I scheduled an appointment on the App with Kevin for my 9yo son. When we arrived, Kevin was ready for us and immediately took my son over to his chair. I had a photo on my phone of the haircut I wanted for my son, Kevin told me the haircut was called an "undercut". My son's hair was very long before Kevin cut it, within 30 minutes, Kevin had my son's hair looking fabulous. He did an excellent job. Initially, my son was not happy about getting his hair cut, but once he saw the amazing job Kevin did, he was happy with his new look. The store was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a lot of seating for waiting guests. I paid $16.50 for a Kids haircut, and it was worth every penny. I definitely recommend this Supercuts. I also highly recommend Kevin. He was friendly, professional, worked fast, and gave an excellent haircut. We will return again. read more

Got my haircut from Tiffany. I have waist length hair, she cut my hair in less than 1 min, no exaggeration. The haircut was awful, she chopped my hair unevenly. She appeared very shabby and either drunk or high on something. Never getting it from her again. read more

OK, I know what you're thinking....dude, you went to Supercuts, what did you expect? True, but hear me out. Look at my profile and you'll agree that I'm not the kind of guy that a fancy $50/$100 haircut is going to help anyway, so why spend the money (when it can go to Yelptastic meals that make my belly even larger). $11.99 for a buzz is my speed and more often than not Supercuts delivers. So why one star, then? Scissoring = 3 stars, but customer service = negative 5 stars. Here's an example: I walk in this afternoon to find an empty waiting room, with one stylist cutting one customer's hair. I'm pretty stoked because I'm guessing 5 minute wait tops. I look to sign in but there is no sheet. Suddenly another stylist comes up, proceeds to walk right past me without making any eye contact and starts stocking shelves. This goes on forever. No one acknowledges me, asks me to sign in, tells me to go away or even f@@@ off. Twenty minutes pass and school has now let out and at least 4 sets of parents with bratty kids have filed in. The working stylist is immersed in cutting the customer's hair and appears quite meticulous. I'm OK with that because I can anticipate a good cut now. The other stylist, however continues to stock hair care products, refusing to even glance at the now full waiting room with kids screaming "when is my turn?" at the top of their lungs. First off, who the hell buys expensive Paul Mitchell products at Supercuts? If you're spending $12 on a cut you're not getting a $30 tin of mousse. Secondly, where the hell did stylist #2 work prior to Supercuts? FEMA? Seriously, the only person more oblivious to their surrounding was the guy in charge of levee design in New Orleans. Sad thing is that this is far from an isolated event. This Supercuts consistently has a level of service this poor. I actually feel bad when they get talented individuals (like the one who did help me) because they never stay long. I guess I should just break down and order one of those Flow-bee vacuum cutters off the TV. They will suck just as bad but I won't have to leave the house to experience it. read more

I only go to see Kevin. I found him several months back at the Super Cuts off Coit and George Bush. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I won't get my haircut from any1 else. Does anyone know where Jennifer (Jenny) went? She was absolutely the kindest and most gentle stylist. Last time I went to this Supercuts at this Frisco location, my wife griped for almost two weeks because Caroline butchered my hair. Of course, getting knocked around by the clippers being slapped to head did leave me with a headache and the stylist was is so much a rush (no customers btw) that she kept ripping my hair when the clippers couldn't keep up. I'm not sure what her rush was, but let me just say, I have never had such a physical hair cut anywhere and certainly will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! Let me tell you about Kevin, he works wonders with my hair. Every barber I have been to always told me my hair was hard to work with. Kevin has the magic touch and can cut my hair the way I like. Three different stylists for my 4 boys, only one knew what she was doing. She was kind enough to redo two cuts, but how do fix THIS? The Asian lady didn't understand " number 3 on the sides", my son now has an early 90s scalped bowl cut. I have a kid in tears and a teenager who is embarrassed and angrier than usual. They are horrible with dealing with kids first time getting a hair cut. Do not take your kid here to get their hair cut. They shouldn't offer kids haircuts if they don't know how to handle kids. And this lady was grabbing my kids neck and making him super nervous, which didn't make things better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I usually don't post reviews but this time I felt like I should. I've been a customer of supercuts for more than 2 years and Kevin has been my stylist since I can remember going to Supercuts. I have always been satisfied with my experience with Kevin and I've been getting the same type of haircut from Kevin for 2 years. But all of this changed on my last visit. I gave Kevin the same instructions as always but he gave me the worst haircut of my life and the most disappointing part was that he didn't even apologize when I complained, and tried convincing me that he did what I told him to do. This was my last visit to Supercuts and I hope they realize that they missed more than just a customer. read more

I have given three visits before writing this review due to multiple negative reviews. I wanted to be sure to share my own experience. Each time I have been I have had a full foil - I do two colors. I am very picky and specific on how I want my foils done. I have been having foils done for 10 years+. At another high end/very expensive/pash salon, it was ignored what I requested. I respect that I am asking for something that a stylist may not be used to, but was offended that it was not done as requested. So, Super Cuts is now my go to! Jenifer did not bat a lash at my requests. I have only had one hair cut, but it was to balance my Bob style so I don't feel that I can give a comment on the cuts. ASK FOR JENNIFER!!!! I honestly do not like this place because of 2 things: 1. the stylist, which was an Asian lady (unfortunately I can't remember her name) that was doing my hair basically refused to cut the back of my hair and the side of my hair shorter. I told her to cut it shorter and her idea of shorter was just to "pretend" to cut the sides & back and that was it. 2. She was not understanding on how my hair is suppose to look like even though I had detailed instructions and pictures on how my hair is suppose to look like. But she just kept looking at me like I'm crazy and kept asking me question. I mean seriously lady, here are side views front views and back views of my hair and also I'm telling you how it's suppose to be done. Listen! Now I have to go find a new stylist at a different location to fix my hair. I will admit this, my grandmother would rate this at 4 stars because her stylist actually did her hair right and was actually talking to her and he knew what he was doing.
