    Uneven bad hair cut!!!!!

My little sister has been crying all day as she only asked them to cut a little bit an they cut more and not only that they cut her hair super uneven that her left side is way longer than her right. didn't bother to spray her hair down with water or nothing which normally hair stylists do to cut hair if you choose not to wash it. The lady just cut her hair dry. Dont know who was the lady who cut her hair due to her dad was the one who took her. she was Asian or Chinese not sure the ethnicity or if that helps. Why work for a hair cut place if you can't even cut hair straight.. horrible experience for my sister to say the least and she loves styling her hair and is very good at it so to see her crying was super upsetting to say the least least!! And I can understand why as this is a very poor job and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I'm really upset! I grew out my hair for my cut. I showed the stylist (Zahra) a picture of what I wanted which is more of a K-pop vibes. The reference photo even had arrows of how the cut should look. I had the length and hair Asian texture for the cut. The cut just requires it to be cut on the lower back and sideburns. She asked me if I wanted a number 2 on the sides and I asked her if a 1 would work since it tends to grow out fast in those areas and she assured me it would. I also told her I want the top long but add shape if it needed. She basically gave me a blended cut and went up way too high. When I told her she went too short, she told me it was my fault for "confusing her by telling her a number" when she mentioned to me a number 2 first. She also said next time to do a scissor cut and that it will grow out. A true professional would ask questions about any confusions instead of just cutting. She asked me if I wanted gel to see it styled and spiked it up. She asked me if this is how I wear it and i said "no. I wear it down like the picture I showed you." She clearly did her own thing and didn't even pay attention to my reference photo. I cried when I got home. What makes this even worse is that I have a trip next week and a lot of event coming up. My hair isn't going to grow back to my original length my Halloween either. I will never go back to this place. Update: I got a refund for the haircut from the manager the next day.

One guest said they pass several other Supercuts just to come to this specific location! Countertops, floors, and windows were clean. Everything was organized and the building was in good condition, as well as had a good temperature. It was a little busy and the clientele was primarily male of all ages. Parking lot is a little hectic since it's a busy area. Staff was very friendly, conversational, and skilled. Everyone was appropriately dressed, had good hygiene, and had good conversations amongst themselves. Thank you Supercuts!

Used to come here a lot, but I'm afraid I won't be after learning that Janice doesn't work here anymore. I learned that the stylists didn't respect her as a person, and she decided to leave due to both stylist and client bullying. They didn't see her "as a girl" even though she uses a woman's name, uses feminine pronouns, and dresses like a woman. To know that her coworkers didn't treat her with respect and validity is awful; and I don't want to support a business that tolerates that type of behavior. It's such a shame. She did great work, you can see in the photos. She highlighted and colored my hair. I will be frequenting the San Pedro Supercuts, where I learned she now works. I hope they're treating her better there. Also, their pricing went up, so eff that.

Before is the choppy barbershop hair cut. After is Leslie's fix ! Love it

Thank you Nikki and Joe for working on me for 5-6 hours to get this done. Honestly, I almost feel bad because Nikki would explain to me the process in detail and I would be clueless and just nodding my head since this was my first time and I got no clue about being blonde along with the technical terms included in the process of doing it. She knew this and changed her way of explaining so that I could understand it better. Haha. Things I learned was 1 close my eyes when they're rinsing off the bleach, 2 also close my eyes when I'm on the dryer with the bleach and 3 take all the stretch breaks that's offered. There's always a first time for everyone. The results were amazing!! I was nervous, scared and excited because it was a big change but also I didn't know if the color was gonna match me. She assured me that it would look great and it takes a lot to say something like that because that just meant that she knew what she was doing and it was true. Experience was great! She also fixed my chunky haircut and made it more streamlined which ultimately shaped it up to look amazing. We also did a trial run of curls to see how long it would hold if I decided to get it done a day before my nurse graduation this month. Not to mention they're so eager to help out with your progress shots too. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back in the future. :)

He services his scissors in Japan semi-annually just to maintain his equipments in great condition. This helps prevent split ends and other hair troubles I used to frequently encounter. Nori also uses a scale to formulate the hair colors. You can feel assured you won't come out of the salon looking funky. Appointments can be made online directly from his website, or by emailing/texting him directly. He is very flexible and accommodating with appointments. Lastly, parking can be found adjacent from the salon building structure. You can also charge your EV for free too. Amex accepted and drinks and clean environment offered. Can't recommend Nori enough.

I went in to get a perm and cut…read more The vibe was very nice. Very respectful. His space was very clean and tidy with what seems, state of the art tools. I have had fine hair all my life, but even still my hair has always taken well to perms, always. Even the last one over a year ago. The only complaint I had was the use of larger rods which made my hair more wavy curl than curly. Nori had said that my hair wouldn't take well to a perm, but because I know my hair's history, I asked him do it anyway and he agreed to do it. First he used a more gentle solution because of my pervious perm over a year ago (did not ask if I wanted that), and I didn't know until he was already in the process of using it on my hair... my hair needs the stronger solution. Second he did a loose curl wrap instead of a tight curl wrap. With fine hair (or at least my hair) it needs to be curled up against the scalp. I think he did this because it was a hot treatment perm (which I never had before) vs a cold treatment perm. He didn't give an option. So the perm came out ok on the bottom because it already had the previous perm that was there from a year ago. But the top part of my hair had virtually no difference. If you have fine hair and looking to get a perm, I would not recommend Nori. I'm sure he does really well with all other hair services. To his credit, the perm itself, aside from the lack of curl, was a healthy perm (did not harm my hair) and he did give a very nice cut prior to the perm process. I think if he would have explained his treatment process and how it differed from what I had previously experienced, that may have helped my decision to go elsewhere, before wasting over $200 I had taken a year 1/2 to save. Again I think he probably does really well with the other services he provides. I just think for women (or men) with fine hair, you may want to think twice if you're looking to get a perm.
