I made an appointment online for 3p for a color and haircut. I chose the 'gray blending 2 in or less' as I only needed my roots done. I drove an HOUR to get there and was told 'gray blending' was for men only although it does not state this online. She also stated I would need the 'all over color' and she didn't have time to do it although it states online 'available until 60 minutes prior to closing' which they closed at 5p and there was no one waiting except for me. I then had to drive an HOUR home. I'm so flabbergasted I just feel numb. I can't believe you do this to people. read more

This is an ok shop if you do not care your hair style. Indeed they do not know how to cut hair, they just ask the number. One can do numbered cutting at home why spend time and money at outside stores. Will never try chain barbershop again. Update my review to 3stars since people there are very friendly and polite. My hair dressers today, who I thought was a supervisor, barely spoke to me. She couldn't stop chatting with the other employees but yet didn't even ask how I was doing. Person did not speak english. Could not understand what 'layer' meant. or 'hair fall' or 'damage'. Nothing. I asked for a layers at a certain lengths and she ended up chopping all my hair off till that length. Will take months to undo this damage and for my hair to grow out. All I wanted was a trim and refreshing my layers. Now I have a Mulan type boring flat hair. Strangely enough, she knew how to ask 'you give me tip?'. Priorities, huh? read more

I've been coming here to see Nellie for about 3-4 years. Before meeting her I was never really the type to chat with my stylist while they were working on my hair. Nellie changed that for me. Whenever I sit in her chair I feel like I'm sitting at a friend's kitchen table catching up and laughing - just having a great time. And afterwards? Look at that I've got a great cut out of the visit! She's warm, friendly, loves what she does and is serious about her client's satisfaction/happiness. I always laugh at people who complain about waiting at Super Cuts. They don't take appointments people. It's not what they do - so just stop. They do however offer great service at a great price. If having your hair done at a specific time matters that much to you go to another salon & get ready to pay a lot more OR you could choose to work with their model. Your choice. I'll be honest, I've gotten bad cuts at other SC locations... I just didn't go back there. I found Nellie and my search ended. I'm posting this review on behalf of my husband, Justin: "I didn't have the highest of expectations when I decided to give the Supercuts in Everett a try -- bad experiences at other locations -- but was fortunate to have Fatna as my stylist. Her kind demeanor, helpful styling suggestions, hair product recommendations and, over the three years I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by her, the consistently great haircuts kept me coming back. I really appreciated the care she took to cut any stray hairs for the cleanest possible look, and she always treated me like her only client. There were times I would stop in while shopping in the area hoping to catch Fatna working, would see she wasn't there, and instead of having another stylist cut my hair I'd actually come back another time. That should say something. Now that I've moved out of the area, I've been hesitant to find a new place to get my hair cut. Call me crazy, but I'm almost compelled to drive the 1.5 hours to spare myself the angst of a bad cut from some other stylist. If you find yourself at the Supercuts in Everett, ask for Fatna. It was empty. Parking right out front. Place is very clean. Safe area. He had his cut by Petrouana ( I think thats how you spell it) Hubby was VERY HAPPY with his haircut. He will be back. Recommend using the online app to reserve a spot, but this place was very prompt, clean, friendly vibe, and could tell it was well managed, etc. I had Abby (pretty sure) and she was very friendly, gave me great advice on questions I had about the area, and did a stellar job on my haircut. I've been here a few times in the past with my son and never had any issues before today. Today, we went in for a haircut for my son and I desperately needed an eyebrow wax as I don't tweeze my own eyebrows and they were grown out for 3 months. My son got his haircut and when he was done I got the wax. The woman waxed off half my eyebrow literally. And the other eyebrow was a completely different shape! I complained and was almost in tears at how foolish I looked with this horrible wax job. And the woman who did them also kept saying I came in with them like that which is total crap and she knew it! I grew them out for three months!! I complained and nobody came out and said they were a manager, supervisor nothing. Just two other hairdressers looking at each other like they had no clue what to say or do. So unprofessional. I will say the two girls did try to fix the shape to be more even but there was nothing they could do to make it better as I had no hair for them to even work with and just kept apologizing. The same woman who did my eyebrows also did my sons haircut and that looked terrible too. They refunded the eyebrow wax and I took my tip back. Very unprofessional business, poorly ran all around. Disappointed and upset beyond words. Lost my business. All I got was a sorry and my $10 Dollars back for the wax. Stay far away from here! Unless you want half an eyebrow or a rushed choppy hair cut that is. read more

Ok, so I have been to this location (Everett) several times, and I give it 2 stars because it really is hit or miss. Seriously. Sometimes you will actually have a person who somewhat knows what they are doing ("somewhat" being the operative word here), but the majority of the time I get the feeling that the hairstylist working on my hair must've just recently received his/her license or, more likely, is a beauty school dropout. I can't keep putting myself through this salon version of Russian roulette. The last time I went (which will be the last time, for sure) the stylist cut my hair just on top, and didn't know to blend it down the side. I've personally never cut hair in my life and even *I* know all about blending. It's all. about. the blending. I don't have a difficult hair cut to perform... it usually takes 15 minutes or less to do. By the time she was finished, I just couldn't wait to get out of there, so I decided to not even bring up the fact that my cut-at-the-top-and-not-on-the-sides haircut made me look like Wolverine. Give me just a moment to detract my claws... Oh, and btw, every time I've been (no matter the time of day) I've had to wait forevs. Seriously? Seriously. So to conclude, if you are the type of person who really doesn't give a poo about the quality of the job and just wants a quick cut under twenty bucks, this is your place to go. Don't bother going to this place! I spent over $80 having my daughters hair done and they do NOT follow directions on how you want your hair cut OR colored. I asked for my daughter to have a trim and she hacked off 4 inches... I asked for brown low lights in her blonde hair... you can't even see if she had anything done. Then it was 30 degrees outside and they sent her out with her hair soaking wet! It will cost you $25 extra to dry it! they said....What the ?? I made them take her back and dry her hair. The girl was rolling her eyes as I asked the woman in short red hair at the front desk... Is this how you treat people? you send them out from this salon looking like a rats nest? Meanwhile she greets one of the customers with a comment like "cant stand crazy customers" Totally rude and they said "its not us, its Supercuts who make the rules" Don't go here unless you like throwing your money away and don't want to look good! I am so happy that Supercuts in Everett is finally open! I have been waiting since March and unable to get a haircut because of the novel coronavirus pandemic. I wouldn't go anywhere else and waited until they were open again. It feels very safe to be getting a haircut there. When you call, they ask screening questions to make sure you are not sick. Everyone is wearing masks, no one is allowed to wait inside and there is plenty of hand sanitizer. As a health care practitioner, I recognize their attention to safety is top notch. All the ladies do a great job and Fatna did an awesome job on my (way too long) hair today. read more

Just got a horrifically botched haircut. Hairdresser was too concerned yabbering away that she completely shaved off one entire sideburn to a level up above my ear, and then left the other sideburn normal length. This is not a "fixable" haircutting mistake other than completely shaving off the other sideburn. Another issue with this store is they seem to be completely unable to handle the increase in clients due to the Chelsea store closing and always have 90 minute to 2 hour waits. I love Fatna. I had not been in for awhile and needed to cover the grays and fix the two tone color I had going on and fix the out of control hair. I told her to pick the color she thought best and see what she could do. It came out great she cut off the heavyness and styled beautifully and the color she did was great. It's been a week and I was stopped today by another lady on the street to tell me that my hair was beautiful with the color and highlights that were comming out in the sun. I have been going to Liz for over two years now. She is a hair life saver! Before I found Liz, I was talked into getting a perm by a different salon. I had always wanted long loose curls so I decided to go for it. That stylist ruined my hair. I had a frizzy, poodle perm that never relaxed. I was devastated. I tried going to other salons but no one knew what to do with it. That's when I ended up at Supercuts in Everett. I just so happened to get Liz and I have been coming back to her ever since. Not only is she good at cutting and styling hair but she actually takes her time with you. She doesn't rush you in and out. She makes sure your vision is seen (cut/style wise) and takes good care of you. I am always going in with a new look to try and she is always pulling it off perfectly. You get what you pay for... and maybe a little less. My husband had been going here out of convenience and after his last visit we decided enough is enough. His most recent visit left him with a stark line running around the middle of his head (not blended), much shorter on one side than the other, and the trim along the outer edges was uneven and way too high (clearly she had trouble making a straight line so she just kept buzzing higher and higher). He said it looked like she was really struggling. He couldn't go to work looking like that so I spent 30 minutes at home just trying to salvage the cut. Previously he had told the stylist "I want texture on top and just don't want it to flip up in the front". All she understood was "You want a flip? ok I'll give you a flip". We're going to look around the area and try to find a real barber for the future. read more

Some of the hair stylists are always moody and I always get stuck with them and they give you a shitty haircut. I've been there atleast 5 times and each of them say wrong things about the clipper size etc. They only smile during payment time, I always end up giving them the much needed tips. Because of convenience I was going here but I think my patience with them has ended. Like other reviewers said, this is a chain and you get what you pay for ! so if anyone wants quality hair cuts with good customer service look somewhere else. ! read more

Fatina is the best and she always gives me the best hair cut. If she could charge me more I would pay it! The rest of the stylist are also very nice and friendly with exception to the tall blond day-time manager. She was very rude and dismissive on a day when Fatina was off. She was so bad that I ended up having to take my business else where on that day. If it wasn't for Fatina and the rest of the staff there would be no stars and I would have not been back. read more
