Dont let maquisha cut your hair, she's a Spanish lady, I was being very nice and tried having a nice conversation and she kept talking about my race for odd reason but I just let it slide a couple of times and was a bit racist and she told me she's been cutting hair for 25 years which I do not believe unless she has been doing a horrible job for 25 years and hasn't gotten caught, both sides were uneven and gave me a bowl cut, just pls do not book with her and also she chose the tip option for me when it gave me the option to say no, this lady is crazy and definitely lacks effort in her job read more

If you come here don't let Marquisha Cut your hair. My husband has been coming to this salon for a while and the stylist he goes too wasn't working that day so he booked with Marquisha. My husband was in and out in Literally 5Min! She basically took no time to cut hes hair correctly. He had long strings of hair all around he's head from where she missed. The line around he's ear was not only one side higher than the other but also had strings of hair where she missed. The top part of he's hair was literally chopped off and he's neck line was shaved higher than where he's hairline was. I have photos to prove it but he's so embarrassed that he doesn't want me to post he's face. I felt so bad for my husband we had an event the next day and we had to cancel because she didn't do PROFESSIONAL job. She rushed it and didn't take into consideration how badly her work would have came out if she didn't take her time. I reached out to customer service and waited for a response but she I haven't heard anything back. I thought I should just warn people about this stylist work. Oh yeah almost forgot, she added her own tip when checking my husband out saying " I added my own tip if that's okay". The stylist did a great job on my haircut and I feel like a new man. The only problem is that the GPS tells me the store is at the Chico-Fil-a location which it's not it's in the mat little strip of stores next to Papa John's. Please tell corporate to reposition the gps to the right spot. read more

This used to be a good spot for a quick cut. They have now eliminated the Supercut 1 cut that was 14.95 and only offer Supercut 2-4 for 21.95 and up. The 21.95 is supposed to include a wash and conditioner. This crew doesn't offer up the wash unless you demand it. At these prices, I might as well pay an extra 10 bucks and go to an A list salon. read more

Finally got myself a much needed haircut! This location does follow all covid rules for re-opening. My stylist was Kelly she did a simple dry cut trim to get rid of the split ends and re-layered. Took 5 mins and she did great (for a dry cut) it usually makes me nervous when they don't spray it wet but she did it perfection. FYI The prices have increased since the last time I came, however the previous visit was a different location so perhaps that's why. It's now $19.95 for the basic cut only. My time before was $15.95. I do highly advise checking in online before you go, and the stylist appreciate that as well. read more

Went to get a hair cut. My hair is kinda long but I was only asking for a straight across trim, no layers or anything. I have a side part but the stylist cut my hair in the middle leaving one side way longer the other when I parted it like how I normally would. After this experience, I can't get myself to go back even for a regular trim. read more

I had high hopes and such a good experience at the Supercuts in Waterford Lakes Orlando that I didn't bother reading reviews for this location. And after all, how hard is a child's cut? - Blunt in the back and straight across bangs. The cuts by the two women stylist were uneven and crooked. They were also rude, unprofessional and not good with children. Just a bad experience. Don't waste your money or your appearance, not on your kids or yourself. I have been to this Supercuts for all my haircuts for over a year now (since I moved into the area and didn't have any go-to places). They have been OK most of the time, but the inconsistency gets to me. I have even tried sticking with one hairdresser, but that seems difficult given the staff turnover they have. Like I said, most of the haircuts have been decent enough (nothing great, but not bad either) - but there have been a few mishaps that I needed to go back and get fixed, and others that I had to live with. I tried out this place because I moved in right across the street, so why not. This actually happened a month ago but I need to get my hair cut again so it reminded me to let y'all in on a secret about going here. Don't. I ended up in this dude's chair, I forget his name but he sounded exactly like Carlton from fresh prince. After I tell him that I found them on Yelp (he asked) he starts going on and on about how they have terrible reviews. Why? I couldn't tell you. The man is about 12 snips deep when he lays this on me so now i know I'm in it for the long haul. Well played Carlton. Now don't get me wrong, Carlton is a great guy. He's super friendly. Says he's been there 11 years. Unfortunately, he didn't give a great haircut at all. I gave him detailed directions. That's one thing I am extremely good at. Haircut directions. These were phenomenal directions. Regardless of the clarity and cognizability of these directions I had to tell him after 3 times thinking he was done to cut more off in different places to even it out. I ended up leaving 45 minutes after sitting down with a sub-par haircut. Again like I said, he's super friendly and also talkative. If you like chatting it up with your barber, which a lot of people do, you'll like him. If not then maybe he's not your guy. Bottom line I'm sorry Carlton but I'm heading to Sport Clips up the road. Might get me a triple play package or maybe the mvp experience because they got options like that. read more

This was a pretty decent haircut for the price. Went early on a Friday morning had a half hour wait, but Starbucks is next door so no bad. Got a haircut with constant questions on how I wanted it done. Very professional experience and the stylist was very fun. Being still pretty new to the area, I was looking around for a place to get a haircut. This being pretty close to home, I decided to give it a try. When I came, there was no wait at all. I was seen immediately. The person who cut my hair was friendly and courteous. The cut was pretty good. She was thorough in cutting the back. Normally when I get my hair cut, it's perfectly flat on the sides to be more of a clean cut, but when I left I still had a small line of hair sticking out from the sides. I was looking for a kid's haircut at a good price and the salon for kids didn't take appointments (and I didn't want to spend the afternoon there). I tried Supercuts and I'm glad I did. They gave my son a good haircut and even had lollipops as a bonus. The Supercuts Jr. haircut is just over $12 so you really can't beat that. The best place to get a hair cut in the buckhead area. Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job at cutting hair. I've been going here for a year and a half now and haven't had one issue.
