Upon my arrival I was advised by a representative cutting hair, " no you do not have an appointment, we're not taking appointments, unfortunately your gonna have to wait but we'll get to you eventually. Super Cuts what is the point of making an appointment, if it's not gonna be honored. Also, I understand if you do not have the staff... but we do provide contact info cell number and email.... We come here often. The service is great and we usually try to stick with John. He wasn't available and so for the second time, my kid had Scarlet. She does the best she can, but it's the same haircut for all boys which is always too short. And too late to correct due to constant talking. I normally don't leave reviews. I don't see the point, but my son is insisting that it will make him feel better as he starts junior high with a haircut that he is very sad about. Hair cut is good, not that really bad. I would give 6.5/10 3,5 left is for showering and friendliness. I come on wed the day before thanksgiving. I feel regret for shampooing, he didn't do well. No smile at all! No hair dryer on my hair. I feel like oh ok! Cause first time and my first impression was bad. Price i would said affordable 30$, shampoo +10$ . I have tried the clip sport and excellent barbershop, they do better than this! And the do wash for 35$ In short i spent 50$with tips, i don't know if they were exhausted because they were busy at that time or maybe.... yet i don't want to say...... no comment. read more

I walked into the Eastvale CA location at 5:30 pm, there was 1 person in the chair and 3 people waiting. I went to sign in and was abruptly told they aren't taking anymore clients because they close at 6pm. Why isn't there a sign posted about that? I will never again walk into a Super cuts to be treated to rudely. I only wanted a trim, which would not take long at all. Perhaps more staff should be hired to accommodate when this happens. I called on Monday and scheduled a hair highlight appointment at 4:00 pm, I drove 38 miles to get here from Los Angeles in Friday afternoon traffic. When I get there the so-called manager ( purple hair lady ) says they wouldn't schedule a highlight appointment this late in a day and they are full. When I asked who would be responsible for this, she said she couldn't do anything but reschedule for some other day. Who would pay for my gas and time? Such a shi**y service. I drove here because I value the local business. OK, so this is weird. Went in to get a simple haircut. The girl l(purple hair, don't know her name) said, 2 in front of me. OK no problem. So she finished up, took the next person. About 15 minutes later another employee came in, and took. Someone who was after me, again, no problem ( could have been an appointment or the second guy, don't know). So I'm waiting, the girl was still working on the second guy. She must have grabbed her various cutters 50 different times. Kept (acting) like she was trimming off just a bit more here and there. This bit more just kept going, and going, and going and going. I do believe she didn't want to cut my hair. She would look over at me, then trim off a bit more. I'm. Just an average older guy, with an average hair style, nothing wild. Didn't understand what I did wrong, but she was not interested in cutting my hair. So I left. read more

Got an ok haircut. Had to wait about 10 minutes cuz I asked for a specific 'stylists, which was ok. But THEN, while I was at register ready to pay I was told it "will be an addional $2" cuz of stylist request! REALLY?!? Now, $2 isn't gonna break the bank, but what about the principles of NOT taking advantage of customers? Why wasn't i told when I made my request. Or when I sat in chair? But while at register? REALLY? It doesn't cost Supercuts anything more for me to ask for a specific stylist. Just an opportunity to 'stick it' to a customer! Or in this case, former customer. Customer service was ok in general.The lady didn't introduce herself. I just went for a simple haircut. No fancy service needed. The lady had me stand while cutting my hair, and i thought it was just while she was cutting the back of my hair. It was the whole time. She said, I will let you stand so it's "easier for me". I thought it was funny... Never stood while my hair is being cut before. She wasn't rude but could have been better...If you're rendering a service, isn't it supposed to be the customer's convenience and comfort ??? but I didn't want to complain because I just want to get it done. I really needed a haircut today so I decided to stop by and check if this location was accepting walk-ins, and Nicki set the mood beautifully with her genuinely sweet and polite personality. Nicki was working on a Customer's hair but she still took the time to acknowledge me immediately right when I walked in, and made me feel like an important Guest they would be happy to serve. (I called in earlier today to ask for Lupe and the Woman who answered did not reflect the same high quality hospitable energy, she just told me Lupe would be back in June and did not invite me to come in anyway and have another Team Member assist me). Nicki informed me that she would check on the wait time for me which I deeply appreciated so I knew exactly what to expect, and I was thrilled to find out the wait was only 15 minutes! I've been going this supercuts for years and the customer service only keeps improving. In the beginning I had different stylists and eventually it whittled down to Frank. Frank was an awesome stylist who knows his client's hairs and preferences. Unfortunately he's gone now but there are still awesome stylists there like Christine or Kristine or idk how to spell her name but she's always great with her clients and now my regular stylist is Evan. He kinda looks like a young Chris Evans lol but he's also awesome. He takes his time. To get to know your hair and also how you want it cut and adds personality to his service. Even though prices have gone up from years in the past, it is understandable but the service is still great. Be prepared to wait in line on regular days it can get quite busy. Rude so called Manager! Front Desk Staff needs customer service and etiquette trainings. I've been at this place twice and never had an issue until today. I asked the front desk female staff to look up my son's name in the system as I don't remember the sizes, etc. I spelled my son's name 3 times and this female staff keeps typing in the wrong name. Then, she had the guts to tell me we're not in the system. So, I asked her how is she spelling the name. She had this frustrated look on her face and rolled her eyes! I saw how she kept typing in a K instead of a C. Like I told her for the 4th time, my son's name starts with a letter "C" not a K. Despite of having the information of my son's haircut in their system, the hairdress (was nice/pleasant) still couldn't get my son's hair. So, I showed her my son's picture then she told me to sit next to where her station is so I can direct her if she needs to cut my son's hair shorter. While I was waiting for my son to finish, this female front desk staff kept getting in between me and my son. She kept sweeping the floor and there are 3 hairdressers still doing hair. This girl doesn't say 'Excuse Me' nor wait until the hairdresser is finished. She kept sweeping, 3 times within 15 min. There was a time where her butt was on my face! So, I said out loud that she keeps sweeping the floor and hairdressers aren't done yet and I felt like I am in her way. She responded, what did you say? I repeated my response. Then she has the audacity to tell me that I'm not supposed to sit there. Did I mention the hairderesser asked me to sit there? Then, she says do you want to speak to my manager. I said yes. Pregnant female hairdresser comes out and asked what the problem is. I told her exactly what happened and she says ther'se no need to fight. I told her I wasn't fighting, she asked what happened so I responded. Then, she says service is done so pretty much whatever and leave. Smh! Sad! This so called manager is PROUD!!! BTW, did I mention that she was super nice and flirtatious to this man she put ahead of 2 people, me and another customer. This guy did not have to wait long. I went to Supercuts for the first time after the 4th of July (on the 5th). I had a feeling it would be busy after the holiday so I was there early in the morning with my 3 kids. Only Keyra was there working and only one customer ahead of us. She explained that it would be a wait since it was just her and I told her it was fine. There was nobody on the phones and they were ringing like crazy because everyone wanted to come after the holiday. Keyra handled the phones in a patient and professional manner while also cutting the customer's hair. I was so impressed my her demeanor being there by herself while the wait list was adding up. When it was my kids' turns for their haircuts, she did a great job. By the time she was going to cut my 3rd child's hair, another hair stylist had come in so the new girl cut my son's hair. I was satisfied with all the haircuts and my kids left happy as well. Overall they have received 5 stars because of the professionalism and how they handle themselves when busy. read more

This location is great! It's, by far, the best Supercuts I've ever been to and no other barber shop/salon I've frequented even compare. This is the first place I've been to where I didn't feel like I was at the DMV. Kara always cuts my hair and she gives me an amazing cut EVERY time; I've never been unhappy! I noticed that all other stylists are personable and friendly with their customers, too. I always have a good experience here and I've even taken to some of their products (which I never used to do). The hairdressers take time to listen to what you want and offer some good advice as well. I had recently moved to the area and I usually choose next available appointment and stylist available. I arrived for my appointment about 10 minutes early and they were a bit behind. No issue. I was fortunate enough to get Abby. She was wonderful and such an expert. After cutting my hair, Abby went to get the warm towel but she asked if I wanted to add a shampoo. I opted to do this as I really dislike the loose hair afterwards although the towel does cut down on this somewhat. I have always opted to go with the warm towel versus a shampoo unless I was traveling that day but what an amazing end to a great haircut.
