be in the bag. Why should door dash ask if everything that was ordered is in the bag that was stapled closed. I was very excited to try the new Superburger that just opened up here but I left feeling very unimpressed. When we went at about 6:30 on a Sunday night, they were out of ice cream and fries. The ice cream I could understand (it was the end of a weekend) but not the fries. That's unacceptable. Anyways, we ended up going with tater tots on the side which were okay but they were just not as good when we were expecting fries. They also took about 30 minutes to get us our order. We went the first week they opened, the burgers and shakes were really good. The only downside was that the service was not so good. We all had just ordered burgers and fries. We were getting a little anxious when we saw people that got there after us getting there food before us. This would be a lower rating but the food is amazing! The mushroom swiss burger is the best!!! The milkshakes are also huge and delicious. My kids love the fries. Our server Melissa was awesome.

I think it's overpriced , and you get a better value at Kin or KCs for a burger. I think you pay for the diverse options more than for the quality and size. Huge fry portions tho. read more

So good! Despite what some others have said about the customer service, it was exceptional! Not only was I greeted and recognized as having been there a couple of weeks before, but they took great care of me and I never had to ask for anything. The cheeseburger is absolutely delicious, and today I had the chicken burger which was just as good. Atmosphere is a delightful diner-like experience and it is my new favorite place. The first time I was there, I shared a table with a complete stranger and now we have become friends. It's that kind of place. Definitely recommend! read more

Best burgers and service in Sonoma county! Stopped in on Monday (Halloween)for lunch for the first time and loved it so much I had to take friends back with me today! Both times Ken served us and gave us great recommendations, I was hesitant to try the McDonald burger but Ken assured me I wouldn't regret it and he was right! I'll definitely be back for more! This is by far the best burger joint in town. The milkshakes are out of this world and the fries are superb! Grateful knowing they have meat-free options, we'll be stopping by soon to explore the newer menu. Went with a classic cheeseburger and it didn't disappoint--cooked medium as ordered and all the ingredients tasted fresh. My friend had the Sonoma chicken sandwich which looked great as well. It's definitely worth the splurge to get the "half and half." I mean perfectly crispy fries and onion rings in the same basket, what could be better?? Don't go there if the other person in your party is ordering a well done burger and you requested a rare burger. This is just another in a long line of restaurants in the area that can't do this combination of burgers. My advice to the rare burger fan is order something on the menu such as chicken, lamb, or a hot link, if you don't want to be disappointed by having to have to reorder the burger. read more

Customer service was horrible! It took about 15 min for us to get our drinks and waitresses where always in the back and never came to ask if we needed anything my son had to go find a waitress to get some bbq sauce that the waitress never brought us. You have to wait to be seated and there where customers waiting for about 10 minutes at the door before one of the customers went up to a waitress that was just talking with her co-workers and asked her if they can be seated mind you it wasnt busy at all. The food was good but the customer service is the reason why we will not be coming back. read more

Best burger joint in Sonoma County! My favorite is the grass fed Lahaina burger! Sweet Teriyaki sauce w grilled pineapple and pepper jack so yummy! I do my burgers protein style (no bun) but I'm sure that bun is bomb if that's your thing! There's enough for me to take home 1/2 a meal and the garlic fries are another fave! read more

I typically love Superburger, however, I went to the Tuesday night movies and decided to place an order to go. They were not busy, and I had to wait a very long time for my order (I checked twice to see if it was ready). The burger was burnt and dry, my order came with no condiments, on the burger or on the side (i.e. mayo, mustard, or catsup). I didn't know you had to request these items on a to go order, it really is something they should tell you when ordering, or just simply add it in the bag when your order is ready. We ate at this location a number of times, food is usually okay, but this last time not so much. If you are asking me how I want my burger cooked then you should at least come close. We were the 4th table here on a day where there were 3 wait staff on the floor, and yet, we had to finally ask someone to take our order. Even then we had to remind the waiter to note how we wanted our burgers. 5 minutes later he returned to ask something we clearly told him, which could have been prevented had he just written down the order! Please Sonoma County...train your wait staff. When you seat a table take a drink order. This review might be beating a dead horse, but here it goes anyways. The first time I've came to this place I'd ordered the bacon cheeseburger cooked medium rare and it turned out great. The second time I'd ordered the same thing (medium rare burger), it was way overcooked and dry. I didn't complain or brought it to their attention. My third visit my bugger was overcooked again. They were polite and made me a new one and that was also way overcooked too. Doesn't their broiler cook understand rare or medium rare? He must be pressing down on the burger with his spatial wile it's broiling causing the natural juices to dry out and overcooked. My forth visit I'd ordered my bugger cooked rare and it came out extremely overcooked and dry again. They offered to make me a new one but I'd declined their offer and told them this is going straight to review. After all, they are charging a premium price for something they're not capable of doing, very frustrating because their buggers would be the best all around if they weren't overcooked and dry. read more

I have no complaints about the food, Generally, it's okay (Not as good as the original location, though). However, the service is AWFUL! Everyone's nice on the wait staff; but, they're either very inefficient or oblivious to how tardy and spotty the service is.
