They charged me TWICE. Once for a deposit when I made the appt in case I was a no show, then again when I was a "no show." Doesn't make sense, make sure to check your card statements. Didn't bother to call me to ask if I was okay or on my way. Literally tried to scam me by charging me twice, even though they had my deposit in case I was a "no show". I have never been a no show to any appointment in my life, especially not an appointment I waited months for. Tried charging me over $200 for services that I did not receive. So greedy. Will never return.

She adores the staff and how they do her blowouts, color, and cuts. She sees several different stylists and is a fan of them all. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by! It was affordable (even moreso for me as my mom did treat me this time), and the blowout lasted for several days... (It's amazing how much a blowout can make one feel so much better!) The salon has a convenient parking lot and everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business and am so glad my mom has this place nearby. I avoided it like the plague, especially now, during Covid, so I haven't had my hair cut since moving back to Michigan from Northern California. It's been over 8 months! Today, however, was very different for me. I was referred to Linda and as I drove to the charming Village of Franklin, I was so pleasantly surprised. The salon is cute, quaint, very clean and I felt very safe. The products she uses are like none I have ever seen/used before...The aromas are so natural and pleasing. Linda is a great listener and a true "artist" with hair. I felt truly pampered when I was there and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I left with a great haircut/highlight and felt great.
