    Veggie burger

One person in our group of five had eaten here before and recommended it since we needed a lunch spot in Bennett Valley. This location has only been open a couple months but it looks like it has already been discovered. We saw a regular flow of customers coming in. You order at the counter, they call out your name when your order is ready. They have self-serve drinks and pickles (slices and wedges). A sweet employee named Max took my order. He was super nice, helpful and outgoing. My friend and I ordered their lunch special which is a ¼ lb burger with fries and a drink ($10.99). The others ordered a veggie sandwich, turkey burger and a Sonoma hot chicken burger. When I went to pick up my order, Max offered a large list of special sauces. What a nice touch! My burger had a large slice of tomato and lettuce along with their "awesome sauce." We all enjoyed our lunches and their fries are outstanding, hot and crispy on the outside. We all discussed whose fries we like the most and Acme's came up either on top or tied for the top spot. Nice job! You can dine with your furry friend as they have a few tables outside. A nice addition to the Safeway shopping center with plenty of parking.

I've come to Acme 2x since they opened. It takes a little getting used to - they have a kiosk to order at or a cashier. I ordered a burger with grilled onions, avocado, egg, cheese. So good. The chipotle sauce was tasty too. I also ordered an eggnog shake which was honestly heavenly, assuming you are in the yes eggnog camp. One time they accidentally put thousand island and lettuce on the burger - they quickly remade it when I pointed out the mistake. It looked beautiful so I took a pic. The staff is all very nice too.

Walking in we were greeted by the friendliest counter gal. Even after as we were eating I watched her and the others interact with each guest. Almost making us all feel special. That's hard to find! The food was fantastic. And such a cute place inside and out.

Grass fed beef, added cheese, avocado and bacon? The burger was so good. I don't even know if the bacon was actually forgotten or not lol

getting my hair done across the street and my hairdresser recommended me to try this place. I've been dying to try Acme burger. And this location just opened over a month ago. Customer service was superb, super friendly and fast service. They even offered me a glass of water while I waited for my burger to go. The burger was juicy and delicious and just like a typical burger place you have to pay for extra toppings. There are some tables inside the restaurant there's tables outside the restaurant for warmer nights and days. I will definitely try the other burgers on their menu as well as french fries etc.. I was only in the mood for a burger this time. Keep it up. Good job guys.

Came specifically for their lunch special that consists of an Acme burger, fries, and a soft drink for $10.99. Extras and upgrades at an additional charge. The burger itself was quite good. I was not impressed with their shoestring fries, I did upgrade to the chili cheese fries but seemed the fries were cooked too long. Perhaps I'll try the tots on a future visit. I was also not a fan of the cardboard box the meal was served in for dining in. I'd much prefer a regular tray for comfortable eating. Overall for the value it is worth a visit.

Walked by around lunch time today with my daughter and decided to check it out! She's a very picky eater but ate her whole burger it was so good!!! The service was top notch and it's really cute inside! Food took about 7 ish min to come out during lunch rush which was fast! They have a lunch special for only 10.99 for burger (delish), drink and fries! I will be returning love this place and the staff!

It provided a rare, sterile calm that felt almost misplaced for a burger joint, but I'll take "spotless" over "sticky" any day of the week. The Spread The kitchen is still hitting its marks on the essentials. The ShackBurger, bolstered by those salty, crispy onions, remains a masterclass in fast-casual engineering. The fries were hot, crisp, and sufficiently drowned in cheese sauce, exactly as the gods of sodium intended. To wash it down, the red wine in a can was surprisingly decent--not a vintage to write home about, but it certainly beats a soda fountain cup when you're trying to elevate a Tuesday night. The Misses It wasn't a perfect run. The vanilla and chocolate custard was notably off--texture or temp, something just wasn't right, which is a rare fumble for a brand built on "Shakes." The Service The staff were perfectly friendly, though they seemed to be enjoying the empty dining room as much as I was. A bit inattentive, perhaps, but when the burger is that consistent, a little extra time to contemplate the canned wine isn't the end of the world.

They do serve a decent burger, but it's pricey. 3 burgers, a chicken sandwich, 3 sides (2 fries / 1…read moreonion ring) and small vanilla shake $75. There is self serve ordering on an iPad and they bring your order to you. Pretty fast from order to getting our food. I probably won't order onion rings again- I think there were about 5 and it was $5.50. Bacon cheeseburger single $10 and a double is $13. I did like the crunchy onion add on and the thin potato bun goes well with the burger patty. The staff member was really nice when he brought me my order and made sure I had everything i needed before I left.

The first time I didn't take as much advantage of this and there's different veggies that you can get extra of. We've gotten the miso salmon, the hummus crunch, steak mezze, and the super green goddess. The flavors have worked well for each of the dishes. I'd say customizing to add more cucumbers and the different sides made it easy to try things out. When going through the menu on the kiosk, it would tell you when things are out though you kind of have to design your own adventure. The steak and was a bit dry, and miso salmon could've been warmer but it still hit the mark. I liked the texture differences for the hummus crunch from the garlic breadcrumbs. Conveniently, I could add those things onto other dishes if they're my preference since there's a number of toppings that cost nothing to add or accentuate. Pretty solid in my book just for that. Of course, adding proteins is generally an added charge so your real decision at first is just which one and what flavor profile you want to go with. I think as long as you pick your foundation right, this gives a good orchestrated way to tweak everything you like about what you get.

Patrons enter the front door and move to one of the touch screens to scroll to their preferred items and modifications on each. The ingredients appear to be in clear tubes in a grand assembly line machine that literally drops it in the bowl as the conveyer belt moves it under the tube line. In my case the salad I selected came up with all included ingredients and a note that one item was unavailable. Maybe I was supposed to figure out how to make a substitution at that point, but typically I would ask my server about what would work in its place that they have on hand. In this case it just took my payment and delivered the salad without it. I then moved to the dining area, which is entirely, completely, totally two or three tables that will accommodate two people each. There are tables outside in the covered breezeway if your party includes three or more people I guess. There are people working in the facility, but they are very back of house, not gonna talk to you employees. When my food was ready a guy took it from the machine, placed it on the pickup counter, called out my name, then returned backstage. The future has arrived and apparently we don't want restaurants anymore.

First, the inconsistent size of the chicken pieces. Every so often, I'll get a piece of chicken that is like 2-3 ounces, or about 1/2 the size of a normal piece. It's happened to me so many times that now I just go back to the counter and show them the tiny piece of chicken. They're usually pretty nice about it and will just give me another small piece to make it like a normal portion. Second, the weird pricing is a bit unfair. The single slider used to be $6. Over time it has gone up to $9, so basically $10 with tax. Fries are like $4.50 a la carte. So if you ordered 2 sliders and a fries a la carte it would be $22.50. But the meal with two sliders and fries, I believe it's $15. That's a nice discount for bundling the items, but sometimes I only want a slider. Slider alone should be like $7, not $9.

And I love their Carolina Reaper level (not for the faint of heart, if you're not used to that heat tolerance ) . Makes ya burn. The juicy chicken and deep fried batter is amazing . They got a good recipe going, and a hot spice level. I always wonder about their buns, wanting it to be ciabatta with the sliders, but hamburger buns are ok. Not my favorite choice. I like the old school white bread they use that's keeping it traditional- you gotta use it to soak the extra seasoning with the sweetness. It's sometimes rare you'd find actual HOT food around here. Fog Belt's Brewery Carolina Reaper sauce does me another justice on the heat world. This place the 2'nd in the ring . The level they put at their max is the real deal . Juicy and HOT chicken .
