The service was terrible! I took my brothers in to get a hair cut and they voiced what they wanted and did not get that. The hair cuts were lopsided and also not faded all the way. We called they said they made us an appointment at 2. We got there at 1:45 just in case we could get in early. At 2:45 after letting all these people go in front of us, we said something. There was a red head working there. She snapped at us and said they don't make appointments. The lady who did our hair was kind and all. But when we were signing the receipt the pen wasnt working and we said something the red head snapped "well they work if you put them on this board". I didnt get any names sadly but if you do go there beware of the red head. She is rude and snooty. read more

I asked on the phone prior to the appointment whether a "head and beard shave" could be done, and was either mislead or lied to. Hardly worth $16, especially considering the beard was trimmed unevenly (long neck hairs left). read more

I had gone in,hoping to get a good qaulity haircut, I ended up with a messed up cut! It was not only crooked! In fact! The woman who had cut my hair,said she had been doing it for "25 years" she took nearly every layer off the left side! I was trying to get an even cut and now half of my head... well...let's just say the hair is thinned out on the left side, so much in fact on the left side, I would highly not! Not!
