I should have posted this two to three weeks ago as that was when I visited but I had completely forgot however today as I was styling my new haircut I remembered I needed to pay a compliment to The Stylist Spence who did my hair. I absolutely love Frank here, he is welcoming & gives me a great haircut. The venue is perfectly located in the shopping center win parking all over. This super cuts is really nice compared to a few others They have a clean facility and a even cleaner bathroom. The wait is always as they say, so they stay true to their word but work rather fast. I generally like Frank due to his patience and wanting to make sure you have a great experience. Besides that he showed me how why they sell the products they have available and how the quality assist with conditioning your hair to beat it can be. He really takes his time & observes any client. He gives great direction and doesn't just shove my head around like my previous people. I highly recommend Frank, he is an awesome hairstylist with lots of wisdom! read more

Ever since I got my own place in Eastvale, this place has always been my go to place for haircuts. I usually write comments on yelp when I it has been consistent with the haircuts I've been getting. I think I've gotten a haircut from almost all the stylists and they all have done an amazing job. They are friendly, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. I went there today super excited to get a hair cut. I go in and show the lady what I want (which is a medium bob) (I didnt get her name but she has short hair and blue and pink extensions) Next thing she does is start out on my left side and cuts a piece of hair way over my shoulder and then asks if that's ok. Boyfriend and I went yesterday, Saturday 2/19, super last minute due to his original barber canceling his appointments due to family emergency and all other locations were hours wait and we had places to go. I called and a young lady answered the phone and sounded like she was bored or out of it or just simply didn't want to answer the phone; didn't get her name but she had short dark hair. She was able to get us in. Upon arrival we checked in and waited. Boyfriend got called up and started getting his hair cut; she was very professional and super nice (did not get her name but she's young early 20s, dark hair, second chair to the right). The down side about this review she does not know how to blend hair, she explained that she has only done it couple times and has been practicing for couple months. His hair was NOT blended and you can see where the hair ends and where it starts, she also left a lot of hair by his ears (due to the face mask), she could've offered to remove the face mask on each side to ensure all the hair was cut. Once we got home he had to take a razor and clean his sides....his hair was so bad he felt uncomfortable and ended up wearing a hat at the end of the night. Hair dresser shouldn't be cutting hair if she doesn't know how to do something or simply have someone else take over, so the customer can leave satisfied. If we do go again, it'll be with a different hair dresser. read more

Retreat when I say I mean get out now !!! If you care about your hair do not go here, if I'm going to spend 24$ on a haircut I expect to come out feeling fresh and heads turning. Heck no I didn't feel like that told her to clean me up taper and she straight gave me a scissor cut and continue to say don't worry I'm good I know what I'm doing. To top it off the lady on the right first chair gave me attitude as I left the building the man was helping me giving me my change and she walked up to give the fakest smile and attitude. People ask me why I drive all the way to Burns Park Supercuts when there is a location right near my home. I was reminded why this past Saturday. I was heading out of town for an important meeting and didn't have time to go to Burma Park. So, I stopped by the local Supercuts, and had someone (last name Guido?) cut my hair. The procedure she used to cut my hair was very different from what I am used to, but I don't think much of it. It was definitely less time than I am used to. Before I knew it, She asked if I wanted gel in my hair afterwards, and I said sure since I spike my hair. She used a dry type of gel from a small tub. I saw the receipt printout that was sitting on her station table it had said $21 on it, but when I got to the register to pay, I was told $22. I'm guessing they charged an extra $1 for the gel. That night when I arrived in my hotel, I washed my hair, and was horrified when I looked in the mirror. My hair was so uneven and looked choppy. It was bad enough that I drove to the local Kohl's and bought a clipper set to try and fix the uneven mess before my morning meeting. I had to set the clipper guide to #4 and used it on the whole top of my head to even my hair out. I could have done a much better job that this place did. If I had known, I would have either gone to a different location, or just bought the clippers and done it myself in the first place! Sucks that I had to buy clippers to fix the haircut that I paid for! read more

Each time that I come to the Supercuts Eastvale location, I am greeted with the utmost respect and I have always been happy with my haircut. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family. As I am writing my review and to make known my wonderful experience, I cannot help but to see the comments made by a customer Carrie T on 1/20/2020 and I am appalled. Ms. Carrie T, your comments are very racist in nature and very insensitive. It is one thing to have a bad experience at the Supercuts establishment, but it is another to feel the need to comment about someone's race, as though the stylist's race had something to do with you receiving a haircut that you felt you were unhappy with. As an FYI, the race of the person who serviced you should never play a factor in your comments, as you are not only showing how much of a bigot you are, but the sad part is that you believed these comments were suitable for you to post. Ms. Carrie T. you should be more mindful of the Yelp guidelines as it relates to hate speech and displays of bigotry before publicly commenting. I am very disappointed that Supercuts have not flagged your comment as a form of racist bigotry and deleted it. LOL, my family just came home from here looking like 5 year olds who found scissors in the drawer and gave themselves haircuts. The cuts are so uneven, there are several parts where a random piece of hair is at least .5 inches longer than the rest of that particular layer of hair. I've visited this location several times and was warmly greeted by the staff on each visit. The stylist here are very accommodating and are seem dedicated to making their customers happy. I always ask for Frank Angulo, he's been managing my extra-thick shoulder length hair for several months now and I can't believe the difference a good cut can make in my daily comfort during the summer. I've had the pleasure of seeing Frank work with shorter-haired clients and I am amazed at how quickly he can accomplish I clean cut that leaves his customers smiling. If anyone has doubts about their look I recommend Frank as the stylist to ask for. read more

My husband get his hair cut here and it always looks great. One day I was tired of pulling my hair up in a ponytail from the heat and got the crazy idea to go get it cut off. First, I was blessed with getting Frank without asking. I told him what I wanted, that I don't do a whole lot to my hair, and on and on. He listened and made a few suggestions, and then said do what you think will look great. You could see his eyes sparkle at getting the chance to completely change someones look, I mean it was a good 7 inches he cut. I love, love, love it. It is easy and actually the way he cut it, a little longer in the front, is perfect for my fine not curly, not straight hair, and actually with the weight of the long hair gone my hair has a cute curl to it on itself. After a year or so of searching for a new barber/stylist, I finally found him. I went for the first time on Tuesday around 7:30pm. I knew they were closing. I asked for the gentleman in the back. His name is Frank. He is awesome! I was with him for about an hour and a half--way after closing. He didn't mind at all. He kept making sure I was okay & if I had any questions. He explained so much to me. I HIGHLY recommend going there! Anyone who cuts your hair there is awesome! read more

I can't believe how they only had 2 hairstylist working! Grossly understaffed. I would recommend that you call to ask how many people they have working before you show up. It was nice that is open sundays, because I really need a haircut, and it was nice to have my hair washed, it did cost me an extra $5.00. The hair cut was so-so it was just a trim and again she did not do the bangs right so I will have to go in and have someone cut so it is even. But what really gets me is that to blow dry my hair is would have cost and extra $30.00 Really !!!!If you can wash it, you should be able to dry it also. I have really long hair and with wet hair you really can't tell if she did a good job or not. Don't worry I won't be going back there. Very over price for what they do. read more

Just found out that Nicole no longer works there ): she was my favorite because she always gave me great customer service and she was very careful when combing my hair because she knew I had hearing aids. The other girls were great though, I just really liked Nicole's personality and service. And she always cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it.
