I took my 6 yr old son here regularly, but today I had enough. The ladies are always rude to my son and I. One time we were there for over an hour as they had a new person learning to cut hair and my son sat in chair for an hour. Then they made a comment to me along the lines of "he did a good job sitting even though it says otherwise on the computer". Are you serious? He is 6 and sat in a chair for an hour while you learned to cut hair. Today my son got into the chair and the lady asked how to cut it. I said shorter and she said "I need some direction". I mean you dont have to give me attitude. Sorry I dont know the lingo of using a 2 on the sides and a 3 on top or whatever; although I highly doubt if I went in and said that she would know anyways. My son left today with a haircut that is crooked on the front and has tufts sticking out randomly. Maybe if you suggest "cut it well" that would help them. Pros : quick Cons: rude, bad at cutting hair, and costs more than a barber. We will be looking for a barber and I suggest you do the same. read more

I am so happy that this salon reopened. Everything with the new covid protocols went smoothly. I arrived early, called, and they were able to take me early. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a great cut. The stylist said no one had to return to work who did not want to. Appointments are a couple weeks out, so be patient with the current situation. There is ample parking and other open stores nearby. I went to Lowe's to use the bathroom because I did not know how the Supercuts staff would feel about that. read more

Recent service has been poor. Website said 8 minute wait, upon arrival I was told first available was almost 2 hours later and there was only 1 person waiting there. When mentioning the site said 8 minutes so I drive down the response was "it lies". Used to think highly of this place , but it has really gone downhill. read more

I have gone here several times and have been pleased with the results. I took photos and the stylist listened well and worked to match what I showed her with the hair I have. I like being able to go on the spur of the moment, and you can call ahead to reduce or eliminate any waiting time. I would not say the do "top end" cuts that are complicated, or that they suffer long with the fine tuning of a cut, but they can do basic cuts for a very reasonable cost. I go in with washed hair, and I get wet cuts, no style. I know that whatever finish happens in the salon will not be what I do at home, so it isn't worth the cost. So, a great place for an quick, affordable, good basic cut. read more

Whack! Off went way more than I asked. Stylist then claimed that wet hair on the floor, that was clean when I sat in the chair, wasn't my hair! Feeling the back, gone, oh yes it was. I saw no reason to continue and left immediately. As near as I can calculate, it's going to be about 6 months to regrow. read more

My husband brought my son here for a faded comb over. Sides aren't blended that well, there were knicks on his neck from the trimmers, and it's uneven on the sides from edging and not straight at all. He is only 3, so I'm sure he moved a tad bit but he's been to barbers and they've done a better job. We will stick to going to a barber from now on. I've been going to a barber for the past few years and decided to try Supercuts and got a haircut from Sam. Ever since then I have been requesting her. She has a great attention to details, is very precise, gives 110%. I'm very picky about my hair, I get a skin fade and she cuts it just as good if not better than my previous barber.
